This beautiful fully furnished villa is located right across the street from one of the best bike/running trails in the Phoenix area. It loops you around the Papago golf course to the red rock hills, the hole in the rock, and back around next to the zoo and Desert Botanical Gardens. Our condo is located within 3 miles of Scottsdale Old Town, Tempe, ASU campus, Phoenix zoo, Cactus league and Sun Devil’s baseball training camp, and 3.5 miles away from the PHX airport. It is an 8-12 minute Uber ride from the airport to your home.

Red Rox Getaway

Property was very nice. Unit was very clean and very well equipped for our stay there. Property owners were very easy and accommodating to work with. If thinking of staying in the Phoenix area would highly recommend this unit in Red Rox.

Seamless Stay

I was in town visiting my son and this was the perfect location. The condo was exactly as portrayed. Walking paths across the street, golf, hiking and a nice pool for relaxing.

Great condo. Near Tempe. Would of liked to have been around more residential area and not industrial. No regrets though. Nice and clean!

Perfect Unit centrally located!

This property is centrally located to many activities in the Phoenix area. The unit was very well appointed and comfortable! The unit location is close to a pond with fountains and ducks! Chris was a generous , easy going host with very quick response times. I would highly recommend!

Clean, Cute, Cozy

The condo was so lovely and welcoming. After long days of adventuring, we enjoyed coming back and relaxing on the couch or taking a dip at the pool/spa. Mornings were spent enjoying our coffee on the balcony, taking in the view and sound of the pond. One morning we took the bikes across the street to Papago park which was a real treat. Overall great experience! Highly recommend.

The place is in a strange location but very convenient access to downtown, Tempe. Papago park. Everything was advertised. We did have noise from the apartment above us late at night, but not too terrible.

Quiet and comfortable

Love the property. It was clean and comfortable. It had everything that we needed for our 5 day stay. The pool was clean quiet and the other amenities there offered a nice distraction from it all. The kitchen and bathroom was well equipped. We were there to attend a sports competition at the convention center for my son. The drive from the property to the convention center was very easy to navigate. Communications with the owner was very friendly and professional. He was always available to answer any and all questions. We will definitely consider renting here again.

Red Rox

Our rental was perfect. Clean, everything you could need, quick response, beautiful resort. Loved location across street from Papago Park. Hiked and walked every day! Bit disappointed that heater broke in pool halfway thru our stay. Water freezing for swimming. Then pool closed our last couple days. Liked distance from Old Town in Scottsdale and Tempe Marketplace for restaurants. Only thing that would have made our trip perfect was some warmer weather the second week! All in all, good time!

Glad you called the condo perfect! Sorry the pool heater broke. Good thing is they had it fixed within 24 hours after finding out it broke.

Across road from Papago Park

My husband and I agree this condo was perfect. It is on the ground level with the pond with fountains and the pool right outside the patio. The fountains were the perfect addition to our beverages on the patio! Our son lives about 5 minutes away, so this worked perfectly for us. There is everything you need in the condo, washer/dryer, hair dryer, full kitchen. It was very, very clean and modern. There are bikes to use, though we didn't have time. I will definitely be checking to see if this condo is available next time we come to Phoenix.

overall good stay.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. We were even offered an early check in and late check out. The grounds were beautiful and the unit itself was in a great location overlooking a pond with a nice fountain. We met a few people in the complex that seemed nice. The condo was lovely, and had everything we needed including a comfy bed. Unfortunately the pool was cold. We were told that the condo board stopped heating it due to cost. I wish we had known that. Nobody was using it but the hot tub was great. The complex was next to an industrial area, so not much around there for groceries and restaurants, but that wasn’t a problem for us since we had a car. Across the 202 is not a great area. With it being a gated community, we felt very safe though so not a big deal. Over all we had a very nice getaway.

We are super glade you enjoyed the condo and the complex. The pools are suppose to be heated all winter. Just got back and they are 85 degrees. Super nice temp for relaxing. The dmanager says the heat them all year, unless it is super hot.

Great place, would definitely stay again.

The unit is spacious, nicely updated, well maintained and spotlessly clean, and the complex and amenities, including the pool, gym and grounds make for a very relaxing stay. The unit overlooks the pond and fountains which provide some nice greenery (unusual for the Phoenix area) and some background sounds. We had the windows open every night and the sound of the water was quite peaceful. One thing I have to highlight: This is possibly the most well equipped rental property we have ever stayed in. It has everything we could have wanted, and more, for our 2 week stay. Pretty much all the kitchen equipment, cooking utensils, etc... that you'd find at home (Including some containers for leftovers or a picnic!!). An ample supply of linens including bath and beach towels, and dish washing and drying supplies. The furniture is comfortable, including the couch, bed and patio chairs. We lived on the patio overlooking the grounds. As previous reviews have mentioned a car is almost essential, but overall the location is great, and right in the middle of Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa and Phoenix. A huge bonus is the proximity to Papago Park across the road. A nice 5k fitness loop around the golf course and butes was perfect for our morning walk, providing some lovely views of the landscape and surrounding area. Booking and communication with the owner is easy, and one minor issue we had during our stay was fixed promptly. Overall a great stay. Thanks Chris.

Enjoyed our stay

Condo was recently updated and very well-maintained. A lot of amenities, including bikes, kitchen and grill utensils, and even coffee and other food items. Pool and gym were very nice. Other owners or those staying there were very friendly. Only downside was proximity to grocery and liquor stores. Since we did not rent a vehicle for the week, it was a distance to get groceries. While the bikes helped, it was difficult to carry many items almost 3 miles. Other than that, we loved our stay!

Happy you loved your stay! Uber eats delivers food and liquor in Phoenix, so if you don’t have a car this might be a good option.

Great vacation

Our condo was spotless with everything we needed. Beautiful view of fountain from the patio. Used the heated pool & hot tub even though the outside temperatures were cool. Great location for hiking & dining.

Great condo and location

Very modern and updated and clean property with all the amenities- pool, fitness room, landscaped grounds with pond, gated community. Central location. 15 minutes to airport, Scottsdale, Tempe. Papago golf course and range close by, nice bar at golf club. Owners very responsive to messages about anything. Comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, nice patio to sit out on and look at the fountain. Would stay there again!

We love Red Rox and recently bought this condo. My sister has place here and we have visited the complex and feel in love with location and ammonites. We have another Vrbo in Sandpoint Idaho Vrbo # 1142096 that has constant 5 star ratings for the last several years. We will bring our same value to this Condo in the Red Rox.

This condo has the best location in the complex, ground level walk out to the pool, fountain and putting range. Brand new remodel with all new appliance's. Has a new water filtration system that is top notch, Phoenix is know for lower quality water, so very important to make sure you have good water filtration system. 2 bikes are included, free parking. Really close to Papago Golf Course, Tempe, and airport.
