Every inch of the villa has been carefully planned and professionally designed with our guests in mind. This superior villa boasts a huge corner lot and 12ft extended pool deck.

Located on a peaceful cul-de-sac with a palm island to the front and a pond and nature reserve to the rear. Not overlooked front or back very private pool and lanai area.

South west facing large pool deck ensures a sunny pool all year round. The extended deck has sun-beds for 8 people.

We are very family friendly we have 2 strollers and 2 high back booster seats available for guest use. Use at your own risk and cleaning is required if used. A travel cot/pack and play with mattress, changing mat, children's cutlery and tableware, high chair, step stools and a microwave steam steriliser. The pool area has a pool safety fence and door alarms.

The villa :)

Ground Floor-
The moment you enter the villa you will be met with the light and bright hallway. This leads through to the open plan kitchen dining/living area which is light and airy with a view to the pool deck and beyond to the lake.

The kitchen enjoys a lovely breakfast bar with 4 bar stools, a large fridge freezer, ice maker, dishwasher, waste disposal, 6 ring hob and large oven. All the cooking utensils you could need make it the ideal place for family dinners.
We have a slow cooker, air fryer, George Foreman grill, blender, filter coffee pot, Keurirg coffee machine, tea kettle and toaster.
Large pantry for storage. *Please note the pantry contains sealed food for guests to use, this is used at your own risk. please check expiry dates* we cannot guarantee there are no nut products.

The lounge area has a large sectional corner sofa, perfectly positioned in front of the 65inch Roku smart TV.

The dining table seats 6 with a further 4 breakfast bar seats. High chair available.

The first master suite is on the ground floor with direct access to the pool deck. It has a large walk in shower and bath tub, twin sinks and WC. The super king size bed makes this room a firm favourite with guests. Alarm clock. Hairdryer. Roku TV. This is the yellow room on the photos.

Laundry room
A washing machine and tumble drier, vacuum cleaner, brush, mop and bucket, iron and ironing board.
Pool towels are located in here.

First floor -

Loft games / entertainment area -
An amazing spacious games / entertainment loft located on the first floor with large sectional sofa, 65inch smart Roku TV, Xbox1, table football, retro arcade machine with over 400 games to play. and children's board games. Fun for all the family!

This also works as a second lounge for 2 families.

Desk/work area, desk with light, usb charging, and a printer.

The second master suite is on the first floor with a super king size bed, large walk in shower, twin sinks and WC. A hairdryer and hair straighteners available for guest use. Alarm clock, safe, Roku smart TV. This is the blue room on the photos.

The rear king room overlooks the lake, pool and has the benefit of a large walk in closet. Alarm clock, Roku smart TV. This is the green room on the photos.

The rear queen room also overlooks the pool and lake. Large closet, Roku smart TV. This is the pink room on the photos.

These two rooms share a bathroom with a large walk in shower, WC and twin sinks. Hairdryer.

We have two children’s themed rooms.
The twin room has a monster Inc theme with twin beds, Roku smart TV, closet.

The bunk room has a pirate theme has and benefits from a triple bunk. Single on top and a double underneath. Roku smart TV, closet.
A children’s dressing up rail ensures our younger guests are catered for.

These two rooms share a bathroom with a bath for the children and an over bath shower.

Outside space-

Private pool and spa, perfect south west facing means the large deck has sunshine all day and beautiful sunsets at night.
The deck has sunbeds for 8 guests. Dining for 8 guests and a relaxation area with comfy sofas.
50in Smart Roku TV on the patio for guests to enjoy.

Pool storage cupboard contains beach chairs and umbrella, pool toys, inflatable pump.

The Spa is connected to the rectangular pool and will only heat if pool heating is being used. (pool heating an optional extra recommended from Oct-April) Spa only heat is also available.
Please note it is a spa not a hot tub.

Child safety fence fitted and door alarms.

Fully screened pool area to let the Florida sun in but keep the insects out. Privacy planting around the screen.

Gas BBQ available for rental.

To the rear of the extended sunny pool deck is a lake and tranquil conservation area with an abundance of wildlife to watch at your leisure. Please note there may be alligators and snakes in this area.
The sunsets are beautiful to watch.

Large garden area to enjoy family games

The property has an alarm, external security cameras and a ring doorbell. None of these are internal and are only used to monitor the exterior of the property. The cameras cover the driveway, pool equipment and AC equipment around the side of the property. They record both video and sound.

Daily trash collection - Large bin bench located by the front door.
13 gallon bags only please. Trash bin not to be moved. If excess trash is left it may be charged for by our management company.

Where are we located?

Solterra Palms is conveniently located only a short drive to the i4 which means all attractions are within easy reach. Disney is 12 miles away. Universal Studios approx. 35 mins.
The Championsgate area is full of shops and restaurants and is only a 5 min drive away.
Posner Park, the fabulous new shopping and entertainment area, is also just a 5 min drive.
We are a 5 min walk to the resort amenities.

MCO airport approx. 30mins
Melbourne airport 1h30mins

Solterra resort has resort amenities available for your stay. Lazy river, waterside, large pool, Jacuzzi, gym, tennis courts, play area, cafe and clubhouse. Resort fees for use are charged $35+tax per stay and are included in your stay.

Additional fees -
Pool heat is recommended from Oct to April. Please note that without pool heat the spa will not heat above the pool water temperature. The heater is an electric heat pump system.
The pool can take 1-2 days to become effective after being turned on.
Pool heating works on a timer and runs from 8am - 8pm. The pool is heated to 10 degrees above the ambient air temperature up to a maximum of 87 degrees. The pool will typically cool overnight. We are unable to return any payment for pool heating should the air temperature be too low for the pool heater to work. If you wish to have pool/spa heat please discuss with us so we can give realistic expectations of the temperatures they are likely to reach.
Pool heating is controlled remotely by the owner.
Cost $37 per day.
Spa only heat $18 per day.

BBQ grill available to rent for your stay.

Extra cleaning fees will apply for any Bio Hazard cleaning.

Anyone testing positive for Covid-19 whilst at the villa will be required to pay for a full deep clean at a cost of $350

No electric car charging without owner permission. Vehicle charging will be payable.

No RV's, trailers, boats or u hauls permitted on the resort. No fireworks allowed.

Our property manager is on call 24/7 for any home emergencies.
