Our beautiful one bedroom one bathroom condo overlooks the Stonecreek Golf Course and is located in the Anasazi gated condominium complex. It truly is the perfect location! Just a two minute walk to shops and restaurants including Paradise Valley Mall, Target and Costco, a five minute drive to Keirland Commons and the Scottsdale Quarter and a ten minute drive to Old Town Scottsdale to experience restaurants, shops, art galleries and festivals.

Enjoy your morning cup of coffee or an evening drink on your oversized private patio. The complex is also adjacent to Stonecreek golf course and includes five pools and spas (four of the pools are heated) and a brand new huge workout facility inside the main clubhouse. Convenient, quiet, exterior location with peaceful view. This beautiful condo is located in one of THE most desirable complexes in the Paradise Valley area. Great experience!

My son and I visited for a week and could not have been more happy with our stay. It was clean, well furnished, and the location was close to everything we needed. I would highly recommend staying at this location.

Anasazi village condo

Seamless booking, payment, check-in and check-out. Communication with property owners was easy and clear. Condo was as we expected based on the online pictures. We appreciated the heated pool and spa as we visited in January. Groceries and restaurants were within walking distance.

Condo conditions

We were not impressed with the condition of the condo. Dryer would not work, discovered birds nest in vent. I cleaned it out and discovered so much dirt behind dryer it was disgusting. The washer was very dirty inside. Bed was very uncomfortable, mattress was badly sagged in the middle. Dishwasher ran continuously, would not shut off. Shower valve very difficult to control water temperature. Construction above us whole two weeks we were there. Used the garberator and it plugged, had to plunge the drains. Condo was very hot. The kitchen faucet needs to be replaced, water leaking around spout. The condo could use some upgrades. I have pictures of the dryer i had to move out and clean with all the dust and garbage under it if you would like to see them. The bathroom was not in great condition. The gate key was not cut correctly and had trouble to open the gate. Bathroom linens were scarce and needed some bleach. Had to buy dishcloths. I also had to buy wine glasses. We travelled with friends staying at the same complex, different building, paid less than we did and had a condo with all new upgrades, new kitchen, walk in shower, hardwood floors, new appliances including new washer dryer.

Beautiful Paradise Village Condo

My wife and I loved this condo. Beautiful sunrise views over the golf course! The pool and hot tub were pristine! We hope to return soon! Wonderful location! Thanks Crystal!

Vacation Bliss

We had a great time, In the morning I sat on the 2nd floor balcony and watched golfers tee off on the 9th tee. In the afternoons my wife and I laid in the at a different pool every day. The rooms were very comfortable and nearly everything we needed was there.

Bad things: No door to separate bathroom vanities from bedroom, 3 items of furniture in pictures were absent, kitchen chairs worn and shedding/peeling, no bedroom dresser/drawer space, Good things: Nice balcony, quiet, adequate kitchen, good king bed, double vanity, shower fine, convenient location, nice pools, nice grounds, parking space.

There was no chest of drawers for underwear, workout clothes, or all that didn’t hang. No good lighting for reading. No suitcase caddies.

Lovely condo overlooking golf course. Every amenity at your fingertips. Short drive to hiking, biking, botanical garden, shopping, dining, and just about every adventure you can imagine.

No Paradise but wonderful!

Unfortunately, we unable to stay at this Paradise Valley property due to plumbing issues. However, the property owner Stephen gave us the choice of two of his other more expensive properties at the Paradise Valley price! We ended up at a wonderful Biltmore Condo that we thoroughly enjoyed! Thank you Stephen and Crystal for making our stay perfect!

Perfect vacation!

My wife and I love staying at Anasazi for the five pools and spacious grounds but this condo in particular is our favorite. We love waking up and enjoying our coffee on the patio overlooking the golf course. It is so peaceful. Bed is so comfortable and all furnishings are new. We have stayed in many vacation rentals and never encountered one as clean as this one. We will be back at least once a year!

5 star service and stay

Thumbs up for ease of booking, check in/out and stay. Every VRBO should have a detailed welcome letter like Stephens, it would make staying in VRBOs a lot easier. Condo is clean, well furnished and had a fantastic view of the stone creek golf course and the mountains to the south. Anasazi has a good selection of pools a couple of which you always seem to have to yourself which is great. Location is well situated for getting around the Scottsdale, Phoenix and Paradise valley areas. Also a lot of shopping and food within walking distance of the complex is nice. Would even recommend this to my picky grandma.

