Welcome to Bay Beauty. This Intracoastal front property has sprawling views from Cortez Bridge all the way to the Sunshine Skyway Bridge. Two levels of deck let you take full advantage of the views this spot has to offer. Pull up by car or by boat. This home is nestled on a very quiet street. Watch dolphins and boaters cruise by as you lounge in the heated pool. Come enjoy some family time in the perfect Florida setting, you wont regret it.

Hands down one of our favorite vacations to date! The house, views, and location are perfect! The Wild life from birds to dolphins were incredible!

Great house on the water

We spent 4 nights at the property and had a wonderful time. The house is very roomy and can easily accommodate 8 people. The pool was nice, my husband spent his days fishing right off the dock which was perfect. The views from the balcony's are spectacular.

Great view, great times, great layout for large groups. Con: Stairs; but we were aware. Close to the free trolley that will take you all over the island.

Perfect house in a perfect location!

We absolutely loved staying here. We had so many dolphins visit us right at the dock. We also rented kayaks and a paddle board from beach bums allowing us to be in the water with the dolphins as well. Beds were comfortable. Pool and hot tub were great. We cooked dinner in all but one night. Watched basketball on the big screen TV’s. Played cards by the pool. Perfect vacation.

Amazing house with amazing views!

We had a wonderful time staying at Bay Beauty! We loved seeing dolphins and manatees off the dock and fished every day. The pool and spa were nice and the house had plenty of pool/beach toys. There was a short walk to the beach through a residential neighborhood and the house was close to multiple restaurants but still quiet and away from the traffic. The kitchen was well equipped and there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. It was a wonderful home to spend our vacation at on AMI!

Absolutely Fantastic property, nice pool, gorgeous views

This house was beautiful inside and out, well stocked with towels, beach gear, chairs, floats, pool toys, etc...it is a 5 minute walk to the beach, and it has a beautiful pool overlooking a gorgeous view of the bay. AC and all appliances worked very well, TVs in every bedroom except for 1. Great layout, very comfortable living room, 3 floors in total, HUGE master suit, nice ground level garage/game room, VERY quiet, private and peaceful location, close and central to everything right on the border of Holmes Beach and Bradenton Beach. Easy checkin and checkout process... I would absolutely stay here again.

It’s a beauty!

Best equipped kitchen. Lovely, spacious house. Spectacular view. One minor and one major complaint: 1. Floors were filthy. 2. Pool didn’t heat until day 5. Check it as soon as you arrive. Should be 83 degrees, not 72.

Great location and large space

Big roomy house with good space for large family. Went two days without hot water as property manager took long time to respond including heating hot tub. No manual to know how to run the house. Refrigerator ice maker didn’t work. Washer and dryer very old, took hours to dry anything. Not enough towels for large family so had to do laundry a lot.

Bay Beauty is Perfect!

What a wonderful home in Bradenton Beach! The exterior has been painted since this picture, they should update the listing photo. The house is huge! So many places for you to escape if you need space from others. We walked to the beach quite often, the pool was nice as well as the breeze off of Anna Maria Sound. The views are incredible. Two things to mention: the sun goes behind the house around 1pm, so no sun by the pool. Also, the hot tub is not a hot tub. It looks like one, however, it is always the same temp as the pool. Didn’t catch any fish off of the backyard dock, but it was fun trying! Highly recommend they replace all of the chairs you would take to the beach. The ones at the house are rusted and worn out. I would rent this home again in a heartbeat! Thank you for sharing it with us!

Great location, what you see is what you get!

We used this house as a quick family get together with my brother and his family. It was exactly what we needed for the time we were there. The photos are an exact representation of the house. I've seen many postings where they photoshop the photos to make it look too good. The photos in this review are exactly what we found when we got there. The house was in a perfect location, just a 3 minute walk to the beach to watch the beautiful sunset, and right on the water to watch the beautiful sunrise...which I did every morning with my coffee while watching the dolphins swim. The house had everything you need for a week's vacation, including a cart to lug your beach chairs and toys to the beach. Grocery stores are just a 10 min drive away and plenty of restaurants close by. The pool and hot tub were great. Do pay attention to all the other comments though, the hot tub does take time to heat up, like 2-3 hours. So just plan on that and you'll be good. And one other note, the house faces east, so yes, by mid afternoon the pool is in the shade (earlier in the winter time), but just plan accordingly.

