Two-level apartment with large double-height interior facing space, located on the first and second floor of a new elegant building on the Scilla seafront a few steps from the beach (less than 10 meters) and from the ancient church of Spirito Santo (AD 1750 approximately). The Mario Schifano apartment, a great artist and friend of the owners' family, is characterized by a "free" double space (about 6 meters high) overlooked by the living area (kitchen-dining-living room) and the four bedrooms.

There is an outdoor terrace with a kitchen from which to enjoy the direct view of the sea during dinner with friends.

The apartment is very "convivial", lending itself well to family use or groups of friends, perfect for hosting groups of up to 8 people.

On the first floor, the apartment consists of a living room-kitchen with a double-height dining area, two double bedrooms, both with a balcony (one facing the sea), and a bathroom; on the second floor there is another double bedroom, a single bedroom and a bathroom; from this level you can access the outdoor terrace with equipped kitchen.

The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, a double kitchen (one inside and one outside) and a television, although the best show is to watch the sea with the continuous passage of the ships, sipping a drink on the terrace of the holiday home.
