Beautiful panoramic Villa with private pool just 350 meters from the sea. The Villa consists of: ground floor with entrance, living room with sofa bed (1.5). Kitchen equipped with everything you need, including dishwasher and bathroom. On the ground floor there are also 2 verandas, both with panoramic views of the sea. The verandas are finished in Sardinian Orosei marble. On the ground floor there is a garden and infinity pool with whirlpool. Beautiful view of the gulf / harbor.
On the 1st floor we find the 2 bedrooms, one of which is a double and the other with 2 single beds (it can eventually become a double bed) and a bathroom with shower. There is also a sink with a washing machine. The house is air conditioned in all rooms. Near the pool there is an outdoor shower with hot water. The Villa is available exclusively for non-smokers inside the house; it is possible to smoke outside. In the garden there are differences in level, it is always better to pay attention to small children.

The pool, garden and view are fantastic. We really enjoyed our stay here. The property’s location is very convenient and close to everything. The owners are very friendly, helpful and wanted to make our stay perfect. We would definitely recommend this property!

It is a perfect location to relax, the kitchen and special the BBQ are very good. The host was very communicative. And of course the Gin & Tonic ore beer/wine by the pool perfect!

The house is perfect for a family or a small group. Excellent location, walk to the local beach. House is well equipped with everything you need for a stay of a week or more. And the pool and views can't be beat. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Amazing Place and Hosts

Brilliant villa with incredible views

We had a fantastic time in the villa. The pool, outdoor spaces and views are a particular highlight - probably even better than the photos. Antonello and Lucia were great hosts, allowing us flexibility in check in time and nice recommendations for beaches and restaurants. We’d happily go back!

We loved everything about this property from the fantastic location ,outside space , pool and sea view. It is one of the best properties we have stayed in and the hosts could not have been more welcoming and helpful . You would not be disappointed and we will definitely be back .

This is the perfect villa for fantastic views and nearness to the Campulongu beach.

We had an amazing stay with everything we wanted. The hosts were so kind and informative. We ate in every night and used the barbecue facilities as the view from the dining area could not be beaten. We had super quick Wi-fi all week with no problems. The infinity pool was beautiful with the same views when you needed to cool off. The villa was really comfortable and felt extremely safe.

The most beautiful place to stay with amazing hosts, Antonello and Lucia, who welcomed us perfectly and showed us all we needed to know.The location is fabulous, with incredible views from the house and the most perfect pool. The kids turned into water babies and it’s a very generous size and heated which made it very enjoyable for all.I would love to come back and stay another time as it really was the most perfect place to stay and we feel there is more to explore as the surrounding area and beaches are stunning.Thank you for having us Antonello and Lucia!

Comfortable, spacious, air conditioning in all living areas for those who require. During our August stay the need arose for same as a heat wave rolled through which then was extinguished by the mistral winds.

Best Place We Have Ever Stayed!

We absolutely love Villasimius, and this property is probably the best place we have ever stayed anywhere. The house is amazingly beautiful, with everything you could possibly wish for and more. The outdoor living space, pool, and view can not be beat. Antonio was very helpful, kind, and responsive to any question, and offered us excellent suggestions to explore the area. We will definitely plan to return to stay in property again in the future. It was fabulous!

Amazing property, view, home and hosts

We had an amazing stay at Antonello and Lucia’s beautiful Villasimius home. Our stay was perfect from start to finish. Communicating with our hosts was seamless. We were greeted at the home, provided with a tour and presented with wine and Italian treats. The home was spotless and well stocked. The location was excellent with spectacular views of the sea. It was less than a 30 minute walk into town and to the beautiful beaches. We would highly recommend renting this stunning home.

Unbelievably amazing. The villa was more beautiful than we could've hoped for. Antonio and Luccia were perfect hosts, even waited late for us on our check in day because of unforseen travel problems. They greeted us with smiling faces, wine and snacks in hand. The pictures on the app, even though they are great pictures, do not do this place justice, the feeling of it is very welcoming, the views are unimaginable, and the design of the space feels as if you're in your very own private resort. We have never been happier with every part of our stay anywhere as much as here. We will definitely be back next year and will schedule our vacation around the availability of this villa.

