2 Bed Condo Steps From the Bay w/ Balcony

This quiet Crown Point (Pacific Beach) remodeled 2 bedroom 1 full bath condo is located across the street from Mission Bay Park, overlooking gorgeous Crown Point park/beach.

Take advantage of our kitchen for meals, or sample some awesome San Diego restaurants during your stay here! Start the morning off right with some coffee in the kitchen, or pick up coffee at one of the neighborhood coffee shops and walk two blocks to the bay. There's also a convenience store and plenty of restaurants all within walking distance.

Never miss any of the action with live sports and movies from Hulu Live on one of the 3 Smart TV's.

Mission Bay Park features picnic tables, fire pits and barbecue grills, a boat launch and basketball courts. The park also has free parking, restrooms and showers. This a great place for family picnics or large gatherings and the park has plenty of room for soccer, football and volleyball games.

Please remember that you will be staying in a home, not a hotel. Therefore we ask that you treat our space with the same respect you would show your own.

If you need anything before, after, or during your stay, please feel free to call or text me.

Couple reminders:

** This isn't a party house.

** No smoking is permitted, including Marijuana. We may garnish 2X your cleaning fee if the smell of smoke is present.

**Only guests listed on the reservation are welcome — no outside guests are allowed at anytime.

- Check out is 11AM

- Check in is after 3PM

-All PETS MUST BE PRE-APPROVED. Check with me before you book please as there is an additional $20 per night pet fee charge. This fee will be added after the reservation has been made.

- This apartment has an in-house washer and dryer. Please feel free to do laundry as you please.

- Thank you in advance for respecting our house rules, they are very important to us. Please keep a reasonable volume so as to not disturb our neighbors, and do not invite other guests or have parties. We would appreciate it if you washed any dishes you use during your stay. Please leave the house in the same condition you found it as when you first arrived.

Excellent property for a nice vacation!

Checking in and out was straight forward and easy, the property was quite clean and well put together, living spaces were comfortable and spacious, the extra tv’s helped keep the kids occupied and we were very close to all the things we love to do. Lots of kitchen utensils to use and lovely patio space. Recommend!

We enjoyed the location and the view. Friendly neighborhood with restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Nice kitchen with everything you need. The only suggestion would be to clean the little balcony of spider webs and dust off the chairs. We also wanted to sweep the floors before we left but could not find any broom or vacuum cleaner. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The property was clean and updated. It was easy to find and the check in process was straight forward. The view from the balcony was amazing. We enjoyed our stay.

Really nice location.

Great location in Mission Bay and literally steps to the beach. It was a nice quiet neighborhood and much more laid back than Pacific Beach.

Great neighborhood

Overall, I was happy with my choice to reserve this property. The ONLY negative was the state of the shower curtain in the bathroom. It looked like it should have been replaced many guests ago. Kind of grossed me out. The rest of the property was perfectly clean and well maintained.

Great Place

I had a really great time staying here just after Labor day weekend. The location is near everything and yet it still has that laid back beach town atmosphere. Plenty of places to walk and bike. Great burgers and beer just down the street at Rockys. I plan to visit here again next time I am in San Diego

Location is everything!

We had such a great time at this apartment. We’ve rented on/near Mission Bay for years and we love the location. Such a beautiful quiet neighborhood with a close walk to the bay(across the street) and some really cute restaurants. The only down side were the beds, they are bit firm but not terrible.

Host was great. Responsive and attentive. My concerns are more along the lines of what is advertised vs. what you get. The beds are bad. No other way to put it. I’m pretty sure they are futon mattresses on metal frames, and yes, you can feel the metal frames. The linens were uncomfortable and stuffy. There is no designated parking spot, which is fine and completely acceptable, but I feel like that detail isn’t fully disclosed in the property description. I saw others were sleeping 6 in the unit. That’s fine, so long as 2 are prepared to sleep on an air mattress. Also, with 6, there are not enough dishes. Again, not a deal breaker for our stay, but if you’re planning on 6, something to be aware of.No hair dryer - weird! I have short hair and was not al all planning on wearing a hat Every. Single. Day. Because there’s not a hair dryer - again, just one of those things you expect and it wasn’t there. Overall, the place definitely didn’t break our vacay, it was just… disappointing.

Love the location!

Great location. Many spider webs on windows, patio furniture etc. BBQ was very dirty and covered in spiders with webs. Back steps down to the BBQ are questionable. Listing states sleeps six, there are two queen beds and an air mattress. Coffee pot and fridge were not as clean as I would have expected. Neighborhood is quiet and the view of the Bay is wonderful.

Excellent Location & Incredible Host

We flew in from Dallas because our son graduated from The Marines. This apartment was only 12 minutes away from the base and airport. We stayed 3 nights. If this Airbnb made a few small changes it would have been a fantastic stay! Pros:Beautiful Beach ViewApartment is VERY cute! A/C works greatWasher & Dryer The host was excellent! We are a family of 6 and needed more quilts. We received more sheets and a comforter almost immediately. So extremely grateful!!! ConsCoffee Maker needs to be replaced. I love my coffee in the morning but the water reservoir was filthy. The dishwasher needs to be replaced. The racks were very rusted. No dressers or trashcans in bedrooms We used the ironing board as a dresser Parking can be an issue. We rented an Expedition so we had to park down the street one evening.

The host was helpful, easy check in and a great location.I, however, was not expecting to have to park on the street, we had to park around the corner and down street, could not see our car. That was not disclosed on listing or by the host. My only suggestion for improvements would be that neither bedroom had a dresser or a single table. No where to put a phone or cpap machine by the bed. We had to live out of our suitcases on the floor and the rooms were small. A small dresser under the TV would work. The bathroom had not one towel hanger after showering. We had to drape towels over dining room chairs. Those are minor inconveniences but important. Overall, we enjoyed San Diego and hope to visit again soon.

Good location and pet friendly is a plus

Good location, nice walking areas for our dog, nice that this unit is pet friendly. We had to do some cleaning when we checked in, a lot of dust around the living room area especially. We have a blonde fur dog and swept up a ton of black fur, mostly in living room again. The beds are NOT comfortable for adults. My husband and I are 6-6’2 and typically can make queen size beds work, but these were more like glorified futons. Very noisy when you move and whatever springs were in them, are broke. Our other family rented down the road, same owner of property and their beds were fantastic. Maybe these just need to be updated. Fridge shelf is cracked so do not put anything on that. And when we went to take trash out we noticed the wall behind garbage can is filthy. We didn’t bother to clean that, as I’m not sure what it was. For the price paid of the unit, including cleaning fees, I would expect everything to really be clean. I have a bad back and wasn’t able to lift sofa to clean under it, but again you can tell it’s been awhile. The owner owns several units in the area, and communication with him was great, I appreciate that.

This is a fantastic location and very responsive and tentative host. We had a wonderful stay, only thing we would change was the parking situation. Our first night we couldn’t find any parking. We had to walk a block and a half with all our luggage and travel crib.
