The main bath is newly remodeled with a full surround tile shower, a built in bench and glass sliding doors.



One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has 2 twin beds. Fresh and cozy new bedding. There are flat screen TVs wall-mounted in each bedroom!! These bedrooms share the newly remodeled hall bath w/ tile shower surround and glass sliding doors.



NOTE: This property has an exterior Ring camera with active video and audio at the front door. By choosing to reserve this rental property, guest gives consent to being monitored. No carts, luggage racks, beach wagons, roll away beds or cribs are allowed inside the condo at any time.

* Non smoking complex including balconies. $500 fine if smoke has been detected and eviction. No cigarettes, vaping, cigars or pipes.

* No Loud Noise after 10 PM. $50 fee if security is called

* No Pets. $500 fee if pets or pet remnants are found

* Minimum rental age is 25 years

* No motorcycles, trailers, campers, RVs or Motorcycles

* No carts, luggage racks, beach wagons, roll away beds or cribs are allowed inside the condo at any time.
