Great holiday house

Great fun and good setup for a few families. The pool and bar area was the highlight (and the cold beer).

Woow!

A big thank you to the hosts for making the stay easy and for their prompt communication. The property is located in a lovely, residential area, yet walking distance to the old town centre of Alcudia. The rooms are well equipped and spacious. There was ten of us in the villa and it didn't feel crowded at all. We will be back!

MOST AMAZING FAMILY HOLIDAY EVER

The first thing we want to do is say a massive thank you to our host Peter for your help, kindness and advice. The Villa was stunning with every possible thing we needed provided. We spent a lot of time in and by the pool which was a fantastic size. From myself an OAP down to my great granddaughter ( age 3 ) we had the best holiday ever. The villa was close to shops and we had beaches close but when we were at the villa we were surrounded by the mountains - so beautiful .The whole family are already talking about when we can go back!! Thank you to all of you who made this possible.

villa catalina

We loved the whole space and activities that were available to us. Probably the best was swimming pool but many other things as well. Were v grateful for food and drink that you made available for us. The living spaces had no fans and were v difficult to clear of mossies in the evening. The power was quite unstable. We frequently had to reset the system especially when cooking. Some of the cutlery and crockery was a little dirty, probably due to dishwasher. The filter was filthy which we cleaned but it didnt solve the issue entirely, things still coming out of the dishwasher a little dirty. Otherwise the villa was very clean.

Amazing villa

The house is very spacious for us, 8 persons. I love the terrace and the pool area where I spent my morning coffee looking at the amazing scene of mountains around us.The house was great it was absolutely spotless, equipped with everything you could possibly need and a pleasure to return to after a day out at the beach. The location is in the middle of just about everything there is in Alcudia! Close to the beaches, and old town Alcudia. Highly recommended to all!

Great stay!!!

I wanted to celebrate my 20th wedding anniversary. My goal was to have walks, eat at good restaurants and relax on the beach. This is exactly what I got. The terrace gave us wonderful moments. Very comfortable Villa. Lenka at the office provided excellent service, answering all our questions and suggesting very good places to eat and go shopping. I will be back next year without a doubt. Thank you very much!

Excelent Holiday!

The villa was beautiful and looked exactly as clean as the pictures. Although the location was quiet, the atmosphere was very relaxed and it is still 2 minutes to drive to the old town and Alcudia by car. We enjoyed swimming pool. This villa is ideal for familiescouples, even for small groups. We booked for our next vacation here. Thanks again Juan and Lenka for great service from booking to check-out. Best regards
