Relaxation #201 - Convenient Location, short walk to the beach and restaurants

Located in the heart of Destin along Florida’s Emerald Coast, Chateau Le Mer II is a beautifully landscaped, family-friendly complex situated in its own private community just off the popular Scenic Highway 98. We are only a short walk away from Destin's famous “sugar sand” on our Emerald Coast Private Beach. Relaxation #201 fully stocked with dishes, silverware, and cookware for preparing your meals. Living room has plenty of comfortable seating to watch a movie after spending a day at the beach.
After a fun day of exploring you can take a relaxing stroll to some of our local restaurants. Or enjoy outdoor grilling on one of the many community outdoor grills available in our picnic areas with additional grills located around the complex. Destin has is all!  Arts & Culture, Fine Dining, Sports Adventures, Shopping and Spas are all available in the Destin Area. There is something for every member of the family no matter what age.

This One Bedroom - One Bath Condo on First Floor hasTile Floors in Living Area. Enclosed Patio Sunroom. Two Queens in BR - Queen Sofa Sleeper in Den.  Washer/Dryer and In-Unit Wi-Fi Internet. Linens are provided, but please bring beach towels.

Beach Service Included - 2 Chairs and Umbrella
Beach service is from March 6th through October 25th 8:00am - 4:00pm
 

This property is NOT available to parties of adults under age 25.
 

Snowbird Season runs from November thru March.
For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). Contact us for alternate date requests and further assistance! All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $100 cleaning fee. March rentals are from the 1st to the last Saturday of March.

Walking Distance to Beach

We really enjoyed our stay here. This first floor location fit our needs perfect. Parking was right next to the front door. The pool was less than walking distance away. Our private entrance to the beach was very convenient and this part of the beach had less people than the public area. When we return back to Destin, this is the place we will be staying at.

A little piece of heaven!

This location is perfect in every way for a family vacation. Condo has everything you need and more, and has a wonderful “seaside vacation” vibe to it. Literally, minutes walk to a private beach. Pool was very clean and relaxing as well! Property manager was very helpful and accommodating and wonderful to deal with. I hope to come back here in the future again and again! Cannot recommend this property enough.

The unit was spacious and really did have everything you need but the beds were uncomfortable.

One bed sunk in the middle making it very uncomfortable for two people to sleep in. It really needs to be replaced.

3 months in Destin!!

We spent 3 months here in Destin for my husbands travel therapy job and this place was amazing and the people were so nice in the office as well as the maintenance personnel. Our air conditioning went out during our stay and we called the office and someone was there to fix it quickly the next day! Traffic was not bad from mid August- November and we could not have been more thrilled with the location! Thank you to Richard for taking good care of us and we are grateful for the lovely stay!!

Mini vacations

We were in destin and didn't have a place to stay for our 3 day stay and I found this property last time and I message Richard and he was really quick at replying. We were able to book for 2 days and his communication was just outstanding, the condo was great, clean and spacious, the pool was great, we were able to bbq will our little ones played at the park. The beach access was good. Definitely going back.

Destin stay

Check in and direction to the location was great and easy. When we first arrived the place overall was very clean. The only problem was a horrible stench coming from the dishwasher. It smelled so bad we didn’t even want to go near the kitchen. I do believe the place is a little overpriced for what you get. Other than that the location is about a 5 minute to the beach which was great. Awesome location. Will consider staying here again.

Excellent choice.

Very good location and very good price. Walk to the beach and right in front of the swimming pool of the complex. Very clean and spacious house, its really a lot bigger and better than what you can appreciate in the pictures.

Great getaway!

From initial contact with the property, Richard, to be exact, everything was handled in a very professional manner. The property was exactly as described and the unit was just perfect for our needs. Very conveniently located in the heart of Destin. The unit was well maintained and very clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this complex. Thanks for a Great Stay.

Everything was ok,except main step.

When arrived at the property at 3:45pm on Sunday. The office was closed, there was no way to get in the property. Called and left messages to agent and rental management. There were no respond until about 7:25pm with the message and code to open the welcome box. The management or rental agent were never send the code ahead of arrival which causes a lot of frustration after a very long trip.

Just what I was looking for.

The unit is clean, comfortable and quiet. I was in town for 8 weeks and with the proximity to the beach was worried it would be a raucous, party-goer environment. The condo complex is well attended to as a whole and this unit in particular was the perfect spot for me.
