In the Village of Westhampton Beach, this private, colonial 6 bedroom /5 bathroom, 2-story cedar shingle Hamptons home is perfect for extended families and groups of professionals. Excellent Wi-Fi - work from home - supported by Eero to deliver faster internet speed for remote work with desk / workstations set up throughout house plus printer.

Comes with a PRIVATE GYM * Functional Fitness * Yoga * Barre * studio. (elegant gym features light to medium weight dumbbells, heavy kettlebells, olympic weight , (35 lbs), stationary bike, step up box, yoga mats, a barre, resistance bands, TRX, resistance bands, Sonos speaker, iPhone stand to play virtual classes).

The house is on a private road and very quiet. Kids can play throughout the front and back yard and not worry about traffic or anyone passing by.

Heated Swimming Pool (mid-May thru September) with a gate surrounding.

Large outdoor patio with grill and outdoor fireplace.

Built-in ceiling speakers throughout the house to play tunes. High end security system with key pad entrance.

Basketball court on the side of the house and on the cul-de-sac.

Comes with every ball you could want - basketball, baseball, LAX, tennis, etc.

Bikes of all sizes - 6 adult bikes and several children bikes.

Finished basement with fun recreational activities including ping pong and a wide space for kids to move around and art space. Adjacent TV room equipped with an Xbox, pull out sofa - great place for teens.

Quick walk to the Westhampton Beach high school with full Track, Tennis Courts, basketball court, fields galore. Walk to town and ride your bike to the beach. High efficiency central air conditioning. Open air produce stand 0.4 miles away.

The Hamptons Jitney bus service and LIRR train service stops are 10 minutes away and provide easy service from Manhattan, Brooklyn and major airports.

The house is an easy 15 minute drive to the towns of Hampton Bays, Southampton, Riverhead outlets.

*Rodger’s beach is just over 1.5 miles away, easily walking or jogging distance, a fast bike ride, or drive in less than 5 minutes. Never drive once you are at the house. Restricted access to off hours during summer months.

Remote getaway with work spaces in 3 bedrooms.

* Plenty of beaches to try in Westhampton Beach and throughout Southampton. Day passes available for purchase for summer renters.

What an incredible experience! Awesome house, well stocked, full of everything from ping pong , bikes, pool, etc… excellent location. But most of all a very responsive and generous host! Colleen did everything to make our family trip reuniting with grandparents an incredible stay. So Grateful!

We loved this house! Loads of room, spotless, well-stocked kitchen, a great pool, and located a couple of blocks from a nice small market. We had a handful of minor questions during our stay, and each time I was able to contact the host and get answers right away. My extended family and I had a great time and plan to come back!

Great stay with friends and family

The house was exactly as described, with lots of space and fully stocked. The pool was amazing. The location was perfect and within walking distance of Westhampton Beach. Colleen was an excellent host and extremely communicative throughout our stay. Highly recommend :)

This house had all that you would want and need.. from child friendly downstairs to complete gym above the garage. There was no need to pack anything… there was all things you might need for the beach, kitchen well stocked and pool and backyard perfect!!! Also owner was more than generous, helpful and responded to questions etc immediately . A true fun, stressful family vacation enjoyed by all ages!!!

Colleen’s house is very comfortable and well designed. The pantries are nicely stocked. She’s easily accessible for any questions. We had a wide range of family members from a 2 1/2 year-old to senior citizens and everything in between, and everyone was able to find activities that suited them. This is no small achievement! The pool in the fitness area in particular were pleasant amenities.

Perfect place for family vacation!

All around a perfect pick! Colleen was so helpful and friendly. Very quick to respond to questions and so helpful with suggestions for things to do. The house was great for our family trip with lots of room to spread out and lots of fun things to do. The bikes were a great feature and the pool was warm and beautiful. This house was close to restaurants and beaches which was very nice. We’ll definitely stay again and suggest this house to friends.

Amazing Stay at Beautiful Westhampton Property!

The house is beautiful and Colleen is an excellent host. We had a large group and everyone agreed the home was spectacular. Clean, well appointed, comfortable beds, plenty of essentials supplied, beautiful outdoor area and pool. The list could go on and on. I would definitely book this property again in the future!

Perfect spot for a family vacation!

My family and I spent a week at this wonderful house. We had 5 adults and 3 little kiddos, and there was something for everyone! The pool is fabulous (it's where we spent most of our time!) and the basement is perfect for children, as it's got an activity table, books, toys, a ping pong table and a large TV. The garage offered beach chairs (for the adults) and scooters (for the kiddos), and is located on a quiet street not far from grocery stores and restaurants. Check-in and check-out were as simple as those processes could be. I highly recommend Colleen's home!

Friends Trip

Great family get away

Great location and communications

This beautiful home was well stocked with everything we needed. Its location on a cul-de-sac is excellent, with just a short drive to the beach and local shops and restaurants. And Colleen's communications were terrific from start to finish.

Wonderful week in Westhampton Beach

This is the second time our family booked this property for our yearly reunion. We had a wonderful time. House was clean and well stocked. Pool is heated and well maintained. Colleen is so responsive and easy to communicate with. Can't wait till next summer!

We had an amazing stay at this property. It was stocked with everything you needed. The pool was lovely and the perfect temperature. I will dream about the beautiful hydrangeas in the garden surrounding the pool forever! The hosts were attentive and helpful in making sure we hit al the must-see spots. Overall it was a lovely experience!

Perfect Vacation Spot

The house was clean, spacious, had everything we needed and more! The location was perfect and close to beautiful beaches! The house itself was on a quiet street yet close to everything we needed! The finished basement was perfect for our kids (ages 3-10) and the pool and outdoor space was the perfect hang out place.The owner was so kind and available. Family fun was had by all!

If you need privacy, connectivity, space to spread out, we have it at this 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom home. The beaches are amazing but if you are traveling from the city, it's not easy to enjoy them without spending a lot of time in traffic. Being able to stay locally brings peace to the soul.

This house has many bedrooms. We want families both traditional and non-traditional to enjoy some downtime in this serene and private setting.

We have only native plants throughout the grounds and each season has specific blooms. We have an active composting bin.

We recently completed the basement and a large finished backyard patio, great for hosting big family gatherings. Also new is a retro-fitted garage - turned kitschy lounge to allow for more outdoor hangout space. This is also a great space for teens.

The benefits of a private cul-de-sac cannot be overstated. Until you've tried it you have no idea! Also, everything in this house is high end Wifi and AC system to the sound system, sprinklers, pool, appliances. We will work hard to make sure you have a great experience.
