The property had a very nice view and close location to the main attractions in Pigeon Forge, but it was not a very comfortable place to stay. The beds were hard and VERY squeaky, and the upstairs bed kept sliding off of the support slats and sloping awkwardly. The blanket for the main bedroom bed looked almost like a full size meant to fit a queen and looked worn and stained in places. There were no sheets or comforters provided for the queen pull-out couch, despite a label for them in the downstairs closet. When we called for them to be brought, we didn’t get them until I called back the next day because they wanted to verify we still needed them. So we had to spend extra money to buy a comforter for my daughter the first couple nights. It was great to have a washer and dryer in the property, but the dryer can get overheated and just stopped working one night. Outside, there were old cigarette butts and dried bread pieces left on the patio. The kids loved the hot tub, and it was a nice amenity, but several jets did not work. Overall, it was a good location, with nice extras (laundry and hot tub), and we enjoyed the deck and eating outside, but it could definitely use with several upgrades to make it more comfortable.
