The private King Master Suite upstairs is a luxurious retreat, (please note, the jets in the master tub do not work), while the lower level offers a second cozy living area, two more bedrooms, and access to the screened-in patio with a wood-burning fireplace. The two guest rooms on the main level, a king and a queen, share a full bath in the hall. PLEASE READ – IMPORTANT BOOKING RULES
These rules are required, even if the booking platform allows you to select dates outside of them. Your reservation will not be accepted unless it follows the guidelines below. Please read carefully before booking.

Memorial Day Weekend – 3rd Week of August
• Stays must be 3, 4, or 7 nights
• Stays must start or end on a Saturday (e.g., Sat–Tues, Tues–Sat, Sat–Sat)

SEPTEMBER & THANKSGIVING WEEK
• 7-night stays must still follow a Friday–Friday schedule
• Shorter stays (less than 7 nights) can start any day except Saturday
• Friday and Saturday nights must be booked together
(No Saturday check-in or check-out)

OFF-PEAK SEASON (Mid-September – Mid-May)
• 2-night stays allowed on two night stays are allowed during off-peak
• ​​​​​​​Friday and Saturday must be booked together
• Any other 2-night stay exceptions must be approved by Faria Resorts before booking

HOLIDAY RESTRICTIONS
Memorial Day and Labor Day stays must be at least 3 nights and include Friday and Saturday
No check-in or check-out on the following holidays:
• Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Eve
• Christmas Day
We decorate for Christmas with full-size Christmas trees & decor starting by the second weekend of November!

*Exterior security cameras are monitoring outside areas of the property, such as the pool, amenities, parking and entrances. No cameras are located inside any units.
