This condo is for beach lovers who enjoy the finer things in life. The condo has 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms and is located in Indian Shores between Clearwater and St. Pete, 30 Minutes to Tampa.

**Hurricane Helene & Milton update** November 2025

We’re thrilled to share that our beautiful beach community is well on the road to recovery and looking forward to welcoming back guests. Following Hurricane Helene, we’ve worked hard alongside our local businesses and community partners to restore and reopen the area. Thanks to everyone’s dedication and resilience, the majority of our beachside restaurants and shops are back in business, bringing the familiar vibrancy back to our shores.

While our ground-level amenities were impacted by flooding, our condo has weathered the storms. Repair work is moving along, our office is renovated and open 6 days per week.

Thank you for your patience and support as we recover together. We’re excited to offer you a refreshed Gulf experience soon—see you on the beach!

**Updated Nov 2025: Due to the Florida State Milestone Inspection Project happening across the state, our building is currently under construction. At this time, this will affect your stay. There will be noise Monday to Friday from 8am to 3:30pm and our pool will be closed weekdays from 8:00am to 3:30pm, fully open on weekends. Please reach out to me if you require further information.**

If you want the best beach holiday, we have it all. We are gulf front, on the 2nd floor, directly above the pool with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico and the powdery white sand. Our large heated pool is directly on the beach. For your enjoyment we have three large barbecue grills. Our building is well maintained. The only thing you need to worry about is not missing any of the picturesque sunsets.

Our condo has been completely remodelled from top to bottom. We have a gorgeous kitchen with Stainless Steel appliances, granite countertops and fully equipped to cover all your culinary needs. The bedrooms have new vinyl plank flooring and new bedding. We renovated the guest bedroom with new beds, dresser and night stand.

We upgraded to 2 queen beds with new Serta Sleep Comfort mattresses. Our ensuite bath features a walk-in shower, new cabinetry with marble countertop. The entire condo has a fresh coat of paint.

Come down and enjoy the beach life. We would love for you to experience our piece of paradise.

Property is in a great location with many restaurants nearby. Easy walk to get coffee & pastries. Beach is beautiful and great to have the pool on the gulf side of the building. The host was quick to respond to any inquiries. Very relaxing and a great escape for our family of 4. The unit was very spacious & had everything we needed.

Relaxing stay

We very much enjoyed our stay. The condo was nice and completely met our needs especially the fact that they provided a beach umbrella and chairs. We spent most of our time on the beach, loved the easy access.

Vacay 2025

We had a great time! Location is great, and the beach is beautiful. The condo is adorable and well stocked with everything you need for cooking. The beach chairs and umbrella were awesome to have available. Just a couple minor maintenance things - we communicated a couple already and the property manager responded quickly. These things did not hinder our stay at all. The blinds for the slider are missing a few slats, and the master bedroom mattress will probably need an update soon. Overall the condo is awesome and we would stay again!

Nice beach getaway

Spacious, clean unit with good mattresses and well-equipped kitchen. Property has a nice pool that receives sun all day. Charcoal grills available for cooking. Great white sand beach.

Early birthday get away

Had a great time!! Everything as advertised . Clean, comfortable, & right on the beach. Walking distance to a few restaurants, and many others 2 to 4 miles away. Would definitely come back. Very easy and laid back vacation!!

Wonderful beachfront stay

This condo was everything! Loved the view. Super quiet and well kept building with the best beach location! The condo itself has a fully, fully stocked kitchen, two great bedrooms and bathrooms that have been updated and was overall just perfect for a weeklong stay for my daughter and myself. We barely left the beach and spent every night in the comfy living area having movie nights!

Awesome Condo

We stayed here for a week with another couple! Condo was updated, very clean, and fully stocked. The view from the balcony is AMAZING! We spent a lot of time on the balcony, at the pool, and on the beach. The walk to the beach was short and easy. The location of this condo between Clearwater and John's Pass was very convenient. Definitely will be back!

Great family vacation

We loved our stay at the condo, best location and such a beautiful view. The condo was equipped with everything we needed, beds were comfortable, check in was very easy, and the owner was easily reachable with any questions we had. We loved that the condo was on the second floor, and the balcony was directly over the pool; easy to see my husband and son swimming from the balcony. You can beat the location, literally on the beach, shops, restaurants, and easy drive to Johns Pass boardwalk. Loved that the owner had beach chairs, umbrella, and toys available for us to use. We loved our stay, and will definitely be back for another stay!

Moms get-a-way

Condo was in a perfect location, beach was SO nice. Pool was big and clean. Condo had everything we needed, front desk staff very nice and friendly. Had beach chairs which was awesome since we flew in. The one and only small thing i would change would be the air conditioner is on the balcony, so it was loud when it was on. We still really enjoyed the balcony though!

Nice place, Great view

We really enjoyed our stay in Unit 202. Had everything we needed and was quite comfortable. There was some renovations going on around the building but it didnt immediately impact us. Also most units are switching over from keys to keyless entry - just a minor hiccup or 2 with that. Overall, would recommend.
