Kima Condominium is located at 14300 Gulf Blvd. at Madeira Beach, Florida, just 40 minutes from Tampa International Airport. HAS INTERNET. Fishing, boating, swimming, relaxing sunsets, shell seeking, sun bathing, restaurants, shopping, deep sea fishing excursions, gambling cruises and world famous JOHNS PASS VILLAGE are all within walking distance for your enjoyment. This condo has a beautiful beach/ocean front view from the living/dining area and master bedroom. The 2 bedroom 2 bath unit has a tv in each bedroom and a flat screen tv in the living room. The building has a heating pool, sun bathing deck and an elevator and two staircases. Saturday to Saturday rentals only. We love pets but they are not allowed.

Just a short drive to St. Petersburg/Clearwater and its attractions (Pier, Dali Museum, Baseball Spring Training, golf/tennis) is only 20 minutes away; Tampa has a beautiful aquarium and Busch Gardens are 45 minutes away. Orlando and its attractions (Walt Disney World, Universal, Sea World) is less than 2 hours away!
We have an extra large open air balcony and the best rates on the beach!!! You would be renting from an owner and we pass the savings along to you so you, we have may guest that return year after year and know you will have a great time and would want to return again and again.
Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, bedroom/ bath

The main/master bedroom has a nice soft-sized bed, while the remaining rooms are furnished with a nice soft sized bed (s), comfortable for sleeping people.

Guests can enjoy an afternoon of fun and relaxing things and later watch the sunset from the off the room.

Great review. Renters left condo difficult to clean. Sink totally blocked by washing sand from sea shells collected. Part of group if other condo renters. Prefer not to rent to then in future

Wonderful stay

We had a great first time in Madeira Beach and at this condo. The location was great and the condo was very clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again when we go back to this area.

A perfect stay!

The property and condo were very clean and well kept. Just a few steps from the beach! The condo had everything we needed for our stay and is close to grocery stores and restaurants. You can’t beat the view and location for the price. We will stay here again!

The location is great. Can't go wrong with Madeira Beach. The condo itself has all of the necessities, but could use some paint & updating.

Ideal location

Property was great location and very clean. Elevator broke 2nd day there but was fixed next morning. We will be renting here again.

Labor Day 10 day beach vacation

Great location and view of the beach. Unit dated and needed some minor cosmetic repairs. Good deal for the price.

Condo with a great view of the Gulf.

Can see dolphins daily from your balcony. Having a washer/dryer in the unit is very convenient. The pool is heated and clean. Less than a mile walk to John's Pass.

This was a wonderful condo but we did not stay in 305 we stayed in 204!! We cannot wait for next year! It was the best vacation we’ve had and we have been coming for 15 years!

Vacation Review

We enjoyed our stay. Our only complaint would be in regards to the cleanliness and comfort of beds. Both were lacking. A small investment into a more efficient cleaner and some softer bedding could go a long way. Great location, easy to access.

Nice place to stay

We were quite pleased with the property overall and the location is fantastic. The pool area is very nice and security is very thorough. The only major problem was that all of the dishes had to be washed before we could use them. They had all been put away dirty and with food residue all over them. We will definitely consider another stay in the future.

Good guests . We were not called about any issues even thought rental info requested they call for any issues. With the Covid we suggest all renters wash all kitchen items before using for safety. We’ve always rec’d 5 stars.

We had a GREAT Time!

Property was right on the beach. The rooms were nice, it was great having a separate bathroom for the kids. Very convenient to have washer, dryer, stove and a refrigerator. I had coffee on the balcony every morning while watching the dolphins going up and down the coast. Walking distance to John's Pass, food, entertainment. Grocery store within a mile. Plenty for teenagers to do. We enjoyed it, and will be booking again for next year. Thanks

July vacation with red tide

Place was spacious. Older furniture but it worked. Only stayed half the time due to red tide and didn’t go in the water. Otherwise place is priced accordingly. Charles was nice and was very responsive. Have good recommendations

Great View for the Value!

