Beautifully cottage located within 300 steps of West Beach. The neighborhood is friendly and quaint, yet only steps from fun in the sand and sun. Cottage has 3 bedrooms, master has a queen size bed, one with double bed and one with twin bunk beds and a single twin bed. There is also a twin daybed with trundle twin on the porch (Quilts and pillows provided; sheets and towels not provided). Open style floor plan in the kitchen and living room. Kitchen just updated! Year round porch attached to the master bedroom and living room. The cottage has a full indoor bathroom with a shower and an enclosed outdoor shower (hot and cold water) with changing area. There is a grill outside with seating area. The house is fully furnished, so all you need to worry about is bringing your beach clothes, food, towels and linens! There are no pets allowed.

West Beach area is extremely family friendly. There are several private beaches that you can sit on within a 2-3 minute walk or the public beach is a short walk from the cottage. The public beach has a playground and snack bar. Several times a month movies are shown outside at the public beach.

We are conveniently located just a few blocks away from Westbrook center. Other local attractions are the Westbrook Outlets and Movie theatre about 5 minutes away by car and the Clinton Outlets about 10 minutes away by car. Mystic and the casinos are about 30 minutes away by car. All of these attractions are a great alternative on a rainy day or for a girls’ weekend away. If you enjoy boating, Brewer Pilots Point Marina is only few minute drive away, or a 10 minute walk. Elks Club is located right down the street and hosts bingo on Wednesday nights. Inside the cottage, we have menus and a list of local restaurants and other activities. Cottage is approximately 800 square feet.

Children welcome, Minimum rental age is 25.

The person booking the property must be staying at the home. For consecutive week rentals of over two weeks, we reserve the right to visit the home, upon calling. A rental agreement will be included as a PDF upon booking. Access will not be given to the property until a signed rental agreement is returned via email or mail. Picture of license must be included. Booking request needs to accurately reflect who will be staying at the property. Maximum number of people on the property, not to exceed 8 at anytime: that includes visitors & staying guests.

Summer rentals- June to September weekly rental change over day is Saturday. Summer rentals are weeklong.

Parking: 3 vehicles- no parking allowed on back side of the house or on road. Maximum parking is 3 vehicles at any time.

Cleaning Fee of $120 is added for standard cleaning of the cottage- Renters are expected to clean their dishes and take out the trash before checking out. All furniture and bed linens should be left where found upon your arrival. If additional cleaning beyond a standard clean (Standard cleaning: floors, wiping counter, cleaning bathroom, changing bed linens, and dusting) is needed renters will be contacted and be charged to their security deposit.

Rental Insurance- All renters must take the rental insurance offered by VRBO. Guests are responsible for any damage to the property.
