We are only a short walk away from Destin's famous “sugar sand beach” on our Emerald Coast "Private Deeded Beach Access". The entire complex has been newly renovated with New Roofs, Windows and Stairways on each building, along with a freshly painted exterior.     
After a fun day of exploring you can take a relaxing stroll to some of our local restaurants. Or enjoy outdoor grilling on one of the many community outdoor grills available in our picnic areas with additional grills located around the complex. Destin has is all!  Arts & Culture, Fine Dining, Sports Adventures, Shopping and Spas are all available in the Destin Area. There is something for every member of the family, no matter what age.
 
Memory Maker Unit #1402 Is Lavishly Furnished Two Bedroom, Two Bath Condo on the First Floor. ravertine tiled baths and shower, Stainless Appliances, Ceramic Tile Flooring - Granite Countertops. Free owner provided Wireless Internet w/inside unit router. 60" LCD flat-screen TV in Living Area - flat-screen TV`s in both bedrooms. Two Queens beds in each Bedroom (total 4 queen beds) - No Sleeper Sofa.
Linens are provided, but please bring beach towels. Four chairs and a table on the patio.

Beach Service Included - 2 Chairs and Umbrella (Available March 6th-October 25th, 8 am-4 pm)

This property is NOT available to parties of adults under age 25.
Snowbird Season runs from November thru March.
For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). Contact us for alternate date requests and further assistance! All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $100 cleaning fee. March rentals are from the 1st to the last Saturday of March.
