Gulf Front Tropical Paradise - perfect set up right on the beach

Come watch the dolphins play at Sea Breeze, one of the most popular buildings on Madeira Beach. Vacation without a care in the world at our gorgeous, 1 bedroom, gulf-front condo. Time to relax. You have arrived in Paradise.

Directly on the Gulf, our home away from home has been completely remodelled. We have decorated with care, to make you feel at home. Our condo is a 7 day minimum rental. The kitchen is filled with everything you will need to prepare your meals. There is an ice maker in the refrigerator. The bedroom has a king bed and a t.v., dvd player and movies. There is a Murphy bed in the living room. This allows for the comfort of two big beds in two separate rooms. For all you sports fans... the living room has a 50'HD flat screen t.v., a dvd player and a library of movies. There is a 43 inch HD flat screen t.v. in the bedroom with DVD player. Free cable high speed internet is available for your use. Our condo has all the amenities of home and more. Beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys and floaters are in the closet for your use.

There is a large, private balcony with spectacular views of the Gulf, the pool and the powder white sand beach. Sit and enjoy the beautiful sunsets and watch the dolphins as they swim by. This unit is located on the fourth floor, overlooking the beach, heated pool and hot tub. There are gas and charcoal grills, with a picnic area by the pool, for your use. Beach cabanas are available for rent.

Take a walk down the beach, a 1/4 mile to the famous John's Pass Village, where you will find an old fashioned boardwalk with shops and restaurants galore. Over the bridge and you are at Gators, one of the world's largest waterfront bars. Try para-sailing, jet skiing, rent a boat or take a cruise up the inter coastal waterways or just relax on the beach. But, most importantly - ENJOY YOUR TIME AT THE BEACH !

Nice getaway!

The condo was very nice. Nice furnishings and the bed was very comfortable. The beach chairs, coolers and other beach items were very convenient and appreciated. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you would need. The only disappointment was the fact that the pool and hot tub were still being repaired and not usable. The owner made us aware that they might not be completed by the time of our stay, but we were still hoping they would be.

Great place and location

Very nice place and a great location. Easy check in and was even ready just a little early for us to check in to. Very clean and well stocked. Laundry and elevator just outside. Close to good restaurants and shopping. Just what we were looking for.

It was a great spot to stay! The condo was clean and easy to access. The water was right there and bonus points because they had beach chairs and umbrellas in the room available for us to use.

Couple Getaway

Chose this area because we wanted to be away from the hustle and bustle of the busy Clearwater Beach area. This condo was beautifully decorated, wish it had an in unit washer/dryer although there is one available not far from the front door. Enjoyed our morning breakfast each day on the balcony. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property.

Great stay!

Martin and Julie were so wonderful to work with and quick to respond. The condo was great for our family of 4. The unit is in the middle of the building, which was convenient. We thought that maybe it would be loud since we were by the elevators but we never heard anything and it was Spring Break after all. Lots of parking spots. They had chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, you name it they probably had it. The location was perfect! We were in walking distance to John’s Pass & restaurants. The Publix is a 5 min car ride and there is a 7/11 across the street. Kona Ice came by the pool every day. We can’t wait to return!

Amazing Get Away

Very quiet and peaceful place to sit back and escape everyday life for a while. Very clean and up to date, most definitely a 10/10 experience and would come to this spot again!

Everything you need!

Great condo and a great location! The condo is equipped with everything you need. The bed was comfy and the kitchen is fully stocked. The owner even supplied beach chairs! Great balcony set up too! I highly recommend this condo!

Cleanest place we have ever stayed

This place was so clean and had everything we needed.. The beach was very nice as was the pool area. We live that it is an 8 minutes stroll to John’s Pass. Only negative was the slow elevator otherwise it was perfect.

Perfect

From checking in to leaving it was perfect. We were able to get in early so we had a few extra hours on the beach. We drove from New England so it was much needed. The weather was perfect and as it was the end of the season it was relatively quiet. We love it there thanks so much

Condo was exactly as listed. Comfortable king size bed. Beautiful beach views. Everything you need for a GREAT vacation. Plenty of bath towels, beach chairs & cooler to use on the beach. Wonderful condo and location

The condo was accurately described and spacious. Sheets were soft, A/C worked well, lots of beach equipment, parking was east and we appreciated the outdoor seats. Overall, we just thoroughly enjoyed the space and location on the beach. It was our first time there and we loved it. Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful condo with us. We would definitely stay again!

Everything was great at this property and in the room. There were beach supplies for use in the room, which was helpful. Laundry was located on the floor and the room was stocked with all the household supplies you could need. We would certainly stay there again.

Fantastic vacation

My husband & I have been coming to the gulf beaches for years. This was our 1st time staying in Maderia Beach. The location was perfect! The unit was everything we expected and we would definitely stay here again! The owners thought of almost everything you could need. Lots of beach items & the kitchen seemed well stocked (we didn’t cook) but nice knowing we could. We very much enjoyed our stay in this condo.

We have been regular visitors to the Gulf coast and we simply decided to make our dream come true. The Sea Breeze building is superbly maintained. The area allows you to simply relax or enjoy the charm of John's Pass which is near by. The rental cabanas come in handy if it is windy or a little cool and you still want to be sitting on the beach. 7eleven is right across the street and open 24 hours, for late check ins.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

We loved this condo for its layout and location the minute we visited it. This very spacious condo allows you to feel the beach at all times from the kitchen and large living room. The bedroom has a King bed while there is a Queen Murphy bed in the living room. The bathroom has a large shower with a bench.
We take great care in our home away from home and have equipped it to meet your needs. The setup is very relaxing as you can enjoy the sunset from your private balcony.
Also, it is just about guaranteed that you will see dolphins swimming and playing in the ocean while you sit on the balcony during a stay at our condo.
