Pool/SPA & Outdoor Entertaining Area

Our south facing area includes a Pool & Jacuzzi Spa, for your relaxing days.
A picnic style table and bench, 6 Sun lounger and a seating area. The villa faces backs to a conservation area and a pond. No rear homes backing on to our villa thus providing you with extra privacy.

* Pool heat is set to 88F and the hot tub is set to 102-104 F.

Pool heating conditions: we need you to carefully review and accept the following:
1) Guests do not have access to the pool heating system, a lock is installed on the system. Please do not attempt to tamper with the locks, doing so will result in a $600 fee and loss security deposit.

2) Pool temperature will be set up to 88F degrees. Pool temperature might vary between 78 and 88 degrees F, due to the heating system cycles.

3) Pool heating does not produce water tempeture like a hot tub, but it will feel comfortable to enter.

4) Pool heating will be available even if the exterior temperature is too low (less than 55F). But you must understand, the colder the outside temperature is, the lower the temperature will be inside the pool.
The pool heating system does depend on the outside temperature. It is physics and there will be nothing that we would be able to do if the system can’t reach warmer temperature in outside colder temperatures.

5) Pregnant women should not use the Jacuzzi, please talk to your doctor if you are pregnant or you might think you are pregnant before entering the Jacuzzi.

6) Under no circumstances children (anyone under the age of 18) should be allowed in the pool/jacuzzi patio area, or to be inside the pool or inside jacuzzi without adult supervision. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES!

7) No Diving.

* Pool pump works from 9am - 11pm, the system needs a shutdown period daily.

You will be responsible to clean the grill before checkout.
Propane tank is provided. If there is still gas left over in the propane upon your arrival you can just use it, but if not, you will have to refill the tank that we provide.

We do not allow any charcoal Grill in the property.

Ideally located, Solterra Resort provides easy access to all major roads: 429, 535, & I-4 & 192 just minutes away. For the golf lover, Solterra Resort is within a couple miles of several beautiful courses such as Champions Gate, Reunion, and Deer Creek just a few miles away.

*Party is NOT allowed in the house. Quiet time: 10pm-8am
*The resort has a very strict rule about loud noise and loud music, you might be assessed a fine of up to $500.00 - Guest breaking this rule, will be asked to vacate the property, the reservation will be cancelled with no refund. (This does not apply to children having fun at the pool)
*No food or drinks allowed in bedrooms, extra cleaning fee of $100.00 will applied in case we find leftover food or spilled drinks in the bedrooms.
*No smoking, no vaping, no marijuana use inside the house. Fine for breaking this rule is $500.00 and will apply towards your deposit.
*We allow 14 people to stay at the house, including children over 2 years old. Any extra guests past the 14 allowable will be consider an extra guest. Any guest staying overnight, will be charged $250.00 per night/per extra guest.

*No pets allowed, fine of $500.00 will be applied per pet.
If you have a Trained Service Animal, you must send us their Veterinarian Records showing updated rabies vaccinations. We will send you our Service animal Form and you must filld out and send back to us at least 72 hours prior to arrival.
Definition of a Trained Service Animal:
A dog that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of a qualified individual with a disability, including psychiatric service animals.
Animal species other than dogs, emotional support animals, comfort animals, companionship animals, therapy animal and service animals in training are not considered service animals.