Die Kommunikation über WhatsApp mit Antonio und Lucia war einwandfrei, immer schnell, unkompliziert und hilfsbereit.Villasimius erreicht man in wenigen Autominuten und findet dort alles, um den Abend perfekt ausklingen zu lassen; gemütliche Restaurants, kleine Läden und eine entspannte Atmosphäre für abendliche Spaziergänge. Auch die Strände sind vielfältig und schnell erreichbar – ideal für jeden Geschmack.Im Haus liegt eine Liste mit allen Empfehlungen – von Restaurants über Strände bis zu Ausflugszielen. Sehr schönes, geschmackvolles und sauberes Ferienhaus mit tollem Infinitypool in Traumlage. Atemberaubender Blick über gesamte Buchten und Capo Carbonara. Haus ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht, alles wie im Internet beschrieben, Bilder zeigen die Realität. Müllkonzept wie in Italien üblich. Gastgeber Antonio und Lucia waren jederzeit über WhatsApp erreichbar und für uns da. Bei Fragen immer sofortige Hilfe. Auto macht Sinn, da ruhige Lage am Hang in kleiner abgeschlossener Feriensiedlung. Cafes, Restaurants und Supermärkte im Hauptort Villasimius. Top Haus und Top Gastgeber. Kommen gerne wieder! Ferientraum mit PanoramablickWir haben in der Vorsaison 9 Tage in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus in der Anlage Sole Campulongu/Villasimius verbracht.Das Haus liegt am Südhang mit Blick auf Marina, den Strand von Giunco und den herrlichen Tanka 18-Loch Golfplatz.Bis nach Villasimius mit seiner pittoresken Altstadt, kleinen Boutiquen, Supermärkten und Restaurants sind es mit dem Auto knapp 10 min. Hier bekommt man alles für den Strandurlaub. Und wenn es nicht reicht, lohnt auf jeden Fall der Ausflug nach Cagliari (ca. 1 Std). Kulturell und kulinarisch unbedingt empfehlenswert.Wir wurden von unseren Gastgebern, Lucia und Antonio sehr herzlich mit italienischen Köstlichkeiten empfangen und eingewiesen. Mithilfe von Google Translator war die Kommunikation schriftlich und mündlich möglich. Wir haben selten ein Ferienhaus gemietet, dass so toll ausgestattet war.Das absolute Highlight ist der Panoramablick über die Bucht und den abends beleuchteten Infinity-Pool. Man kann förmlich mit der Sonne wandern. Aber auch für ausreichend Schatten und Sitzgelegenheiten ist gesorgt. Auch gibt es einen tollen Metzger in Villasimius, so dass wir den Gasgrill und die Outdoor Küche öfter genutzt haben.Für die Hauptsaison gibt es eine Klimaanlage, für kältere Tage eine elektrische Wärmeheizung.Alles in allem ist dieses Feriendomizil ein echtes Hideaway. Wir können dieses Haus einfach nur weiterempfehlen. Herzlichen Dank liebe Lucia, lieber Antonio! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Traumhaftes Haus in Villasimius

