Close to 1st Tee & Clubhouse. Heated Pool Luxury Villa-Private Garden-Quiet Area

We are unsure how it happened but it appeared the earth cable wired into the router had been pulled out of the router which caused the wi-fi to stop working. At the time the internet problem was reported to us , we did everything we could to assist the guests. We were in constant contact with them , letting them know exactly what was happening to resolve the internet situation. We contacted the main office on site who supply the internet. Due to a storm we were told the internet was down. The host in Spain also came to the property to visit and immediately the services provider in Spain called out , who sent an engineer to the Villa. The report from the engineer was that the router had been broken and a new router was needed which was installed. Unfortunately the issue took a few days to resolve and this meant the guests had no internet at the Villa for most of their week stay. The guest was cross with us has he wanted to use the internet for work, he was therefore able to use the internet at the hotel which was he said inconvenient. We unfortunately were not able to fix the wi-fi any quicker, but we did do everything that was possible and it was repaired in time for the next guests arriving the following week. The dishwasher hadn’t been a problem before and the host said it was working fine when they tested it. So we are unsure why they had a problem with it this day. The Villa is certainly one of the best on the resort , location and views are amazing. We are not over looked and we are in a quiet road. We would not agree that there are many other better Villas on the resort. The reason we bought ours was due to it being so lovely. It’s disappointing to receive this review as it’s not entirely truthful. We take care of our Villa and our guests. The hosts in Spain are on hand at all times to assist guests when needed.
