Walking distance to Princeville Shopping, world-renowned Golf, Surfing, and Snorkeling; or a short drive to the Hawaiian town of Hanalei. The property features a private beach, gated Pool/Hot Tub, rich landscaping, a bar/restaurant (Hideaway’s), and sunset views over the mountains of the Napali Coast.

We loved staying in. Your condo. The condo was clean, well-stocked, and had beautiful views. We loved relaxing in the lanai and walking down to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

What a view!

Table and chairs outside are not comfortable wish there was more comfortable outdoor seating. Showers are nice. Beds are comfortable. Air conditioning in bedrooms are great to have for sleeping.

Perfect spot

We loved our stay here! There is a beautiful view and room for everyone. The neighborhood is quiet and well maintained. The condo had everything we needed to make meals and plenty of towels! The had all the beach equipment you need. It is far from a lot of the activities we did on the island but it was worth the drive! We will be staying here again! You do have to return the key to the office but it didn’t feel inconvenient at all. 10 stars!

Perfect place in Princeville

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit 245 is a great rental. Location, setting, aesthetics were all fantastic. The unit is stocked as well as your own home. I wanted to heat up my delicious fish from our dinner at 1 Hotel ( amazing and a 3 minute drive away) and they even had parchment paper to use on the cookie sheet to warm it up! The power went out on the island and they had candles and flashlights !! Every single thing you need for daily life much less a very comfortable vaca!! The ONLY things that need to be changed ; please put a set of dresser drawers in the downstairs bedroom!! The cabinet there is beautiful but useless as it is only shelves and would be much more usefull upstairs in the bathroom for towels,etc! Also, please put a curtain or shutter door in front of the stacked washer/ dryer. It's awesome to have it but as a mom, the last thing I want staring me in the bathroom mirror is a washer/dryer. And last but not least, a YALE lock would be so much more useful then the keyed entrance. One, it's annoying to keep up with and also that it has to be dropped off on your way to the airport. In this day and age, I think very few people on vaca want to have that extra hassle. Little things that would make Pali Ke Kua absolutely perfect. Do yourself a favor and use the concierge service, they are wonderful! We booked ziplining ( amazing!) horseback riding ( gorgeous) and had a Napali Coast boat tour but unfortunately it was canceled due to weather. And the snorkeling at Pali Ke Kua resort is Hideaways Beach and is absolutely the best on the Island and the trek down and up is 100% worth it !! Just don't carry too much. It's a hike but very easy and well paved it's just an incline. The path is between bldg 1 & 2 . Kauai is the best island and you will have a great time if you chose to stay here !! And I'm picky ; ) .

Beds are comfortable. kitchen is well equipped. There are umbrellas, beach chairs, and beach towels and a bbq grill. My only suggestion would be to provide a small ice chest to take to the beach. Overall I would recommend staying in this rental.

Great Stay in Princeville!

Our stay at Pali Ke Kua 245 was amazing! The views were breathtaking and better than pictured. You can see the ocean from anywhere in the main area of the home. It was peaceful and relaxing. The home had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. My only comment is that I wish there was a keyless entry. You have to go to the rental office to pick up the key and drop off. It’s close to the airport so it wasn’t a big hassle but adds a stop to a long travel day. Thank you and I look forward to coming back one day!

The unit is well appointed which allowed us to make most of our meals here. We especially appreciated the beach towels, chairs, boogie board and umbrella for the beach. The views from the balcony are incredible. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Exceptional accommodations!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was wonderful! It was well stocked with everything we needed from kitchen spices and appliances to towels for bath and beach! The air conditioning units helped when the temp got close to 90 degrees, but the cross breeze and ceiling fans usually did the trick to keep us comfortable. One recommendation would be to have snorkeling equipment for guests to use and also to check and maintain the beach chairs. One of them had some trash left in one of the pockets from a previous user. Not anything we couldn’t manage, but just a heads up. The washer and dryer were great! It was so nice to come home with all of our laundry clean! Can’t wait to return and would definitely request the same property and the same unit!! It’s important to keep in mind that there can be a lot of driving time if you have activities planned in different areas of the island. Also, road construction during the week adds to that time. We planned for all of that and it wasn’t a problem. Kaua’i is definitely our favorite of the Hawaiian islands!

It was clean and fully furnished to make our stay comfortable. The only complaint would be there are only two portable ACs that couldn't cool the space enough, the unit got the afternoon sun and if you stay during the summer months like we did, it gets too hot to stay in after 3pm. It didn't cool down until really late in the evening and I felt sorry for my kids who slept upstairs.

Beautiful Property

Beautiful property in a great location. Super laid back area and the condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed the amazing view every morning sitting outside for breakfast.

Great View and Location. A bit warm.

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was exactly as listed and very clean. The views and property as a whole was very well cared for. Grounds were gorgeous. Other considerations - on sunny afternoons the condo got very hot (85 degrees +). The cool air recovered at night with the bedroom AC units. There is no central air conditioner throughout. The is also no cross breeze to help according to wind direction (June). We are mainlanders from a very hot area so accustomed to AC. We did enjoy our stay.
