Winterfest in the Smokies! Best Views of GSMNP!

MOUNTAIN TOP RETREAT!! Views, views, views. Overlooking Wears Valley and the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. In the luxurious Preserve Resort, located in Wears Valley - a short distance from Pigeon Forge, Townsend, and Cade's Cove. This cabin has it all: hot tub, pool table, foosball, dartboard, air hockey, blackjack/roulette table, electric fireplace, and blu-ray players (enabling you to access your Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, etc). With all these amenities in the cabin combined with the breathtaking view, you can pack your clothes, toothbrush, and groceries and never leave this great vacation getaway during your stay. If the park or entertainment interests you, you are only a short drive away!

1 King bed in bedroom, 2 queen sleeper sofas, 2 futon mattresses in loft above game room.

Charcoal Grill.

Coffee maker is a dual function - can do regular pot of coffee or K-Cups.

* This property is pet friendly (dogs only) for up to 2 dogs, no weight limit.
Pet Rules:
- Up to date on all annual vaccinations, as well as heart worm and flea/tick medication
- No pets on furniture or bedding
- All pets are to be crated when left in the cabin unattended
- Be sure to click “Pets” when reserving so that the pet fee will be applied to your reservation

The cabin was very relaxing. Great location, did some shopping locally and traveled to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Did a lot of working from the cabin, it was nice to sit in the cabin or on the deck with the amazing view. So relaxing. We stayed a majority of our time in the cabin, game room was nice to take a break in.

We had a great time at our cabin. All the kids loved the pool and hot tub. Our older girls loved learning how to play pool with the adults. It was a beautiful location, the view of the mountains was exactly what we wanted.

Amazing stay at this property. Easy commute to get to the cabin. Large paved parking area. Loved coming back after the days activities to an amazing view. Ended every day with a cold drink on the balcony’s rocking chairs. We made use of the resort’s pool a couple times and loved swimming with a view. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We love visiting the Wears Valley/Townsend area and would definitely stay here again.
Amazing view from the living room. Even better from the upstairs game room.

This cabin was perfect for a a vacation with 2 teens with a pool table, fuseball, and air hockey. There was also a hot tub and pool. We saw a mama bear and 4 cubs twice at the cabin. We did several hikes in the national park and drove through cades cove and roaring fork motor trail. Nothing is very close to this cabin as it’s high in the mountains. It takes 30 to 50 minutes for most activities we did. The roads are winding with no guard rails on the drive up to the cabin. This was not an issue for us and added to the Smokey mountain experience. But for someone who doesn’t want to drive that much it’s good to know. My family really enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Great location and host, unpredictable neighbors and cleanliness

The views and ambiance were incredible except for waking at 7am to the next door cabin having its roof completely redone all day. The cabins are closely spaced and individually owned so unpredictable who or what will be next to you during your stay. Also, single roll of paper towels, almost empty salt shaker, dusty walls, and unclean dishes (probably because guests are expected to clean and restock all dishes prior to departure) were among the several small complaints we have with the experience. Worth the view but would probably look for other options that offer the same view first before coming back.

Gorgeous view

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay. The cabin is beautiful and looks quite large in photos and on the exterior upon arrival. However, there is very little room to move around in the living room and bedroom. I would say it is a cozy setting in those rooms. The kitchen is perfect and has everything you need…As far as the view, it is stunning, that in itself was well worth the stay. My only complaint was the bed…the mattress was very hard and made it difficult to get a good nights rest. My husband and I kept waking up periodically throughout the night. Other than that, you will be happy you chose this place for your stay.

Mountain Top Retreat

Perfect location to get to Pigeon Forge, Townsend and The Smoky Mountains. The view was spectacular from the hot tub each night after hiking the Smokies, exploring Dollywood and hanging around Knoxville for the Vols game. We had a great time and even saw the Momma Bear and her 3 cubs roaming the culdesac below from the safety of the deck. Mt LeConte is even visible behind the range to the left. Highly Recommended!!!

Views Galore!

We were content to sit on the porch and take in the breath taking views. For just two of us, this cabin was ABSOLUTELY perfect! Well stocked kitchen. Great communication from property owner when I had an issue with the TV.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The cabin & community are beautiful! The cabin is very clean. The kitchen is well equipped. Everything we needed was there for us. The views from cabin are spectacular! And there were plenty of bear to view! The communication with owners was prompt & great. Not that I needed to contact them for anything except some hilarious footage from their ring camera! The location of the cabin was pretty centralized for everything we wanted to do while there. I highly recommend and if I return to the area would make the same selection! Thank you for a wonderful & memorable stay!

Amazing view from a beautiful house

My wife and I had a great time. The house was beautiful and the view was unbelievable. Its about 30 min to Pigeon forge, 20 min to the National park and maybe 40 min to Gatlinburg. Great location the middle of everything. I
