Here are four things you need to know about that most people miss. We are putting them here as well as in other places to make sure that you see them!

• Smoking is allowed our rooftop patio only and all cigarette debris must be removed immediately. You must be considerate and distance yourself from other guests on the roof while smoking.
• We have the best fiber optic internet/WIFI service available on the island
• Under amenities we state that there is a stove and oven. We provide a 2 burner cooktop, an electric skillet and a toaster oven. We are not trying to deceive or misrepresent. VRBO does not give us a note field or selectable choices these items.
Continuing with the Villa Zaztun's story...
On May 2nd, 2017, we began major renovations on all 4 Condolitos at Villa Zaztun. Complete kitchen and bedroom overhauls, tiled shelving in the bathroom, furniture re-upholstery/re-covers, new tiled tables, and grill on the roof as well as fresh paint inside and out on the entire property.
We finished just in time to welcome our first guests in November 2017.
We have uploaded pictures of one of the newly renovated Condolitos but know that they all look almost exactly alike except for the wall art and some furniture.
The bedroom of each Condolito is air conditioned and furnished with a queen-sized bed, closet, dresser drawers, end tables, lamps, chair, and desk with direct access to a private patio if on the ground level or a private terrace if on the upper level. Or relax in the front courtyard surrounded by beautiful tropical plants, trees, and friendly, curious geckos!
If you are need of an extra bed, we can supply an air mattress.
Our awesome rooftop patio with barbeque and relaxing area overlooks the cityscape of quaint San Miguel, a perfect setting for sunning, sharing cocktails or romantic dining. Stargaze in the later evening to the occasional sound of distant church bells. There are chairs and tables, benches, sun loungers, grills and hammocks shaded by beautiful sail shades and surrounded by a perimeter half wall for privacy from the street and surrounding homes
Villa Zaztun was built with divers in mind! On the roof, there is a dive gear rinse tank, clothes lines and hooks to wash and dry your dive gear.
As guests at one of Villa Zaztun's four island themed Condolitos, you will have free high-speed wireless internet, flat screen TV with many English speaking channels, and weekly cleaning service included in your rental rate. There is a digital safe in each for added peace of mind.
Location, location, location! Villa Zaztun is conveniently located in the peaceful, highly sought-after residential neighborhood of Corpus Christi, yet you are only a few blocks from the waterfront, where you can bask in everything Cozumel has to offer; high end shops, local vendors with authentic Mexican flair; upscale restaurants, well-known chains, low cost eateries with local fare; and of course, any type of margarita you can imagine.
This is also close to where the ferry and cruise ship terminals are located which means you can book with any one of the dozens of diving and snorkeling guides to enjoy the underwater world of Cozumel; a truly breathtaking experience. If underwater activities are not your thing, take a ferry to the mainland and tour any of its many attractions.
