You can see from Villa Gaeta (James Bond Casino Royale all the way to stunning Bellagio. Surrounded by mountain ranges dotted with picturesque villages you will have to drag yourself away to enjoy all the pleasures the Lake has to offer. This stylish 3 bedroom apartment has been designed with pure pleasure in mind. Private garden with olive trees and a jasmine covered pergola. Dine inside or out but always surrounded by light and dreamy lake views. he apartment also enjoys a shared swimming pool with even more stunning panoramic views of the Lake. Sunbeds both at the pool and in the apartments terrace. The apartment is beautifully furnished in contemporary style with all mod cons. The pictures simply do not do justice to the home. 200m2 + apartment inc 3 bedrooms. Featuring master Bedroom with private terrace and ensuite and large open plan living.

By staying here with us we can recommend where to eat where the Italians dine, where to a hire a boat at the most competitive cost, show you the hidden places with the locals shop from finding the freshest baked bread to the best markets to the trattoria's where the Italian's dine away from the tourists mass or the very best bar's where the tastiest snacks keep coming with the drink's! If you need to hire a scooter or cycle, find the best hiking routes, or pathways around the lake for scenic walks we will point you in the right direction.

The 180 degree panoramic lake views are simply sublime. The home is located over two levels and affords spacious living inside and out on the private terrace plus a swimming pool to relax in with more majestic lake and mountain panorama.
Private garden including a shaded area for dining plus lake view terrace for the family to enjoy overlooking Villa Gaeta, scene of the 007 Casino Royale James Bond outing.
From the master bedroom suite, a private terrace offers more memorable views.
Within 10 minutes walk of the home there are 3 restaurants including a pizzeria popular with our guests.
Plus a private garage. The village centre of Menaggio is just a short 5 minute drive to all amenities from restaurants and bars to ferry. Hence we receive many returning requests guests as per the excellent online reviews.

Menaggio is one of the most sought after villages on the shores of lake Como with a beautiful promenade full of flowers, shops and restaurants plus lido with two pools. There is a real local feel to the place. Meandering cobbled paths, a weekly market with superb local produce and seasonal ingredients, in additional to the pool at the home there is also a wonderful brand new lido to take in the sun and swimming pool to cool off next to the lake. Here you can also enjoy more majestic views over to Bellagio, hop on the ferry to Varenna to visit authentic wine and cafe bars and superb home made gelateria's to name just a few highlights.

In short we offer more then letting our holiday home. We offer a unique insight into living like a local here on the lake to ensure you get the very most from your stay from the minute you arrive ensuring an unforgettable and personal experience.
