Newly remodeled and updated 2 bedroom 2 bath condo on the ground floor. Master bedroom has a king bed, the guest bedroom has twin beds with a trundle. There also is a queen sleeper couch in the living room. Owner has provided a pack and play, stroller and beach toys for the kids. There is a beach wagon and cart with beach umbrellas, beach chairs and a cooler.
There is a 10% discount for booking its sister condo 116 at the same time to accommodate a larger group.

Age Requirement: NO reservations will be accepted for singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A parent or legal guardian shall be allowed to supervise no more than 3 individuals under the age of 25. Parent or legal guardian MUST occupy the same room as those they are supervising. Any reservations made under false pretenses will forfeit all prepaid rents and deposits and will be required to vacate the unit.
