Newly Refurbished, Dog Friendly Waterfront Cottage with Wood Burning Stove

The Cottage is a luxurious space to relax and unwind with family or friends surrounded by stunning countryside. Just feet from the Helford River, you'll enjoy water views from two of the three spacious bedrooms. Sit back, relax and soak up the sunshine in the garden or cosy up in the living area next to the wood burning stove on a cooler evening.

Downstairs, the living area is open-plan which makes it a great space for entertaining. There are two sofas for you to unwind on, a wooden dining table which seats 6 for everyone to gather round and the kitchen boasts an electric Aga and butler sink to complete the full cottagey feel. Plus there are the usual appliances; microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine. Also on the ground floor is a separate utility room which has a washing machine which you can use during your stay and a wet room with W/C.

Upstairs, the first bedroom has water views and can either be set up as two single beds or together as a super king. The second bedroom again, has river views and can also be arranged in whichever format you’d prefer. The third bedroom has a king size bed. The bathroom is equipped with a heated towel rail and is the perfect space for a long soak in the tub.

Outside is just as calm and spacious. You'll find an enclosed garden to the front of the property where you can have breakfast appreciating the morning sunshine, and to the rear is a terraced garden with creak views. You can access the back garden from the first floor of the property and up a few steps. On the terrace is a bespoke summer house, ideal for a little peace and quiet and complete with arm chairs for you to enjoy the views.

Dogs are every welcome at The Cottage. The charge is £30 per dog, per stay and we ask that you bring no more than two dogs.

We’re also able to provide a high chair and travel cot for you if you require them – please note that you will need to bring your own bedding for the travel cot.
