Pali Ke Kua is a 22-acre resort condominium project located on the lush north shore of Kauai, nestled in the upscale and private neighborhood of Princeville. It sits on a bluff 200 feet above the ocean and has breathtaking views of the north shore's rugged green mountains and blue Pacific Ocean. A paved path leads from the resort down the bluff where lies a series of sandy beach "hideaways" including Pali Ke Kua Beach. The resort has a restaurant on site and is adjacent Princeville Golf and a paved walking/bike path that accesses other Princeville amenities including the 1 Hotel just a short distance away and a small shopping center and restaurants.

This two bedroom, two bathroom property is fully furnished with fantastic ocean and golf course views. Includes full access to resort swimming pool, hot tub, and sun deck. Amenities include granite slab kitchen counter-tops, high quality Downsview cabinets with glass doors, plantation Shutters in living room and dining room, and vaulted ceilings. Spacious upstairs bedrooms offer beautiful tropical and mountain views. The primary bedroom has one king bed, while the second bedroom has two double beds.

Overall, a great place to stay and I'd recommend. Location is great, unit is modern and well-maintained. There were two things that could have been better.1. Air Conditioning - While they have wall units in both bedrooms, and fans, the main living space does not. Your reliant on outside air and fans. Temps were around 83 in the day, but hotter in the unit, even with all windows open and fans. It was HOT.2. Grilling - They do have a "grill" but it's electric (not a real grill). It appears the policy of the grounds doesn't allow open flame grills. This was disappointing and something to be aware of, if you were thinking of grilling out in that beautiful open area overlooking the ocean.All else was wonderful though. Still recommend.

A great location & nice confo

Condo was as described - real nice for our family of four. A bit difficult to find as we arrived late into the night (and the island is SO DARK!). Wave boards, towels, beach chairs available - which made it so much easier.

3 Generation Family Girls Vacation

The location is excellent! We enjoyed the condo the grounds, the pool was fabulous! This neighborhood is very quite ! The ocean breeze while sitting on the lanai was a true Hawaii experience. We will definitely stay again.

Good experience. Not kids friendly

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It’s good property. A little outdated, but ok! They should mentioned that it’s not small kids friendly. I have an 8 months old with us, and it was a challenge, because to get to the property you need to get to the stairs and in the unit you need yo go downstairs/upstairs for the second bedroom.The view is great. The beach is not accessible with small kids. You need to climb using ropes.When we came the icemaker was not working, and the property management put a sign telling about it. After the first night we saw that all the vegetables and fruits inside the fridge freeze, so we need to through all them out (worth of $100), that was very sad!

Best vacation ever

The condo was immaculately clean, very beautiful views and everything was communicated very clearly ! Only thing that could improve- sliding glass door going out to balcony sticks pretty badly. The beach equipment was much appreciated as well! We will def be back

We have stayed in 3 different units on this property and although they are beginning to show the age, the views are amazing. Although there was some issues with booking this year, Hawaii life was great about accommodating us.

Private access to Hidden Beach is a bonus. Ocean views spectacular. The unit itself is a little tired and could do with a good clean but everything worked (appliances, tv, wifi, outdoor grill)

Beautiful location

We had a great stay! There were a few things missing from the property: additional toilet paper and plunger. They have offered to reimburse us for having to buy it though. Quick response time majority of the time. It was a great central location and very very clean which I appreciated. Would stay there again for sure.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pali Ke Kua turned out to be a fantastic location for our trip. It’s convenient for exploring and has some great views. There is a small shopping area nearby for supplies, a few restaurants and some shops. While the bathrooms were a little dated, everything was clean and comfortable. It was quiet enough at night to hear the surf. We would definitely go back.

Nice vacation spot

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location was great, very close to a several north shore beaches. The view from the balcony is absolutely amazing. Great spot for a peaceful family vacation.

It is easy to get to, it has a great view, you are within walking distance to Queen's Bath, Hideaway Beach, the pool, and the pizza restaurant. The place was clean and exactly as described. Pale Ke Kua in Kauai

This stay was absolutely amazing. Also our first time ever to Hawaii, it was a time to remember for sure. Our 6 year old daughter, and 1 year old son had the absolute time of their lives. The location was perfect, we were not to far from anything and super close to our family who live on the island. The view was absolutely beautiful from our balcony. There was also plenty for the kids to use for the beach which was perfect. I loved the open windows and doors concept, the natural air flow was perfect. We honestly can't wait to come back and we're sad to leave! Till next time, Mahalo!

Beautiful north shore condo!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was perfect for our family of four! The kids loved their room with comfortable beds and their own bathroom. The primary bedroom was great too and had a comfortable bed. Everything was clean and the decor was cute and beachy. The lanai and views were amazing! We cooked in the kitchen and ate on the lanai most nights. A 2-minute walk to another part of the property had the most amazing sunset views. Pool was clean and big with lush landscape. The condo was walking distance to a few trails to incredible beaches. We can't wait to go back!

I called and emailed many times about if a grill was provided with the condo. An electric grill was provided but getting the info was difficult. Both couches in condo are very stained and dirty. The kitchen utensils are random...better quality and a consolidation could happen. The refrigerator is too big for the kitchen and the ice machine was broken. The left door of the refrigerator is broken and compromising the seal freezing up the ice machine. The cow skin rug needs to go....not functional.A medium pile area rug would be better suited for the space.

Lovely holiday stay in Princeville

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The description and the photos of the property om the add were accurate and we were pleased with the property. It is very spacious, airy and has nice views of the green and ocean beyond. We were graced by Nene Geese and albatrosses every day along with an array of other wildlife. It is worth noting we were taken back by the cleanliness and some maintenance. The apartment is generally clean, but the sofas and hard to get to places like tops of lights, curtain rods and window frames are dirty. Additionally, there are beach chairs and snorkels/fins all of which could be updated. None are deal breakers, but would elevate the first impression and overall experience. It is also worth pointing out the management company is very responsive and there to take care of all issues in a prompt manor! Recommended!

great location.

Great location... great view of sunset.. private walkway to small beach. walking to Hideaway Beach, Puu Kua Beach and Queen Bath. Eric, the property manager is responsive to our concerns. Quiet area with so many nene, chicken ( no surprise there :p ) and birds. Only drawback, quite far from stores so you need a car. And so much noises from the maintenance crews even on weekend. We had a great month long stay. Mahalo !

Amazing Condo in Princeville

This property exceeded our expectations. It’s in a great spot close to the Princeville Resort. We walked there in the morning for coffee and at night for sunset drinks. The house was equipped with everything we needed for the beach and to spend time at home cooking and relaxing. We would definitely love to stay here again!