Family Vacation

Overall this was a mostly positive experience however, no where is it mentioned during the booking process that the “deposit” you pay to VRBO is actually just the offset charges to the realty company. It came as a huge surprise when my credit card was charged a second time for the realty company’s deposit. When attempting to clear up the confusion I was met with rude emails and the response that I should have booked directly through their site. This experience is why I prefer dealing with owners and not companies. Outside of the poor customer service during the initial booking, they were quick (albeit short) to respond to broken items in the house. The pictures are exact and there was definitely enough pool/beach toys. Pool was initially cold like other reviews have stated, even understandably with the cold snap. Check to make sure that the heater is on as soon as you get in because it was mentioned in an email it would be and it was apparent that it was not. Took 3 days to warm to a decent temp for the kids to swim. Hot tub does take a while (2-3hrs) but does get nice and hot. Customer service needs work but the house was nice.

Great Location! But It's the Little things

This was a great location. The view was spectacular and was exactly what our group was looking for. There were many dolphins that would swim to the dock. Herons and Egrets would come to the pool. We even had a fisherman stop by and tell us alll about fishing!! The house had a slight musty smell. The ice maker in both refrigerators were frozen solid. We were told that they were about to replace them both...but what about us...now?! The coffee pot DID NOT WORK. There was a Keurig that did, but we did plan on making drip coffee also. The BBQ was dirty and there was no propane. The pool was filthy when we got there. Yes, it was very windy, but, it was neglected for some time. There was a Nerf football deteriorating in the skimmer basket. Our husbands cleaned the debris out. We COULD NOT get the hot tub/jacuzzi to get warm at all. We immediately called about these issues(Sunday) Monday a woman came with a new propane tank and "turned the hot tub on" IT NEVER GOT WARM. My conclusion with that is the heater does not work since the maintenance person turned it on herself. It is on a time for about 4 hours and it never warmed up. Tuesday, a pool boy came and cleaned the pool. I appreciated the quick response, but there are deeper issues that need to be repaired

December vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. My only wish was that the pool would have been in the sun longer but there’s nothing that could be done for that. The back of the house has pretty sunrises but is in the shade most of the day

A wonderful stay!

We really enjoyed our time together at Bay Beauty. My family fished from the dock almost everyday. The kitchen is well equipped and the grill worked great. We really appreciated the opportunity to stay here. Beach Bums did a great job with gold cart, kayak and bike rentals. Nice Matters, Irene

Best view ever

This location cannot be beat. Watch the sunrise from your private deck and walk the beach at night to watch it set!! Plenty of rooms to spread out and relax and gather and have fun. The pool was wonderful.

Great House - Great location

This house is exactly as the pictures show and even more. The garage is set up with seating/tv/ping pong and still room to park a truck. View is perfect! Short walk to the beach and short walk to the trolly for shopping. The only downside was I thought there was a hot tub connected to the pool, however it is not hooked up to be a hot tub. And you have to manually turn the TV in the master bedroom on and off and volume - they were unable to get the remote to fully function. However, I would stay here again and again and again, absolutely loved it.

Beautiful property

Talking about 406 21st Pl. the most outstanding feature is the view. Absolutely beautiful. Morning, evening, night, sunny, rainy, quiet, windy, cloudy... it is just mesmerizing. Very open, windows to the water everywhere. The house is confortable, kitchen fully equipped, bedrooms comfortable, clean. Nice walking around the neighborhood. The beach two blocks away. Can’t go wrong with this house.

Great House

Everything was great. The only thing I would probably suggest is either lowering the boat or storing it elsewhere so it does not block the views from the pool. Other than that it’s a wonderful space

Great house!

Thoroughly enjoyed this home. The pool was great for kids, as well as fishing off the dock. A little further walk to beach than anticipated; however, it did not stop us. Would definitely return to AMI and this property.
