Mystic Mountain Lodge is a spacious family mountain home located in the gated community of Cliff Ridge Colony at Caesar's Head. The house sits mountain side overlooking the beautiful Jones Gap conservation area with over 2900 SF of outdoor decks and screen porch! The home is ideal for family gatherings, reunions, and outdoor enthusiast. Hikers will enjoy easy access to the nearby Mountain Bridge nature trails and bikers will enjoy the Caesar's Head mountain biking challenge.

The main floor is a great place for games, movies, reading, and conversation. Large Main Living Room with wood burning fireplace, vaulted ceilings, and plenty of room to spread out and relax! Living Room has Roku-Enabled 50 Inch TV. Living Room Opens onto large wrap around deck with stunning views of the mountain vistas and large picnic table and ample seating! A spacious, well-equipped kitchen features two side-by-side refrigerators, microwave, warming oven, and industrial 6 burner gas stove. Large Work Island and ample dinner ware, pots, pans, flat ware, etc. Butler’s Pantry with wine fridge, Keurig and coffee maker. Large breakfast area with table that seats 6. Breakfast room opens onto large screen in porch with seating and gas grill. This floor features the Master Bedroom (king bed) with ensuite and guest bedroom (full bed) with easy access to the full hall bath.

The Lower Level features 5 Bedrooms (4 Kings and 1 Full). Family Room with gas log fireplace, wet bar, and Roku-Enabled 40 Inch TV. Kitchenette with stove, dishwasher, and microwave. Breakfast table seats 6. Outdoor fire pit. Half Bath. Laundry closet with washer/dryer.

Large Basement Den with pool table, seating area with Roku-enabled 75 Inch TV, gas log fireplace and opens onto lower deck. Large Full Bath with walk in shower.

Home has Wi-Fi, AT&T Streaming TV's, landline (cell phone reception is spotty in the community), baby gate, attachable high chair, pack 'n' play and some baby toys.

A ten minute walk brings you to the community recreation area with 2 swimming pools (In season, one heated), private lake (canoeing and fishing), and 2 tennis courts (Please Note: Renter does not have access to clubhouse). Dupont State Forest, with its three waterfalls, is a 15 minute drive, and Caesar's Head State Park is less than 5 minutes away.

Several golf courses are in the area along with river activities, shopping, restaurants, and cultural events, including the famous Brevard Music Festival and the Flatrock Summer Playhouse. Approximate driving distances: Brevard (25 minutes), Hendersonville (45 minutes), Greenville, SC (45 minutes), and Asheville (1 hour).

Renters do not have access to the gated community or property prior to their reservation dates. Please do not try to enter the community prior to check in date as you will not be granted access and your reservation may then be revoked.

Any overflow parking needs to be at the clubhouse parking lot. Do not park on the street or block neighbor's driveways, as you are at risk for your vehicles to be towed and/or fined by the HOA. Any violations fines will be charged against your deposit ($50 per incident).
