Beach themed 3 bdrm/2.5 bath end unit townhome in the hidden gem community - Westwood at Bethany. Incredible view of nature preserve- perfect for bird watchers. Great Bethany Beach location! Less than a mile walking distance to the beach, boardwalk and town playground or use the parking passes provided! Let the kids ride bikes safely in the neighborhood, or take the nearby trolley to the boardwalk. Community boasts pool and tennis court (open Memorial Day weekend-Labor Day weekend). Community located off of Garfield Parkway, near Grotto Pizza, DiFebo's, Bethany Diner, WaWa, and many more stores and restaurants.

No details were overlooked in setting up this fantastic vacation getaway! Keyless entry makes it easy for your family to come and go with the use of your smart phone! Open floor plan includes eat-in kitchen, peninsula with 4 stools, and dining table that seats 6. All the conveniences of home. Wi-Fi, and smart tv's throughout the house. Games, puzzles and books are there to enjoy. Beach chairs, umbrellas, kids’ beach toys, and boogie boards are provided for renters' use.

First floor has half bath. Living room is spacious with lots of seating. Sliding glass door to a fabulous screened-in porch with ceiling fan, gas grill and outdoor shower. Upstairs the kids' room has queen bed w/twin bunk and twin trundle, nautical guest room w/king (or split into two twins). Master bedroom w/king & en-suite bath, enjoy the view from the private upper deck overlooking Bethany's 26 acre nature preserve. Spectacular water views with abundant wildlife.

Linens & towels are not provided but are available for rental at Gale Force Rentals located near by.

Full size washer/dryer conveniently located on the second floor as well.

Non-smoking, no pets, no primary renters under 25.

Very Accommodating!

We spent a week at this lovely home. 4 adults, a five year old, our twin 2.5 year old boys. Right from the start, we knew we picked the right place. The house was fully stocked with everything beach related, which is a huge plus when traveling 6 hours away. Chairs, toys, umbrellas, wagon, you name it, it was there. And not only was it there, it was all high end Tommy Bahama. The availability of two parking passes made parking at the beach each day a breeze, and saved quite a bit of money! Being a mile from the beach is the perfect distance, close enough to all of the amenities, but far enough away from the chaos of downtown. We will certainly be back for another visit. 10/10 reccomend.

Week at the beach with our daughter and granddaughters

This house was perfect for our stay at the beach!! It has the most beautiful and relaxing views of the salt marsh yet it’s super close to Bethany and the boardwalk! The house has pretty much everything you need in the kitchen and all the beach gear was a bonus too! Our granddaughters really enjoyed the bunk room!

Amazing Views Perfect for Those Who Love Nature

It's a great Bethany West property that is surprisingly spacious for a family of four. Conveniently located near restaurants and convenience stores all within walking distance (less than five minutes), and the vibe within the neighborhood is super friendly and chill. The hosts are super responsive, and truly go out of their way to ensure your vacation is enjoyable. The residential parking passes make accessing the Bethany boardwalk a breeze, too. For the nature lovers, the views are breathtaking, and the Osprey nest is magical. We had a few instances where Ospreys were feeding on their catch right in the trees directly in front of the upper balcony of the property. Bring your binoculars! It's a ten out of ten that we would stay at this property again.

Lovely trip!

This house has the best location in its neighborhood because it has a 1st floor screened in porch and a 2nd floor open air deck that look out on beautiful wetlands. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly thanks to the proximity to the beach (short drive and comes with a parking pass) and the comforts of just being in the home.

Amazing vacation!

The home was more than expected - loved everything about this place and the hosts were outstanding! Sitting on the screened in porch overlooking the marsh, listening to all the birds was so relaxing. Having town parking passes made trips to the beach easy! Highly recommend and can’t wait to return next year!

Annual Fourth of July Vacation

We rented this townhome for our first time visit to Bethany Beach. Upon our arrival, Brenda responded immediately to our questions and could not have been more friendly. The unit was very clean. The owners have taken such great care of their unit. The beach decor throughout the home is bright and lovely. The furnishings are comfortable but stylish. It felt like home from the moment we arrived. Bedrooms are spacious and the beds are quite comfortable. Water pressure in the showers was excellent. The spacious kitchen is abundantly equipped with cookware and dinnerware. We so enjoyed the 2nd floor view of the nature park...ospreys were incredible to see so close. Looking forward to our return in 2024.

Beautiful condo!

We really enjoyed this beautifully decorated, clean condo and with the use of the residential parking passes, getting around was easy. The communication with the host was excellent and they went above and beyond for us. We would highly recommend this condo!

Wonderful house in Bethany - birder's paradise!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Bethany at Brenda and Mike's wonderful home near the beach. We are a family of birders and very much enjoyed the view from the upper balcony overlooking the marsh. We saw two nests of Ospreys with chicks that were about to fledge. Mom and Dad Osprey were trying to teach the youngsters how to hunt for themselves, but the kids were more interested in having food brought to them. Very fun to watch! Brenda and Mike were great to work with and we had no issues at all. They were wonderful hosts. We highly recommend staying here.

