Sunset Villa is located in the Yacht Club neighborhood, the only Cape Coral neighborhood with a beach. The southwest exposure allows you to enjoy the beautiful Florida sunsets on the huge 1,600+ square foot screened lanai with a large heated pool, gas grill, and plenty of room to lounge in the sun. Located just 5 minutes to the beach and less than 15 minutes to the open waters of the Gulf of Mexico on one of the best direct access canals in Cape Coral, perfect for serious boaters and fishermen. There's a 50 foot private dock with a large captain's walk perfect for fishing or just enjoying the sun. The house is also located minutes from Cape Coral's best night life and restaurants.

The house features a popular open great room floor plan with free high-speed internet and large flat screen TVs. Generous sized bedrooms include a king bed in the master bedroom and 1 king bed and 2 queen sized bedrooms on the guest side. All bedrooms feature new flat screen TVs. Our home is perfect for you whether you are looking for a romantic getaway, a sunny family vacation or just some peace and serenity. All this and more is waiting for you at the Sunset Villa.

Legit family home, has all you need

Great stay in Cape Coral

This home was a beautiful and comfortable spot for our family’s vacation. The hosts were helpful and the property was as described. We loved the pool and access to the canals. Relaxing getaway

I stayed here with my teenage son and my 7 year old just for a week of relaxing and sun. The house was great, the kids could fish right off the dock in the back. The property manager was super easy to reach and got back to us immediately when we had a problem (resolved quickly). I'd highly recommend this house. Great location!

February Break

We loved our month long visit. The home is so comfortable and so welll equipped. Everything you need to enjoy cooking in or out. There are beach toys and chairs available. We travelled to Vanderbilt Beach for the first time and had a great experience! The hosts provide lots of materials offering suggestions for eating out or ideas for excisions. I highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful home

We loved staying at this home. It was just as advertised. Maybe even better! The property was well equipped from the kitchen to the bathrooms. All the furniture was comfortable and perfect for our family. There were a lot of nice little extras - like laundry baskets, instructions for all the TVs, and even a high chair if you have little ones. The pool was beautiful and perfect for three kids who swam all day. We rented a boat and this house had a great location for a day in the water. All in all, it was a 10 out of 10.

Close to everything.

This is a beautiful home in a great location by the yacht club. Everything you need is close by. The kitchen is well supplied, and the pool area is very relaxing. Jodi is wonderful to deal with and is very quick to reply to any of our concerns. Our only complaint would be the comfortableness of the couch...probably needs to be replaced. Bed's are starting to show less firmness. Other than these two issues, the house is great.

Recommend improvements:Drying rack for clothes.Pressure clean Lani area Some of the 3-way light switches made turning lights on and off interesting sometimes. This is only our view. If this house had two ensuites instead of one, we would rebook every year. I can't say it enough that customer service was outstanding.

Perfect!

This was the perfect house. The pictures are exactly what the house looks like. The house is spotless. The pool is perfect. Our family enjoyed floating in the pool every day. Jodi has plenty of towels for the pool. There is plenty of chaise lounges and chairs around the pool.The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. We went for walks every morning and saw burrowing owls. The beds were all comfortable! Kitchen was stocked so we could enjoy breakfasts together. Publix was a short ride away. Communication with Jodi was easy and she was very quick to respond to any questions that I had. Check in and Che k out was very easy. We loved everything about this house! It truly was a perfect week. We chartered a boat and they picked us up right at dock outside the back of the house. We had perfect day seeing dolphins. I would highly recommend renting this house!

a great home in an even better location. less than 5 minutes from groceries and restaurants, within 20-30 minutes of Sanibel or Fort Myers Beach. The comfiest couch, well stocked kitchen, a very warm pool on cold winter days, and a dock to fish from. Would recommend to anyone

Schöner Aufenthalt in Cape Coral

Wir haben das Haus für sieben Nächte über Fewo gebucht und es entsprach voll und ganz unseren Bedürfnissen sowie der aktuellen Beschreibung auf dem Portal. Es ist sehr großzügig angelegt und bietet für acht Personen genug Platz und Freiraum. Die Lage ist sehr gut der Yachthafen ist in der näheren Umgebung und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten erreicht man in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war zu jeder Zeit gegeben unsere Anfragen wurden schnell beantwortet. Der Check In verlief reibungslos und ohne Probleme und Verzögerung. Im Ganzen kann man sagen eine gelungene und schöne Woche in Cape Carol

Winter Getaway

We had a fabulous February in our hosts’ beautiful home. We entertained friends for dinner and the Super Bowl. Everyone loved the house. The pool and lanai are amazing Sun and shade all day! Something for everyone. The house is fully equipped with anything you need. A great spot to entertain or just relax. We plan on returning!

Perfect location

Our family enjoyed our stay here. We rented a boat and it was quick access to get out to the river and open water. The house was clean and well equipped and we loved using the hot tub each day!

This was a wonderful property! My family loved spending time in the pool, fishing off the dock, and relacing and shelling at the beaches. Sanibel Island was our favorite but Ft. MYERS BEACH was great too!! Thank you and we will be back!

Awesome vacation home

This is a beautiful home! Our family enjoyed our stay here! As soon as we walked in, the home was welcoming. Home was clean & had everything we needed during our stay. There were seasonings to pots & pans for cooking our daily meals. They had plenty of pool floaties for the family to use if needed. The pool/hot tub is well maintained & clean! Very spacious for a family of 7 to swim! The first thing we did when we got there was swim! The beds were clean, well made, with fresh linens & comfortable. All the restrooms were clean & had plenty of towels, which was nice. The location was perfect! It's located in a quiet, nice neighborhood away from big traffic but close enough to all the shops we needed. Jodi & Dave were always helpful, nice & quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had during our stay. Thanks for having us!
