This unit was absolutely perfect in every way, the ocean view was spectacular, the unit was very clean, and the kitchen had everything you need and so much more. Our host was amazing, she had water and tissue paper delivered to the unit and snacks were waiting for us when we arrived! We will definitely be back.

Amazing condo! Clean, comfortable, and right on the beach. The views from the balcony were incredible, and having direct beach access made everything super easy. One of the best places we’ve stayed—highly recommend!

What you see is what you get

This condo did not disappoint. It looked just as it does in the pictures in its listing. The view of the ocean from the balcony is breathtaking. Check-in and -out were seamless. When we had a question, the host was very quick to respond. It was a perfect hideaway for me and my husband. If we ever come back to the area, we would stay here again. We highly recommend the property.

"The View"

Wonderful condo with everything you need, extra blankets, pillows, extra beach chairs along with beach service, a few toys, comfy beds, nicely decorated and a awesome view, nice small complex, quiet and not overcrowded, private bathrooms right off the beach so you don't have to go up to your room!! Tracy very responsive to anything you need!! Would recommend- hope we get to come back next year!! Hated to leave.

Awesome

This was a mother -daughter relaxation trip we had a great time. The condo is great, everything you need and very clean. Tracy was great to communicate and keep us posted on things we needed to know. Definitely will be back and recommend.

Wonderful Vacation Spot!!

I chose #302 at The Palms after looking at so many other spots on Oakaloosa for our Anniversary. The condo was extremely clean, the colors and decor were very "beachy" and inviting. The deck had the most amazing views. The host of the condo was very quick to respond with any questions I had. Check in and out was amazingly easy with no issues. We will definitely book here again. Its hard for me to believe there would be a better place on the island to stay. Highly recommended from someone who is extremely picky about where I stay.

Late summer stay

The stay was delightful, the condo lived up to its promises, and the beach was pleasantly uncrowded. Each morning, the chairs and umbrellas were set up.

Summer vacation

My friends and I and my and my husband had a great time, our week just flew by. The condo was very clean very nice and will supplied with everything that we needed to. Have a great time. Would recommend you all to anyone.

Best experience so far!

We’ve stayed in the fort Walton area for 7 years now and this was the best location by far. The condo is well furnished and cutely decorated and the beach is so close and very uncrowded. Communicate with the host was quick and effortless. We will definitely be staying here again!

Great unit!

The condo was well stocked and clean. We appreciated having snacks, waters, laundry detergent, hand soap etc! The little touches made a big impact. The beach towels and chairs were an added bonus. Loved the updates and overall a great condo!

Spring break getaway

The property was extremely clean! I cannot over emphasize enough how well organized and clean the condo was upon arrival. I am a very tidy and clean person, and this condo really made me feel at home. Tracy the host made us feel more than welcome, starting with the excellent communication and easy to navigate directions to enter the property. She had snack items for our arrival, which our 15 yr old most certainly took advantage of. The cabinets were stocked with all the necessities you would need if you wanted to have a home cooked meal. She stocked paper towels and toilet paper as well. The views were amazing from the living room, master bedroom and balcony. The condo’s description is spot on! Parking was a breeze and you are super close to shopping and dining. We will most definitely be back again. Thank you for allowing my family and myself to stay at your wonderful property Tracy!!

Perfect Accommodations for Family Vacation

This was my first visit to the Ft. Walton Beach area, and I feel extremely lucky that I found Tracy's condo listed on VRBO as it was exactly the accommodations that led to a stress-free vacation for my family. The description of the condo on VRBO is 100% accurate and more than we could have ever expected. We absolutely loved walking on the beach both at sunrise and sunset as well as sitting in our beach chairs throughout the day. We were there during Spring Break and the beach was never crowded and very family friendly. The large condo balconies were great for relaxing and watching everything going on at the beach. Listening to the sound of the ocean waves each night while going to sleep was amazing. After going to the grocery store, we were able to cook meals each night in the condo since everything needed is provided in the condo. We will absolutely return for another vacation.
