The living room and master bedroom connect to the oceanfront balcony through sliding glass doors, allowing tons of sunlight to pour into this condo. The master has a king bed, theres a queen in the second room and built-in twin beds in the third bedroom. Both bathrooms are beautifully appointed with glass showers, updated lighting fixtures, new paint and tile. A washer and dryer are available in the condo. Waterpointe in Windy Hill Beach is a wonderfully relaxing spot for your North Myrtle Beach vacation. The oceanfront pool is a popular place to relax during those beautifully sunny South Carolina summer days, but if the sun gets a bit too hot you can always find comfort by taking a dip in the indoor pool or Jacuzzi. Waterpointe convenient location in Windy Hill Beach makes it easy to access restaurants, shops, and attractions off the property just a few blocks away at Barefoot Landing.

Check-In is after 4 pm on your date of arrival. Check-In at the Condo-World office (311 17th Avenue South, North Myrtle Beach, SC 29582), not your rental property. A valid ID of the Reservation Holder or another Responsible Party on the reservation is required at Check-In. Unless Pre-registered, an imprint of the credit card is made at Check-In to secure all keys, pool bracelets, and gate passes for your use during your stay. Nothing is charged onto the card unless something is not returned at Check-Out. For any arrivals after business hours, please follow late arrival instructions that are provided on your reservation confirmation. For bookings made less than 5 days from arrival date, the Reservation Holder must check-in during business hours at the Condo-World office. Check-Out is before 10 am on your date of departure. Please take out any trash, remove food from refrigerator, start the dishwasher, and lock the front door of the rental unit. Bring all keys, pool bracelets, and gate passes back to our office and drop them in the drop box located underneath the covered parking area at the rear of our building.

DEPARTURE MAID SERVICE & LINENS, STARTER SUPPLIES
For your convenience and vacation enjoyment, linens and towels are included in our rates, and your beds will be made for your arrival. All rates also include departure maid service. There is no daily maid service or daily linen/towel service. A starter set of supplies, including paper products, can liners, and soap, is included with each rental. Please plan to bring additional supplies for the duration of your stay.

Condo-World is not responsible for any building amenities. The building amenities are provided and serviced by a separate HOA or management company. There will be no refunds issued for any loss of use of building amenities during your stay. Construction
