Sea Oaks has top of the line facilities for your enjoyment during your stay. If tennis is for you, Sea Oaks offers pro's and open groups for all levels of play on their 16 Har-Tru tennis courts. Sea Oaks hosts weekly exhibitions matches from former tour pros and club recreational events. The clubhouse has an indoor restaurant situated on the beach as well as an outdoor bar gazebo where you can sip on an evening cocktail and listen to the ocean waves. The clubhouse offers fine dining by top chefs, casual eating, and evening happy hours. The private beach access gives Sea Oaks members easy access to the beautiful Treasure Coast beaches. The beaches are also the breeding area for loggerhead turtles whose nests are commonly seen during nesting season. The marina on the Indian River is a tranquil place to enjoy boating, fishing from the pier, watching sunsets, spotting manatees, and relaxing in the river breezes. Your membership will also give you quick access to the historic jungle trail where you can walk/jog/bike for miles along the inter coastal island.

The cottage offers 2 bedroom and 2 full bath, a recently updated kitchen with granite counter tops and new appliances. The cottage was newly furnished in April of 2017 and offers high end furnishings and decor. The master bedroom includes a patio where you can relax in the morning sipping your cup of coffee. The living room has a pull out couch that will fit extra guests if needed. The cottage is nestled in lush vegetation which filters the sunlight making outside sitting/eating/drinking on the patio enjoyable all year long. The unit comes with plenty of parking, 1 covered space is also included. The unit is outfitted with beach gear and towels, so you can leave yours at home.
