Great location between beach and restaurants

This was a spacious property with a great location. The beds were very comfortable. The host was very responsive to the few questions we had. We had a great stay.

We had a great stay in Siesta Key. The condo was very clear and so much space. Had a beach carts with chairs that we used for each day we went to the beach. The location was perfect to food and beach!!

Family Vacation

We all really enjoyed the condo. The Pool was awesome, we had lots of space and privacy, and the location was excellent, just a short walk to the beach and the village. We hopefully will be able to rent this unit again.

Perfect location, just what we needed.

This really is the perfect location for Siesta Key. We had a few minor issues and the hosts were so quick to respond and help. Great communication! And having the pool was fantastic with our kids, after a long day at the beach. Thanks for a nice stay!

This property is very spacious and is conveniently located. Very short walk to the beach, even shorter walk to the village and access to a variety of restaurants and shops. Had a problem with drains in the bathrooms, but a call to Sandia and she had a plumber on it and was repaired before the end of the day. Great place to spend the week, we'll be back

Comfortable property in a nice location

We had a great time at this property. The house was clean and comfortable, kitchen is well equipped. There were plenty of family games to keep kids entertained in raining days and lots of beach toys in the garage. Its locations is just perfect, 5 min walking to the beach 2 mins to any restaurant in the village. Would definitely come back again. Only recommendation to the owners is that the family restroom could use a deep cleaning in the shower room.

Amazing week in Siesta Key. One block to Siesta Key Village, two blocks to beach. Place is huge, much larger than we thought it would be. Beach charts/beach cart provided, super easy to get to the beach and back. Nice pool area too! Owner Sandia was available if you needed anything…. We will be back!!!

Perfect location, nice updated property

Owners are lovely and very responsive! Property is all updated. Very comfortable. Lots of space, seating. So convenient to have some beach chairs, towels, beach toys, beach buggy. Lovely brand new washer / dryer. But most of all is the excellent location! Absolutely perfect for teens to be able to walk around town. And equally perfect to walk to beach. Multiple beach access points. Would absolutely recommend and stay again.

Cute place!

Very cute beach house walking distance to the beach and village. The living room furniture could use some spot cleaning as well as the kitchen chair upholstery. Also, the little back yard needs to have the missing fence panel/ground repaired. Over all though its a nice little place with everything you need, even everything you need for your family to enjoy the beach!

Thank you for the review and heads up on the upholstery. The back yard landscaping and fence was damaged by Hurricane Ian and we weren’t able to get the repair work scheduled until March. Unfortunately not in time for your visit, but all will be completed shortly! Thanks for staying with us.

Very nice 12 unit condo with a new pool, 1/2 block to Siesta Key Village and 1 1/2 block to beach.

We enjoyed our stay, condo is convienently located to food store, liquor store, restaurants, bars with music, shopping and the beach - all within a short walk. The size and layout of the condo was ideal and having a garage to park was a plus. Beach towels and chairs were included which was great for the person flying in for the stay. We likeled that the condo had a home-like feel and were not crowded at the pool given the small complex. Only suggestion would be deep grout cleaning in baths and replace all linens.

Nice condo

Stayed a week here and condo was perfect for us 4. Location is a block from Village restaurants in one direction and just over a block to the beach in the other. Garage was great for keeping the sandy beach items out of condo and also good for our vehicle. Would stay here again for sure!

As Florida natives, we've visited almost every beach in the state! There are many great beaches but Siesta Key kept drawing us back with its beautiful cool-to-the-touch white sand, gorgeous sunsets, and fun Village atmosphere. We love spending time here with our family, and know you will too!

We love that our unit is steps from Siesta Key Village and a short walk to the beach. You can be on the sand in minutes, on a quieter end of the beach yet close to the public beach for Sunday night drum circle or to enjoy the amenities. And you'll appreciate that this is a ground floor unit with a connected garage. No need to deal with stairs to get to your unit!