Das Haus liegt wirklich ganz toll am Hang in Südlage über Campulongu bei Villasimius mit gigantischem Blick über das Kap, den Hafen und in der Ferne den Giunco-Strand. Besser kann man es nicht mehr haben. Vom Flughafen Cagliari fährt man ca 1h und hat einen Ort mit völliger Ruhe und ohne große Ferienbauten. Das Haus selbst ist optimal ausgestattet hinsichtlich Technik, vor allem mit Klimaanlage in alle Räumen was bei der Sommerhitze in unserem Urlaub (bis 38 Grad) sehr nützlich war. Der Infinity-Pool ist ein Traum. Er ist nicht nur zum Schwimmen toll, sondern auch um die Aussicht zu genießen und optisch ist er ein Schmuckstück direkt am Haus. Sehr vorteilhaft ist auch die Beschattung der Terrassen. Man hat zu jeder Tageszeit mit 4 Personen sowohl im Sonnenbereich als auch im Schattenbereich ausreichend Platz. Die Außenanlagen sind gepflegt mit schönen Olivenbäumen und sogar (ungewöhnlich) mit einer Rasenfläche (automatisch bewässert). Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch die Sauberkeit des Objekts bis in alle Ecken und Winkel. Die Vermieter sind sehr korrekt, zuvorkommend, pünktlich und unkompliziert. Man kommuniziert einfach per WhatsApp oder Telefon, es wird sofort geantwortet und die Infos sind hilfreich. Sprachbarrieren geschrieben oder gesprochen werden mit Google-Translator mühelos überbrückt. Eine rundum positive und schöne Urlaubserfahrung, die ihren Preis 100% wert war. Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit Traumaussicht und tollem Pool

Wir wurden von Antonio und seiner Frau herzlich empfangen und es wurde alles toll erklärt . Die Unterkunft ist einfach klasse . Super Aussicht , super Pool , toller Garten inkl warmer Aussendusche, tolle Terrasse mit Grill , Sandwichgrill und kleine Kaffeeaitomat. Es fehlt an nichts. Wir kommen gerne wieder !!

Grandios !

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Haus sehr genossen und wären am liebsten noch länger geblieben. Alles war sehr sauber, und den Ausblick vom Pool und der Terrasse kann man nur als grandios bezeichnen. Auf dem Grundstück ist man für sich, da die Nachbarn kaum auf den Pool oder die Außendusche sehen. Die Gastgeber waren überaus nett und bemüht, und haben uns viele tolle Tips für Strände und Restaurants gegeben. Vielen lieben Dank für die erholsame und unvergessliche Zeit in Euerm wunderschönen Haus. Ganz liebe Grüße aus Deutschland.

Perfekter Urlaub

Die Villa in Campolungo ist perfekt für Familien Urlaub mit 2 Kindern. Toller Pool, unglaubliche Aussicht, sehr sauber und gepflegt, einladend eingerichtet, top Infrastruktur (Grill, Küche, Bäder etc.). Der Gastgeber ist stets erreichbar und selbst der Besitzer, was den Urlaub noch persönlicher macht. Das Objekt befindet sich in einer Art "Gated Community", was sehr sicher ist. Wir würden wieder kommen und können das Objekt und den Vermieter absolut empfehlen!

Tolles Haus für Strandurlaub

Das Highlight des Hauses sind das infinity Pool und die große Terrasse mit wunderbarer Aussicht auf das Capo Carbonara. Das Pool ist ganz sauber, sehr gepflegt und groß genug, um ein bisschen zu schwimmen und vor allem mit Kindern zu planschen. Auf der Terrasse sitzt man wunderschön und kann beim Grillen am Abend (toller großer Gasgrill) die Aussicht genießen. Das Haus ist insgesamt sehr gut ausgestattet, Handtücher und Schirme für den Strand sind vorhanden, sogar Ferngläser zum Beobachten der Schiffe auf dem Meer stehen zur Verfügung. Der Strand in Fußnähe ist leider nicht so schön, aber verschiedene traumhafte, beinahe karibische Strände sind in unter 5 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Antonello war ein super Gastgeber: er hat alles getan, um uns einen früheren Check- in zu ermöglichen, es gab Sardisches Süßgebäck zur Begrüßung, er hat uns alles gezeigt, war sehr unkompliziert und jederzeit erreichbar, sogar um 6 Uhr früh, als wir so früh auschecken mussten. Seine Tips für Strände, Restaurants, Pasticcerie etc haben absolut gestimmt- vielen Dank dafür! Das Haus als Basis für eine erholsame Woche mit Badeferien im Pool und an traumhaften Stränden ist uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert!