Beautiful Condo right on the beach!! Great view from the 3rd floor. Easy access to the parking lot and close to many grocery stores and restaurants. Plenty of things to do in the area like shopping at John's Pass, Mini Golf at Smugglers Adventure and night walks on the beach. (BRING FLASH LIGHTS!). Few favorite restaurant we had were Conch Republic and Sea Breeze where you can eat outside on the inlet (Waterview). White beach chairs cannot be removed from property, local beach cabana company allows you to rent chairs on the beach (which we did the whole week, ($8/Chair or 2/$15).

Great location but

Owner was unresponsive for days, then difficult to deal with. VRBO rep also found him difficult. The location is great but property reflects a lack of investment--appliances, furniture, etc. Would not rent again from this owner.

This renter paid the lowest price on the beach for a 2bd2ba beachfront condo yet wants everything up to date. They were able to dine on the savings. Did they come to Fla for the unit or water view, sunshine warmth. Too entitled. Since renter won’t rent from us again then both of us will be happy. This renter wanted something for nothing. Notice renter didn’t say anything about being appreciative for anything

View worth a million!

This is really a condo with a spectacular view. I feel it doubled our vacation experience. There is a nice pool and then you are also steps to the beach but even in the condo you have the view of the gulf. The condo was clean but a bit dated. The bathrooms could use some TLC but were adequate. No beach chairs were provided and it was a bit pricy to rent them on the beach. I think these should be automatic since you can't bring them with you if you are flying. It was close to John's Pass for eating and shopping and just down the road from our favorite restaurant "Seabreeze" . If you can overlook a few flaws you'll enjoy your time here.

Travelers are able to see pictures of the condo before booking. I wonder why travelers see the pictures and then book at our low rates then make a statement about the look of the property. This review stated the place was nice and clean which is a priority for us. We list all amenities on the listing of what the condo provides. Due to liability reasons we were advised not to provide beach chairs that will rust and break easy from the salt air and water. We don't want anyone to get hurt. Travelers can rent chairs out on the beach, buy one at a local store or use the patio chairs and loungers that the pool area has on the patio. Our rates reflect what we offer. The view is fantastic. Travelers are free to book units with the amenities they are looking for a higher rate. Its the travelers choice. We do have units with new kitchens and bathrooms at a much higher rate. Life is full of choices. Have fun choosing. Eat out or do excursions with the money you save and you still have the same fantastic Gulf of Mexico sunset view!

Arrived on a Sat. Fridge went out, called on Sun. They dropped off a cooler with one bag of ice. Ice caked up in freezer, which we defrosted. Mon. am service came but had to order part. Unit needs paint, updated. For the price it was ok. Building good, small pool. Had a great view of ocean. Spoke to other renters and they said units out dated. Would not stay again.

This is a fair review. When appliances break we are at mercy of repair companies. Our rent prices are targeting middle class families - not upscale luxurious properties . If persons want more remodeled the rents will be significantly higher. No one gets upgraded condos for low prices. We’re the lowest price in the beach for a 2bd2ba beachfront(75 ft) condo. Most people shop for value.

Kima condos is a 30 unit building only 1 mile from famous John's Pass Village. HAS INTERNET/WIFI. The building has an elevator with 2 stairways. The POOL is seasonally heated and has chairs along with lounge chairs and concrete picnic tables, you can rinse off at at foot or full body shower outside. The private patio is only a few yards to the water.
The property is so convenient to Winn Dixie Grocery, a mile away and Publix only 2 miles.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

The Gulf of Mexico has beautiful white sand and warmer waters than the Atlantic. The gulf gives you beautiful sunsets, get for photographs. The beach is wide enough to fly a kite, recline in the sun without the big crowds of narrow beaches. You can even enjoy the pool with an ocean view. We like to eat early so we do not miss the sunsets which is the best time to be on the beach. Hearing the waves break from the private balcony is very relaxing and there is also the view of the bay from the front door entrance to enjoy. We will try to honor your request for a specific unit but we can not guarantee it. All Kima Condos face the gulf/beach and are 2BD/2BTH with the same floor plan and amenities. The pool has gated entrance and many lounge and chairs to enjoy the sun. Kima is one of the best condos on Madeira Beach. Has internet/wifi.
