Well, I did not want to write a bad review about my guest. However, I am left with no other choice but to respond. I have been in touch with this guest since they first rented the property in late 2024. I showed them videos. I had emails I had tried to explain this situation after hurricane Ian. They still wanted to come. They recently saw a picture of all the construction. Even with this transparency they still made the journey. The minute they got there The complaints started to roll in. I was quite confused since I was very clear on the condition of the property. The condo, which they were renting was in perfect condition ready for guest. I just stayed there myself for 2 weeks. In light of the construction we purchased new beach chairs and other equipment so guests could enjoy themselves while the pool deck was under construction. Needless to say, I could not make these people happy. They stayed for 5 days. They then wanted me to refund the entire amount of their rental. I could not understand this since they stayed for the property for 5 days. Were they expecting to stay for some place for free? Never rent from these people again.

I think you for your comments. I'm sorry I don't understand German. For the record, we tried making your experience as best as possible. We had people come to the door to address every one of your needs and you would not let them in. It is hard to correct anyone's expectations if we cannot proceed to make your stay better. One other thought, you were renting a condo. A condominium is approximately 1200 square feet. Your complaint was that the closets were too small. Obviously you must not have rented condos before and unfortunately there's little I can do with respect to reorganizing a closet to your specifications. Perhaps before you book you should look at things more closely so you can enjoy your experience. My goal, which I did accomplish was to provide you a condominium in Florida on the beach. That was accomplished. Every concern that you had I tried to address but you would not let me accomplish that. Perhaps you're trying to look on getting money back? I wish you the best of luck on the next time you rent from VRBO. If anyone wants the emails that I sent to this individual please don't hesitate to ask. With individuals like this you always want to make sure you document things. For those renters out there I would look cautiously at this individual
