The chic, three-level townhouse seamlessly combines modern decor with a rustic beach edge. At night active families will congregate in the living room around the sectional sofa and gas fireplace. Media entertainment includes cable TV.

The space is designed for entertaining with instant access to the kitchen! Enjoy shrimp cocktails on the breakfast bar or dine in the fresh air on the patio. The balcony offers glimpses of the sea, a bistro table, and gas grill. The balcony is shared with the adjoining unit, however a privacy screen is provided for added privacy for all the guests. The fully stocked kitchen can serve as picnic headquarters or a space to make celebratory feasts.

Outside the enclosed yard is perfect for Fido! Two dogs (25 pounds or less) are welcome with an additional nightly pet free. Convenience amenities such as a washer and dryer will make guests feel right at home.

Featuring one full bath, one half bath, and two bedrooms, the townhouse sleeps five guests. The rooms are relaxing with muted color schemes and great natural lighting. The Master Bedroom is located on the 1st floor and has a king size bed and a futon that sleeps 1 adult. The guest bedroom is located on the 3rd floor and has a full size bed which can sleep one adult or 2 kids.

Large groups can rent the other half of this duplex, Ocean Beach Loungin' #1! The second unit offers one full bath, one half bath, and three bedrooms to sleep eight guests (six adults) and two more dogs. Combined, the home can easily lodge 13 guests (10 adults) and four dogs for the perfect reunion!

There is parking for 1 car in the driveway, however it is a tandem driveway that is shared with the adjacent townhouse. There is a additional 24 hour street parking in front of the home.

Spend fun-filled days with help from bicycles and beach accessories included in the rental. Take your four-legged friends to the dog park just blocks away where you can tire them out playing fetch, or to Dog Beach, an off-leash stretch of sand that welcomes all sizes and breeds of dogs. THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW:

No Smoking is allowed inside any of our properties. You are welcome to smoke in outside areas of the home.

Due to the moderate coastal climate, this house (like most in the area) does not have air conditioning.

This home is not equipped with Forced Air or Heat. You will be provided space heaters in the winter and fans in the summer.

This home has a shared wall with the adjoining townhouse and is in a neighborhood. We ask our guests to please respect the adjoining neighbor and surrounding homes. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced.

For homes that allow pets there are certain rules that always apply. Pets are never to be left alone in the homes unattended. If you plan to spend time away from your pet please find a doggy daycare. You can call our office for recommendations.

Pet Fee: $40/Night

Ocean Beach lies in the San Diego International Airport flight path for some departing flights. No planes can depart after 11:30 pm or before 6:30 am.
