This well-appointed condo is in the private gated Seagrove Highlands community, centrally located in the heart of Seagrove along prestigious Highway 30A. Only 2-minute bike ride to the beach and walking distance to shopping and dining on 30A.

What you'll love about this mid-rise condominium is the value you get being just a short distance to the sugar white sands of the Gulf shore. This 3-bedroom hideaway comes complete with all furnishings, condo decor, kitchenware, washer/dryer and bikes. The Seagrove Highlands Condominium offers a waterfront pool overlooking a tranquil pond, ample parking, and quick elevator access!

Great place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay at Saltwater Dreams, as it was clean, nicely decorated, equipped well and convenient to the beach and other activities! We enjoyed riding our bikes to nearby Seaside and other locations too.

Great Place, close to the beach

Our family spent a week here before kids went back to school. Condo was clean, well decorated and equipped and was comfortable for our group of 8.

Absolutely fabulous!

Condo was very clean, beds were so comfortable, shower pressure was awesome. Great location to Seaside and easy walk or bike ride to beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Softball vacation

This was a great property and great location for my family for our 2 week trip. We had two different girls playing softball back to back weeks in destin and Panama City, so we chose this place as an in between location so we didn’t have to move in between weeks. Great location, close walk to the beach and pretty much 30 minutes either direction to the tourist areas. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Good location!

Very clean property! Super short walk to the beach, even shorter bike ride. The later check-in ended up being a lot earlier which was great for my tired, small kids. Dealt with some noise above us but overall, a great stay. We loved biking around with the bikes available.

Saltwater Dreams at Seagrove Highlands

This condo was absolutely wonderful! It was very clean and had everything we needed. Lots of room for a family and nicely decorated. Beautiful and large pool! It is about a 5 minute walk to a nice beach access with a boardwalk. Lovely beach! The 4 taxi bikes were an extra bonus too. We loved this area! It was very close to Seaside and also just a short drive away from the beautiful Rosemary beach area. Such a great location. We highly recommend Seagrove Highlands!

Seagrove Condo

The condo was great. There was some noise from condo above but that is to be expected in that type of building. The only downside was the public beach areas, but that has become a 30A problem. Beach areas have become private and make it hard to enjoy the beach. Overall it was a great property and we will stay again.

It's in a great location to explore either end of 30A. The condo kitchen was well equipped, comfy bed, TVs easy to use, delightful balcony patio for late afternoon drinks and morning coffee - we will definitely return!

Only negatives...only found 1 bike and a little further walk to the beach than described. Lastly...once on beach, a further walk to get out of private beach areas. Pool was awesome on red flag days!

Excellent management

I encountered a couple of issues shortly after my arrival. Neither arose to the level of emergency, and this was after regular hours, so I emailed Exclusive 30a. They contacted me first thing the next morning and sent someone out right away to remedy the issue. The kitchen is very well stocked for those who enjoy cooking. We'd happily rent here again.

Just like home!

This condo is as pictured. It’s lovely, clean, and superior in the items considered for the home. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook, bake, or mix up a frozen delight. Likewise the vacuum closet and storage, W/D combo are all well appointed and operate smoothly. Management company was wonderful, responsive and very pleasant to work with. We were immensely pleased and well taken care of- excellent customer service all around- and simplified via text! Would 100% recommend this condo and management co for your family, friends- and excellent for travel with kids and teens.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was very nice - had everything we needed. The pool was very nice. We loved the area, food and activities.We were misled about the distance to the beach. We were told it was about 500 yards. It was a very long walk. I called 3 times checking on the distance explaining we had 5 small children with us, and was told 3 times it was short. The trip to the beach with small children was a major ordeal. Many steps down to the beach prevented us from taking our beach wagon. Once at the beach we were herded down to a very crowded public beach, while a private beach at the bottom of the stairs was empty. Many people on the beach told us the same story about being misled. If we return to 30A, we have learned our lesson and will make sure our condo or house is located a reasonable distance to the beach.

I recommend grabbing Old Bay steamed shrimp from Goatfeathers at least once. Several restaurants were in walking distance and the pool is great to have for cooling off in the afternoon. The porch is peaceful and great place to enjoy coffee. This condo was a find!
