We invite you to enjoy our wonderful home on your next trip to Orlando. Absolutely perfect for multi-family groups, or golf groups, this property features all the comforts of home and more! Book your vacation now at this beautiful home with pool and spa.

You will feel immediately relaxed as you enter our 8 bedroom, 5 bathroom executive home which sleeps up to 18 in style. We have paid great attention to every detail when we furnished this home and we hope you will enjoy it as much as we do with our own family. With 5 king bedrooms, 2 bedroom with full size bunk bed and 1 twin , 1 room with a double full size bunk bed , there is plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax after a day out or just to stay in and take it easy. Each room has a different feel so all guests should be equally happy with their room, and all have wall mounted flat screen LED Tv’s. The dining room and living area offers plenty of space to congregate and enjoy meals together, and the bright and airy kitchen has all the appliances that you would expect in your own home. (There is also a full-size washer and dryer). This home will bring all the excitement of Orlando to you, and have the entire group talking about your trip for months to come.
If you're looking for a vacation that will create life-long memories, look no further than Champions Gate. The 20,000 sq. ft. Oasis clubhouse is simply stunning and world-class. It features a huge resort-style pool with water slides, lazy river, splash park, state-of-the-art fitness center, tiki bar and movie theatre along with a playground and volleyball courts. Great location

We enjoyed our stay here. Would stay again. The pool heater was broken. And back door didn’t lock. We will assume these will be fixed soon. Great stay otherwise.

Property itself was awesome for family quality time but there were issues... Not enough towels to accommodate everyone .we had to go purchase.. Only located 6 with 5 bathrooms, house had a pet smell, some of dishes were dirty, the area for washer and dryer was locked and knob was broken, home was super hot... AC

Perfect family getaway

This house was even more beautiful in person. Everything was clean and cozy. The resort had plenty to keep our crew busy in between our Orlando Park days. Our only complaint was issues with the pool, but considering we arrived two days after a hurricane we were completely understanding that things might not work as they should. We did notice a pool man there daily and he worked to keep the pump running. Pros: One of my biggest compliments to the owners would be great job stocking the cabinets perfectly. We had a blender for frozen drinks, a crock pot for meals to eat ready when we returned at night, and everything in between, including serving dishes. The location was in a nice gated community. The beds were all comfortable. Everything was clean. Cons: The walls need some touch up paint. The first day someone stole our floats from the pool. We were leary of the neighbors from that point on and locked everything up tight at night. Thanks for a great stay.

Overall this house was decent. Definitely could be cleaned better.

Needs better cleaning. Rug in kitchen was filthy. One stove burner didn’t work. No hot water in kitchen or main bath tub which was odd because the shower in that bathroom had hot water. Pool needs to be cleaned better and maybe have a skimmer couldn’t skim bugs out. Good location. Oh and there’s a crib in one of the bedroom closets just has to be put together , pool towels above the washer and dryer

Not at all satisfied

Beautiful house but not cleaned ,refrigerator not working properly.toilet paper holders broken, cue sticks broken, basketball backboard broken.We swam in DIRTY POOL WATER. When called about it. They just pretended to go take care of it. Last day we were there they go put chemicals in the pool, And of course TOO MUCH our eye were burning, our bathing suits faded.Everyone broke out in a rash. microwave didn't work, one of the tubs upstairs didn't drain.Kitchen faucet leaking . No hot water in kitchen faucet, garbage didposer verly working, Drier did not work,

Place was dirty

Burgers on the walls , broken toilet paper holder, cigarette burn holes in patio set, Just was not very clean hair in the tub. Cannot get a hold of management all week.

A Ton of Fun

We truly enjoyed ourselves! Responses from the property manager we just ok. Most importantly the property manager was prompt with taking care of our needs. The house itself was great the only thing I would say is the fully stocked kitchen needs to be evaluated and things replaced on a regular cadence like pots and pans because they do wear out. And the house could use an interior paint job from normal wear and tear. These are all things that are just a part of consistent maintenance. The house was in no way a dump. Overall I would stay here again.

Just okay

The house is not very clean- needs a deep cleaning. The walls, cupboards, and baseboards are pretty gross. The carpet also could use a good cleaning/vacuuming. The pictures are a bit deceiving as far as the condition of the home. The pool was smaller than we expected based on the pictures. The screens around the pool area are torn or unattached so bugs entered the pool and patio area regularly. We had issues with a lack of hot water a couple of times and maintenance had to be contacted each time. We had a lot of trouble getting in and out of Champions Gate because 1) the gate attendants didn’t have my reservation on file and 2) my guests were not in the system even though I had provided their names prior to our reservation and at least two more times while we were staying. The gate attendants made it sound like this is a regular problem. It’s frustrating to have to get a new parking pass daily. Not sure if we would stay at this property again just based on cleanliness of property and communication.

Gorgeous house…BUT UNRESOLVED ISSUES

While this property is absolutely GORGEOUS….we had 18 people and we only had 4 towels. Took 4 days for someone to take care of it and they brought us 6 more. 🙄 Also paid for pool heat which we complained about DAILY. THE POOLS WAS FREEZING AND THE “spa” was even colder! Getting anyone to take care of your issues was an absolute nightmare. So if you don’t care about towels, a swimmable pool or getting anyone to fix anything…then this is the place for you.

Family Vacation

The house was nice, and nice neighborhood, but could not get a hold of property manager at all. There was a couple of things that were broken, and there's no way to know if they're aware of it, so they don't charge you for it.

