Amenities abound at the in-town community of Bayberry Woods. Located close to Grotto's Pizza, DeFebo's, CoCoLo Sushi, and the convenience of Wawa. Relax at the communitiesā€™ swimming pool, or work on your forehand at the newly resurfaced tennis courts. All while being just a short walk or bike ride to the beach. Enjoy the charm of Bethany's boardwalk, take a little walk at the nearby by Nature Center, enjoy miniature golf, shopping and lots of delicious treats after a day of sand and surf! There is so much fun to be had at Bethany Beach.

We hope you create many happy memories in our newly remodeled townhome. On the main floor is a comfortable living room and eat in kitchen and powder room and a small back porch with an outdoor shower. Upstairs is a master bedroom with a king sized bed, and attached bath. There is also a queen sized bed in the second bedroom, another full bath, and the third room contains 2 sets of bunk beds.

We love our home and like to know about the guests who share it. Please tell us a bit about yourself, your group, and your travel plans when you request a reservation.

Great for family, pet friendly, close to the beach!

Great townhouse with room for our family, close to the beach & we were able to include our dog. Hosts are very responsive and have included lots of little ā€œextrasā€ to make the stay complete. Really enjoyed our stay!

Charming and convenient locale

Perfect location with beautiful pool. Check in was a breeze. Coastal furnishings with bikes and beach chairs included. Quick walk to the trolley bus, restaurants, and stores. Roomy kitchen and plenty of beds and bathrooms. The owners were responsive and friendly. Exceptional experience!

Hidden gem- pet and family friendly!

This was a great property for our family of 6 & our dog. Appreciated the updated kitchen and bathrooms, convenient location, and friendly, responsive owners. Everything is as advertised online. We loved our stay here and will be back!

Great location and property

Lovely week in Bethany. The property was close to the town center and came with a resident parking pass (which is huge in Bethany). The pool was super close to the house and was a nice after-beach treat. The family also enjoyed the pickle ball courts.

Great relaxing vacation

We really enjoyed the property. The location was great. Easy access to beach and the center of town by walking or trolley. The condo had plenty of room for a family of five with two dogs. It was a nice quiet area with great amenities, the pickle ball court and pool was a big hit with my family. Having Wawa at the entrance was a bonus. The host were wonderful. Definitely stay there again. Really enjoyed our time in Bethany Beach.

Great place for a family vacation

Great townhouse for a family vacation. Close to the beach, in a small development with a great pool and pet friendly. The property had everything we needed for our family of 5 and we were so happy we could include our dog. Our kids did the puzzles and played the games that the owners included and we liked the convenience of walking to the Wawa, Ritaā€™s and Grotto Pizza nearby. The property was very clean and updated. The owners were very responsive and had great suggestions of things to do. Overall we highly recommend this property as a great place to stay.

Great location and community

Rebeccaā€™s home is in a great location to quickly get to the beach by car, bike, or walking. Lots of neighborhoods nearby for long walks with the dog. The house comfortably fit our family of 4 and our dog. Minor issues were quickly addressed.

Lovely location in one of our favorite beach towns

This was our 3rd stay (1st in this particular unit) in this quiet gem of a community just a quick walk into Bethany Beach. The location is perfect. The home has been newly renovated on the main floor. Plenty of rooms, cozy seating area & outdoor space. Owners were very helpful & communicative. We will gladly return!

Perfect!

We had an amazing family vacation! The beach house was beautiful; even better in real life! Our kiddos (10 & 12) loved the pool and so did we. Within walking distance of Wawa. House was clean, very comfortable and relaxing. We loved having our 2 fur-babies with us and it helped us relax even more. The Durretts had wonderful communication with us from when we booked in January through our stay. Lots of amenities and we also left two rafts/tubes for others to use. We're already looking forward to returning next year! Thank you!
