Watch the sunrise and sunset in Paradise! This beautiful home is located in the coastal community of Sea Oaks in Vero Beach, FL, where the lush, tropical property stretches from the Atlantic Ocean to the Indian River (Intercoastal Waterway).

Our home is free-standing with a 2-car garage, measuring nearly 2,000 sq ft. Up to 7 guests can be comfortably accommodated in 3 bedrooms: a queen main bedroom with en suite bathroom and large walk-in closet; a 2nd bedroom with 2 twins, that convert to a king-size bed, and sizable closet; a 3rd bedroom with a queen-size bed; and a pull-out loveseat in the living room. The master bathroom has a separate shower and bathtub, double sink vanity with storage underneath and private water closet. The 2nd bathroom has a tub-shower combo and single sink vanity with storage underneath; it is located at the kitchen end of the house and is shared by the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms.

The living and dining rooms are part of an open floor plan with comfortable defined spaces. The sunroom – the jewel of the house – is accessed by way of the living room and main bedroom. It also opens onto a large, private outdoor patio. A small laundry room is located next to the main bedroom.

The kitchen is stocked with everything needed for cooking, dining and entertaining, with plenty of storage space for food, beverages and other items. A gas grill resides on the patio, at the ready for grilling locally-caught fish.

The house has everything you need in a home away from home – 3 TVs , WIFI, linens, towels, beach towels, games and puzzles, bikes, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach toys and coolers. All you need to pack is your beach wardrobe and electronic devices.

A community pool and hot tub are located right around the bend from our home. The pool is long enough for lap swimming and the hot tub is the perfect relaxation spot.

HOA requires a minimum of one month's rental, but we can be open to when your month (or more) begins and ends. For example, if you wish to begin in mid-month and stay thru the end of the following month, we are happy to discuss that with you. We are bound by a one-month minimum, but happy to have you stay for much longer.

Also per HOA rules: NO pets allowed. If you have a medically certified Service Animal, please let me know so we can initiate the approval process with our HOA. MD proof will be required.

Sea Oaks is a prestigious, gated community on the Atlantic coast barrier island, located one mile south of the 510 Causeway Bridge (Wabasso Bridge). Sea Oaks is a premier tennis community with 16 Hard-true courts with pros, a pro shop and a relaxing pavilion where food and beverages are served at designated times of day. There are many opportunities for play-at-your-level tennis with a variety of open groups. Watch weekly exhibition matches by pros (former tour stars) from other Vero Beach tennis clubs. Also included at the Tennis Center is a fully-equipped Fitness Center with a personal trainer on site and fitness rooms for classes including Stretch, Yoga and Conditioning, among others.

The Sea Oaks Beach Club, to which you will have full access via a mandatory temporary membership (requires additional fee) during your stay, was recently renovated. It features fine dining in the clubhouse, casual poolside dining for lunch and occasional dinners, and food and beverage service at the outdoor Gazebo Bar . . . all with an exceptional ocean view! Special club recreation events include poolside Friday Happy Hours and special events at the Beach Club throughout the year.

Sea Oaks welcomes full-time residents, part-time residents, renters and visitors. Many people buy in the area after trying Sea Oaks, while others rent year after year.