Amazing place!

This is an amazing place! It was perfect for our family. I loved the upper deck watching all the birds and wildlife. The screen in porch and outside shower were also great! Place was clean and had all amenities needed. We will definitely stay there again. Thank you again for a wonderful place.

A great spot. Very convenient to everything in Bethany. The view of the sunrise from the deck off of the master bedroom is beautiful.

Townhouse by the beach

The property was exactly as described, a townhouse one mile from the beach with adorable decorations. The communication was absolutely perfect! When we had an issue with the wifi Brenda responded quickly and got the help we needed. Property was clean...we brought all our own linens and towels (which works great for me bc I am clean freak). Having the residential parking pass was fabulous and should not be underrated, it makes going to the beach so much easier. I also loved having the beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and beach caddy all there waiting for us. When I told Brenda the one umbrella was broken, she responded she will replace asap. I can not give an opinion about the pool bc we decided to skip it due to covid precautions. My only negative was super minor but my husband did not like being on the marsh bc our bathing suits, towels, and chairs never dried outside. I would recommend this property, it was priced well and had all the extras you need for a beach house.

Bethany Townhouse

We visited this comfortable condo recently. It is in a great central location as well as the quiet Westwood complex with great views to the wetlands with upstairs deck and screened in main floor porch. Roomy bedrooms with plenty of storage, large eating space and living room area. Also supplied are beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, beach toys and 2 town parking passes which is a great. During these Covid times, the unit was very clean as well.

Little piece of Heaven!!

From start to finish everything was perfect!! Brenda and Mike are wonderful!! The pictures of this home don’t do it justice!! Every thing you can think of is here and available!! Wonderful weekend!

Thank you so much to Brenda and Mike for sharing their beautiful home! My kids loved all the wonderful decorations! The location is great with beautiful views; we even got to see a pair of bald eagles from the deck. Our family would love to stay again in the future!

Great family vacation rental!

Wonderful home that was very nicely laid out. Very comfortable for a family of 5. Master bedroom suite was large with a fantastic view. Second bedroom also had a king size bed which was great. The house was very clean and well decorated, exactly as shown in photos. Kids loved the double bunks with a queen size on the bottom. Nicely decorated kids room. Very warm feeling throughout. Lots of seating. We used the gas barbecue every night which was awesome to keep down on kitchen cleanup. So much better then dealing with charcoal! Location was very convenient to getting down to the boardwalk and also for shopping . Great that there were 2 residential parking permits, so we could take 2 cars into town, as granny was with us. Overall, would definitely recommend staying here.

Perfect place for family vacation.

Beautiful property, well maintained. Spectacularly decorated. Very comfortable with great views of the Nature Preserve. Parking passes provided, bikes, boogie boards, chairs, pool, tennis court, within walking distance to a lot of great places. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks again!!! Great Location

Our family had a great relaxing vacation. We went fishing, crabbing, miniature golfing, fireworks, swimming, and relaxed! This home is in the perfect location to the beach, Grottos, Rita’s and WaWa, of which we visited daily! Our grandchildren forgot their beach toys and Brenda and Mike had these toys stocked along with anything else you might need that was forgotten. Neighbors were very friendly too! If we decide to stay again at Bethany, we will definitely rent this unit again.

Memorial Day Getaway

Very well appointed and a great location. Short drive to the beach with parking passes provided. Quiet community surrounded by friendly neighbors. Really couldn't ask for much more in a rental property!

Location, upkeep, decor, and comfort couldn’t have been any better, phenomenal beach vacay property

The location of the property and surrounding neighborhood were great. Close enough to the main road into Bethay village to be able to get in and out quickly but tucked far enough back that house was as quiet as could be. The house and accommodations were clean and wonderfully decorated. The views of the surrounding wetlands and wildlife from the master bedroom balcony are stunning. Mike and Brenda were helpful and accommodating and in response to one potential issue for us, their actions to ensure our comfort and happiness went above and beyond. We had absolutely no problems during our stay and couldn’t have been happier about our choice to stay here. One extra item worth mentioning is that the local parking passes included with the rental were invaluable. We’ve stayed elsewhere in Bethany for almost 10 years and one of the only two things we don’t like about it is the hassle and cost of parking around the village and the beach, and the resident parking passes resolved that issue in a way that cannot be overstated. Bottom line is that it would be hard to find a better combination of quality and value in a Bethany Beach vacation house than this one.

We are so excited to own this property at Bethany Beach. For years we have vacationed in Delaware, enjoying the beautiful beaches and fishing at Indian River Inlet. Now we get to enjoy our new place and are excited to share it with you!

Westwood at Bethany is so convenient - Our location is exceptional! We can simply walk to breakfast at Bethany Diner, or Grotto Pizza for lunch, or have a great evening meal at DiFabo's or Off the Hook and stroll home! We can even grab a cool drink along the way at Wawa when we walk or bike less than 1 mile to the beach! Very family friendly - the kids enjoy riding their bikes in our small community, and then taking a dip in the pool! Or catching the free beach trolley to ride to the boardwalk! It is the BEST!!