Very nice

I stayed in the unit with the sectional couch in building 3 , we throughly enjoyed our stay. It was clean and very comfortable. I loved having the dish network cable and the smart TVs for relaxing. Nice large kitchen to cook in and bed was very comfortable with nice high end sheets. Pools are excellent for relaxing and were nice and cool considering the summer heat. Ac blew ice cold and I couldn’t be a more satisfied customer. Also great value for the price I paid.

Amazing!

We can not say enough how much we love Anasazi! The complex feels like a resort but we love having our own space and a kitchen to cook in. Lovely condo, had everything we needed and more. So much cleaner than other vacations rentals we have rented in the past. We will definitely stay again and highly recommend this property and the owners!

Very nice Anasazi location

Throughly enjoyed our spring training vacation at this condo. Was hotel ready upon arrival and the owners get no complaints there. Furnishings were contemporary and hard to distinguish from new. The large sectional was great for relaxing and watching movies at the end of long days exploring the valley. Complex itself really separates this condo from others we've stayed in during previous years. The pools are really nice, as is all the all the green space. We were able to walk to many restaurants, the mall, target and a TJ maxx. Price was a fairly decent deal when compared to hotels during this time of year. Overall no complaints.

Great spring training stay!

Super clean condo, fantastic location with amazing golf course and mountain views. Of all the Anasazi condos we've stayed at over the years this was the most current feeling and by far had the best views. My wife and I believe this is the best location in the complex, so much so that we've already booked this unit for next year. As always the complex was well maintained and the pools were nice. What separates this unit over many others we've stayed in was the newer furniture and kitchen supplies. The best part was the bed (memory foam temperpedic type) was so comfortable. Stephen (the owner) was extremely responsive to any concerns both before our stay and during our stay (came over and helped us old folks with the TV). Thank you again and cannot wait to return to this Anasazi gem.

Great location, quiet complex, this unit needs a few updates

Check in was easy. There is a wonderful walking trail adjacent to the property. There is a golfcouse clubhouse right next door. The new furniture is quite nice. There are 2 new televisions and also WiFi. We did, however, have a few things that were below our expectations. The owner said that the previous tennants had given him 5 stars so “what does that say about you.” In order for me to give this 5 stars he would have to: replace the burned out lightbulbs(3 of the 6 in the bathroom, 1 in dining room, 1 in kitchen) get rid of the stained towels, have clean linens put away in the bathroom instead of leaving them in the dryer, and squirt some mildew remover on the tub caulk. When I got out of the shower, I grabbed the only towel that was folded on the towel bar. Because of its appearance I could not tell if it was just stained or had been hung up dirty. I tried to locate the other towels but couldn’t find them. (Later found in dryer on the balcony).The description says “tub/shower combo” but it cannot be used as a tub. The corroded tub diverter plate and drain need to be replaced.The bathroom has a nice, large vanity area; however, the faucet handles (these appear to be the original fixtures) were dirty and one of the faucets has corroded. The bathroom was certainly not “impeccably clean” as the description stated. The soap pump that was provided was dirty and had definitely been used since it only had a third of the soap remaining. The owner did offer to reimburse us for the toilet paper that we had to buy ( only one roll for a 5 night stay) if we sent a copy of our receipt. This condo will be a nice place to stay once these issues are addressed.

As far as the dirty towel goes its was clean but appears previous guest had wiped make up on it, it has been replaced. Relaxing

Very clean nice condo in a very secure and well maintained complex. The pools and grounds are beautiful, the workout facility was also newer and very good quality for an older complex. We started to wonder if anybody uses any of these facilities as we normally had the pool area or workout area to ourselves. There were also gas BBQs all over so we could grill at pool or right outside condo. We actually enjoyed this condo more than our first two nights at the Fairmont Princess resort. The owner was quick to answer any questions and was helpful when needed. The unit was surprisingly large for a one bedroom, we had 2 adults and 2 teenage children in our group and everybody was more than comfortable. We had a king, there was a also a pullout queen bed that my daughter found very comfortable. Owner was also kind enough to supply us a queen air mattress and sheets for our son. We ate at many of the recommended restaurants and happy hours listed in the welcome letter, they had many good restaurants listed not just all the chain type ones you typically notice. All guests should visit Rusconis and the OHSO brewery. We were able to walk to both of these places through the golf course which has an access right out side the condo. Overall I dont think we would ever have a need to look for a different unit this suited us perfectly.

Anasazi Christmas.

We normally usually stay at one of Stephens other Anasazi properties, however that particular unit was booked this Christmas. As with the other unit this one is clean and provided everything we needed. The large sectional couch and the second living/sitting area made the stay very comfortable. As with the other 2 units I would gladly stay here again and I will continue to recommend Stephen to anyone that is looking for Scottsdale accommodations.
