The private beach listed was not a beach, but the jetties between beaches. There is a private sandy area with chairs which we used each evening to watch the sunset. You have to walk or drive to get to the real beach.

Excellent location on Noriega point! Walk to beach and enjoy the harbor lights as well! Beautiful place. Also it was not very crowded so pool area was great. No more than 4-6 guests out at a time.

We had a great time and the condo was verry nice. It was so helpful that there were beach chairs, and such. Pool was very nice, and it was great that it was heated. We hope to stay again in the future.

We had a 6 night stay planned and when we arrived at the condo found the gate was closed and had to locate another intrance

Thank you for your feedback. We understand how frustrating arrival issues can be. At the time of your stay, the HOA was completing repairs to the main gate. To help minimize any disruption, we provided directions in advance to a temporary access gate located right next to the main entrance. We’re happy to share that the repairs have since been completed, and access to the property is now fully restored and smooth for all guests.
