The residence boasts a huge outdoor pool, all year round heated jacuzzi, private balconies or terraces, enticing lake views, ample secure private parking and above all, the perfect haven to relax your batteries whilst embracing a little dolce vita!

By renting your holiday home with us you can be sure of gaining the inside track to the lake and local's view to ensure you get the very most from your stay and enjoy a local experience second to none. What's more the Italian, fully fluent owners are on hand to personally greet you on arrival and ensure you are settled into the home. By staying here with us we can recommend where to eat with the locals, hire a boat at the most competitive cost, show you the hidden places with the locals shop from finding the freshest baked bread to the best markets to the trattoria's where the Italian's dine away from the tourists or the very best bar's where the tastiest snacks keep coming with the drink's! If you need to hire a scooter or cycle, find the best hiking routes, or pathways around the lake for scenic walks we will point you in the right direction.

Afternoon tea anyone? The property is ideally located to offer a peaceful, relaxing stay yet close enough to reach all amenities in the village from the park and pizzeria to the ferry stop and lake to dive in and cool off in. Hence the wonderful reviews received! Indeed by renting with us you are ensured of the most authentic Italian experience rather than just renting bricks and mortar! We aim to ensure your stay exceeds your expectations and gives you memories for many years to come.

The residence is located in Tremezzo, one of the most sought after villages on the lake renowned for its sunny position and plethora of amenities. The residence is brand new boasting a spacious and modern with quality fixtures and fittings at every time. Returning guests love the huge outdoor pool and spa facility. Not to mention THAT view! The home is close enough to reach to all amenities yet burrowed away from the lake front so you are located away from the main road and can enjoy a truly peaceful Lake Como experience. It is little wonder we received so many requests to return. Just a short walk down to the lake front you will find a whole host of bars, and restaurants, two ferry stops. mini market local produce and seasonal ingredients, a wonderful park to take in the sun, or shade from it, enjoy a drink or snack or dive into the lake and cool off! Tremezzo is home to the biggest selection of wine's at Cantina Follie There are two ferry stops and a bus service serving the village plus boat hire available for the more adventurous. In short we offer more then letting our holiday home. We offer a unique insight into living like a local here on the lake to ensure you get the very most from your stay from the minute you arrive ensuring an unforgettable and personal experience.
