Absolutely stunning rental, exactly as described. Walking through the door is like walking into a hug! The warmth, decor and thought put into the house is spectacular. Plenty of comfortable beds, space and room for everyone. The pool was greatly enjoyed by the kids and the jacuzzi was a pleasure for these old bones after days filled with walking. Regis the owner was great, Gayla the property manager was wonderful and ensured everything was ready upon our arrival. Definitely would love to stay again.

Family Vacation

The house was in a very quiet neighborhood and had everything you needed for a great vacation! We enjoyed Universal and the beach. If you have kids they will enjoy the pool and game room. The beds were very comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. Would diffently stay again!!

We enjoyed our stay at this home. It had a very quirky layout, lots of angles, but if certainly suited our needs. The host was really easy to work with, and the location was convenient to Publix, golf, and decent restaurants. Would definitely stay in this house again if in the area.

One of the best houses i have stayed in. Been coming to florida for the past 25 years on mlk weekend for flag football. Close to northeast regional park, restaurants & disney.

Family friendly

Overall it was great! 2 masters down stairs which was great for myself and grandma. Hot tub was perfect for the relaxation of all day adventures. Kids had plenty to do while adults got to cook and unlike some places I’ve stayed there were plenty of cup, plates, utensils. Not to forget the beds was comfortable.

Nice home. My family really enjoyed the Christmas holidays here. They found plenty to do and we enjoyed having plenty of space to be together.

This property was perfect for our needs! The house had everything we needed, the beds were very comfortable and the kitchen cupboards were very well stocked. The pool was also excellent! Very pleasant and positive experience!

The house have all that you need, the neighborhood is really nice. The only problem is the trash because they collect once a week. But for the family is a really wonderful place to stay

Perfect house gor big family

We are a family of 10 prople and are so happy we found this place for our summer holiday, everything was perfect and when we needed something fixed or needed help with something we got fast response and quick reply from the owner, we definietly recommend this property to big group or a big family😎

Chevy chase Christmas vacation!!!!

We had a blast and everything was perfect except the fact that they barely decorated for Christmas so we had to immediately get a tree big enough to properly celebrate the Christmas holiday…. Yes we found a 12 ft tree off of FB market place and rearranged their furniture just to fit it but the end result was magical and amazing!!!

Winter vacation

The house was very spacious for our group of nine. My husband and I stayed in the king room upstairs. Bed is super comfortable and we couldn't hear any noise from the rest of the house. It was great. We heated the pool and enjoyed every minute of it. Highly recommend!

Family week

Great house, well designed space. The pictures were accurate so we knew what to expect. One note- the pool & hot tub have no hand rails to get in & out. It’s very difficult if you’re in your 70s ( like our 5 ladies) so be very careful. Otherwise, location was also easy to get anywhere from Disney to airboat tour to Blue Jays spring training! 👍

This house, the pool/spa, everything was AMAZING!

My family and I stayed at this property February 26-March 6 2023 and we would HIGHLY recommend booking this house for your Florida vacation! So much room, the pool/spa was amazing. There is so much space and the game room in the garage, a great plus as it was an extra thing to keep us all busy on days we didn’t leave the house. The house was clean, homey, and comfortable. Great, quiet neighborhood. Regis and Cathy were very friendly and helpful to communicate with. Their home is absolutely BEAUTIFUL and we would definitely book this house for future Florida vacations if available.

Sunflower in the sun

Lovely property in a very nice area, close to local amenities that met with all our family needs. All the parks were reasonably close by however the traffic on the i4 was always heavy and due to roadworks there were delays in travelling to the parks. Property had everything we needed and more, with lots of space for the 9 of us, the grounds were immaculate. Everything functioned as it should however we felt it was getting a bit tired. Dishwasher trays were going rusty, kitchen cupboards starting to fall apart and we found several of the plates, bowls, glasses and cups were not properly clean (lipstick on rims of some glasses…!) on arrival. AC went wrong one day, after a short phone call we got it going again and an engineer came out next morning to do proper repair which was excellent however, I felt this maybe could have been avoided as the system control indicated service was overdue by 18 months….! Overall we were very happy with our stay and very much enjoyed our stay in Sunflower

Ein sehr schönes Haus an guter Lage. Was wir schade fanden, das niergends zu lesen war im Inserat dass man die Benützung des Gills noch zusätzlich bezahlen muss (USD 75). Wir benutzten den Grill, kein Gas mehr, was ärgerlich war. Waren hautsächlich am Abend im Haus und wollten uns dann nicht noch um so sachen kümmern. Auch Billiardschläger konnte man zuerst nicht benutzen, wurden nach Beanstandung aber sofort in Stand gestellt, ging schnell. Aber so was möchte man in den Ferien nicht noch nachkommen, dass muss einfach kontrolliert sein, dass alles geht. Kommunikation war aber immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sauberkeit nicht top aber okay. Fanden vom vorgänger noch Socken und Unterwäsche unter dem Bett.

Great place to stay. So much room! Amazing pool area! The only thing I would say was a bit of a downer was having to pay daily for the pool to be heated. But we did it and loved the pool!

We definitely enjoyed this house!

The house was so big, everyone had room to spread out! The kids enjoyed the pool and the adults enjoyed the hot tub. Everything was perfect, Regis responded quickly to any of my questions. We did report that the banister on the left going up the stairs was very wobbly and we tried using the air hockey table…plugged it in and it turned on but no air was coming out on top of the table so we were unable to use. I do wish they had put in the reviews that it was a $75 charge to use the grill, we planned to use but didn’t think it was worth the $75 to cook burgers on for 1 meal. The kitchen was well stocked with tons of dishes and BIG pots for cooking, definitely a plus when cooking for a large group. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect for family’s

We really enjoyed our time in the house. We had 4 kids with us who really enjoyed the pool and we used it on days we had no plans. The house is so spacious and there was enough room for all of to relax. The person we rented from was really helpful and we are planning on renting from them again for our next family vacation to Orlando. The house was clean and welcoming when we arrived. There was also a game area in the garage and bird games in the computer room/ office. Each room has a working TV that was really nice to us. I personally stayed in the upstairs master bedroom and I was very comfortable. The bed were very nice. If you have a family this is the rental for you. Also was an easy drive to Disney.