Dirty house and horrible experience

As soon as we got there we noticed stains on the bed comforters and sofa. We pick up the sofa cushions to find a mess of crumbs and it was dirty. We had to wash All the dishes and spoons because we felt that nothing was cleaned at all. We washed all our bed sheets even though we were so tired because it seemed like no one came to see or clean the house after the last family used it. The pool had a small mouse swimming in it! The pool was not cleaned at all! It had pieces of the pool toys that were broken. The house looks so nice and it’s big but no one cleans it. Who wants to rent a house that’s not cleaned ? We cleaned ourselves after we were told someone would come to clean it and no one showed up. Lastly the check in process at the gate was a nightmare! There was a line of cars, we are all tired and hungry and just one person giving the parking passes. It was horrible !!

The property was nice. You could tell that the cleaners wasn't very well at cleaning due to stuff that was left laying around. They also need new pans for everything was sticking to the ones that was there and made it hard to clean. Other than that the house was nice and plenty of room for all 20 of us.

Poor management

VRBO has no customer service either. I only reached operators in the Phillipines!! It is shocking at the poor management that Executive Villas is doing at managing this property. No one can be reached and if we needed something we were put on the phone for a long long time. No one is reachable for emergencies after hours even though your paperwork states you are. The place is not kept up. 1. The vacuum doesn’t suction at all so how can this place be vacuumed properly? When we called for a new vaccum, no one responded. We had to borrow from a neighbor next door. The amount of dirt that was picked up shows that no one cleaned here for a long while. 2. Some of the beds had dirt In them. In one of the beds we actually found someone’s manicured nail. How gross! 3. I have an email confirming that all blankets and comforters would be washed prior to my arrival. This was not so. Dirt was found on them. They were sprayed with a heavy perfume spray to take away other fumes but were not washed. 4. The dryer vent doesn’t vent properly and is put in dangerously. Lint actually accumulates on the plug and outlet. We had to move the machines. The dirt and grime around the machines is awful. 5. Woodwork and molding on the floors around the house are dirty, not dusted, and not kept up. 6. The carpets need washing and are dirty. They should be removed and be replaced with flooring that can be washed and sanitized. 7. We rented a villa with a warm pool. There was no other reason I needed a villa rental. We had to fight for days for a true pool repair man to come and diagnose the issue. After it was diagnosed nobody answered any phones or emails to help us figure out what we could do with the situation which needs one week to be rectified. By that time we weren’t there 8. Smoke detector was beeping outside bedrooms for faulty battery for three days. Couldn’t get anyone to fix it. All in all we have been very disappointed. Why would I rent from someone that could not care to to service their customer. Promises and promises from anyone we did finally reach. Nothing was kept and everything was a fight

Fabulous house

I would recommend this Villa,to any large party wanting to Holiday in Orlando,it is very spacious and very well appointed.The kitchen is fantastically equipped with every home convenience .We as a party of 15 had plenty of space and beds to spare. the only reason I didn’t give the cleanliness 5stars,is because we found several items of clothing obviously left behind my previous guests including an item of ladies underwear in one of the beds!!!.,also some services were quite dusty.,Apart from that we had a fabulous holiday ad loved this house.

Beautiful modern home!

This was the PERFECT place for a vacation with a family of 13. Everything is so beautifully decorated and clean. Not only did they allow us to check in HOURS early (because of arriving early and having dinner reservations) they also brought a crib right over when we brought it to their attention that there was not one in house. They were extremely helpful with everything! I would definitely recommend this house, especially those in large families or groups, it has plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. We would all gladly stay here again!

Wonderful!

Beautifully decorated and spotless! We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect house for our party of 15, everyone had their own space. The house and kitchen was well equipped with anything you could need (high chair and stroller in garage) and it’s location is walking distance to the club house. Only a 15 min drive to Disney. We wished we could have stayed longer!

Spacious Layout

The neighborhood was quiet and well kept. The house was very roomy and accommodating but trash disposal was not frequent enough which attributes to the reason (read further) for the low rating The pool guy was very courteous and helpful in showing us how to maintain proper pH. For a house that size, it would’ve been easier to have a dumpster nearby to accommodate the large families that were renting the house. Also, there were roaches crawling on the table, in the sink, under the sink and in all places, in the stove clock. I’ve rented vacation home for several years but this was the only one that had roaches that were alive and crawling. With women and kids, the roaches made the stay more stressful. I’m sure a good extermination will mitigate the stress level for the next renters. Unfortunately, I can’t rate my experience on the next renter’s accommodations.

Awesome Family Vacation Home

My family and I stayed here on our recent vacation to Orlando. This home is amazing and fit 15 people very comfortably (8 adults and 7 children). It had everything we could possibly need! We definitely enjoyed our 5 night stay. However, we did have a couple of snags. We arrived Sunday right on time at 4pm for check-in after being on the road for over 6 hours and the home was not ready--was told to come back in an hour! So we drove to the club house and hung around for an hour. After the kids had already been using the pool for a couple of days, someone came to check the chemical levels on Tuesday and told us not to get in the pool because there was absolutely no chlorine! We shouldn't have been in the pool at all and 3 of 7 kids now have ear infections! We had a little rain during our stay but its possible balance was off due to rain prior to our stay. Kids weren't able to use the pool again until late Thursday afternoon after being given the okay to get in. But other than that we had an awesome time and would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful. We couldn't have asked for anything more!

We shared the property with 2 other family's and there was more than enough space for us and more. The house was clean and beautifully furnished. The pool and surrounding deck were wonderful for the kids and the parents. It also has a wonderful relaxing area outside for the evenings after the kids have gone to bed to sit and relax. The theatre room was a huge hit with the kids. The house is located just a couple of minutes walk from the lazy river, splash pad and pool at the main club house and a close drive to shopping, amuzment parks, etc. I have travelled to Orlando 6 times and this has been my favorite place to stay by far.
