Cozy, Comfy, and Just Like Home

Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath condo. Three of the bedrooms all have king-sized beds, including the main/master bedroom, while the remaining room has a bunk bed that can sleep 3, making the whole space comfortable for sleeping 9 people. The living room is furnished with a large sectional couch, TV and the condo Wi-Fi access throughout. The kitchen is perfect for dining as it is fully equipped with all appliances (coffee pot, dishes, etc.) with bar seating for 3 and kitchen seating for 6, making it perfect for 9 people to comfortably eat together! The lower level offers a living space with couches and TV, and walk out patio. The deck provides seating for all of your guests, and a gorgeous view of the tree line.

Please note that the unit does not currently have a functioning air conditioning unit and will not be replaced until Spring of 2026. We find that the various windows in our corner unit provides a nice cross breeze throughout the day.

A community pool can be enjoyed by all, lounge chairs surround the in ground pool and shower and bathroom facilities are steps away.

You are just 6 miles from Downtown Harbor Springs where you can enjoy walking around town, enjoying food from Bar Harbor, Piersons, or cookies from the famous Tom's Mom's Cookie shop.

Travel the opposite way and you'll find yourself just 4 miles from Petoskey State Park with it's beautiful beach. 3 miles past the State Park you will hit the downtown area, with even more shops and eateries to enjoy.

Property was comfortable but dated. Entrance was covered with weeds and both decks required cleaning. TV downstairs didn’t work at all. The rooms were hot even overnight the first 3-4 nights with no air units. Oven had not been cleaned and we weren’t to spend time cleaning it. The place was well equipped with cooking utensils even a wine opener. I would suggest more fans if not repairing the air unit.

Papa’s Vacation

Our eighth (I think) time to rent this condo. Kitchen was set up the way I would have done it.Our family loves the area and location. Because we rent it as often as possible, I didn’t realize that there was no air conditioning. We brought up extra fans.

Secluded Northern Michigan Retreat

Our family of 7 loved our stay at this secluded condo between Harbor Springs and Petoskey! There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and plenty of bathrooms and hot water for all to enjoy! Loved the 3 levels of living space plus the very nice patio to relax on. Perfect location to enjoy Northern Michigan and The Upper Peninsula. We traveled 2 separate days to the UP and had a wonderful time. Our family travels to Northern Michigan yearly and Harbor Springs/Petoskey is our favorite place to stay. The condo was quiet and secluded and was stocked with all the things any family could want or need including a washer/dryer. The addition of access to the pool, tennis courts, and playground were perfect for our family. The condo was clean and well taken care of by the owners. The owners were responsive to questions and helped quickly with the unexpected loss of electricity one morning. Overall, our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return in the future!

Happiness

We wanted to be close by Harbor Springs and Harbor Cove condos as we had a great deal of family staying at the Cove condos. It worked out very well for us. Loved the condo. It has a great floor plan, comfortable furniture, a well stocked kitchen, and very comfortable beds. I would definitely book this condo again at some point. There were a few things that need repairing, but overall we enjoyed our stay.

Hot hot hot

If you stay in summer their is no air. It is not made clear under amenities it list heat and you are supposed to know that there is no air. They have one filthy fan you could use. It was almost 90 every day and the unit was 84 on the first floor. There are a lot of windows because it is a end unit so it really heats up. We had to go to walmart to get some large fans. I wish the listing had clearly stated no air, iI would have found another unit on V RBO.

Second Stay

This is our second time staying at Beth's property. We couldn't have asked for anything more. Her place was extremely clean and had plenty of room for 3 generations of family. We will be back again next year. Thank you so much!

A great family vacation

This is the second time we have rented this property and we just love being here. The condo is clean and comfortable and has plenty of space for our family of 6. The deck and corner yard provided space for our 3 year old grandson to run and play. The location is great for golf, shopping and beaches. We will be back next year!

Very nice unit.

Very spacious and well-equipped. Beth was quick to respond and easy to work with. We had 3 adult couples and the 4 BR/3.5 bath unit made it very comfortable for us.

The property it self is very nice and comfortable and the photos on VRBO don't due it justice. The cleaning was another story. the stove ceramic top had dirt ring around each burner(my wife bought ceramic to cleaner and cleaned the burners.), the showers had mold and rust(we also cleaned, the oven was amess the self cleaning feature wasn't even run( all we did to fix was run the self cleaning feature). The most concerning item was no garage opener, having to get out of the vehicle put in a code- get back in the vehicle to use the garage every day for 5 weeks was a bit much.

Great stay!

We had a great time at the condo. The host was great with communication and the condo was lovely! It felt very spacious and clean. We used the pool almost everyday even though the weather wasn’t that great. Would definitely recommend this place!

Condo In Great Location

We loved this condo, Beth was amazing to work with. Very open communication and condo was just as listed. Very nice and updated, and the location was perfectly set between Harbor Springs and Petosky. Our large family fit in here perfectly and we loved being able to all stay in one place comfortably. We would definitely come back here again!

Beautiful modern perfectly situated condo

Surrounded by trees, gorgeous views, totally updated, clean, well appointed, spacious, modern condo. We are discerning guests and Beth is always responsive. This is our third visit. As a result of COVID our experience was different of course. There were plenty of cleaning supplies, although not enough garbage bags or dishwasher soap. These items are needed in larger quantities because we are in and prepared most of our own meals.

Issues with Cleaning Service & Basic Supplies

We stayed in this property last fall and were obviously pleased enough to come back. However, when we arrived this year, the unit was not completely ready... two bedrooms were unmade. In addition, there were not enough towels, bath mats, and washcloths for our group which stayed four nights. Also only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, no laundry detergent, no bar soap for the showers. The owner put the blame on the cleaning company and past renters and did refund our cleaning fee. That being said, I will think twice before renting this property again.

Another great stay!

This property was a great option for our family (3 generations). Very spacious gathering areas for together time yet has places for quiet time too. We all love the deck area especially for nighttime sky watching. Thanks for another great year!

Summer Getaway

The condo was spacious and provided plenty of room for our family. The furnishings were comfortable and the location was perfect for getting to Harbor Springs or Petoskey. A beautiful place we will for sure stay there again!

A time away during the virus

We had a great time in Beth’s home. The pictures do not do it justice as the rooms are huge; the king size beds make the rooms look smaller. It is well maintained and cleaned. I am 74 with some health difficulties, but I had full confidence in staying in this home. The grandkids had fun in the pool and we were able to go up the beach atvPetosky to physically distance. I’d rent it again, pandemic or no pandemic.

The Davis Family Vacation

We enjoyed the condo, it fit us perfect. The towels, washcloths, hand towels (only 2 with 3 1/2 baths) were wet in the dryer. There was only 1 dish towel. The floors up stairs had a lot of dog hair and human hair on them. Also need bath mats for the bathroom floors. It was not your fault but we had no electric for 2 days, so thank you for the puzzles and games.

Perfect Spot for a Golf Getaway

Located adjacent to Little Traverse Golf Course (our favorite!), this condo was just perfect for our group of 6. With 3 king beds and 3.5 baths, it was exactly what we were looking for. The unit is clean, comfortable and well-appointed. We will be back next year!
