Welcome to Villa Sierra, a newly renovated 2,500 sq. ft. luxury villa in the prestigious Pelican area of SW Cape Coral. Nestled on a Gulf-access saltwater canal, this stunning home offers everything you need for an unforgettable getaway—perfect for families and couples.

The Home
4 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms: The spacious master suite features a king bed, 32” TV, walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, a soaker tub, and walk-in shower. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have queen beds and 32” TVs, while the 4th bedroom includes two twin beds. All rooms feature ceiling fans and elegant furnishings.
Open Living Spaces: A family room with two leather sofas, recliner, and 55” LED TV. The den offers a cozy reading space, and a dedicated office area and includes free Wi-Fi.
Fully Equipped Kitchen: Quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar for five, plus formal and informal dining options.

The Outdoors
Private Lanai and Pool: A 30-foot heated pool, covered dining area, gas BBQ, grill and loungers await on the screened lanai. Sunshine floods the space with Western exposure.
Boat Dock and Canal Access: Tie up a rental boat at the private wrap-around dock or fish and watch for dolphins and manatees in the canal. Gulf access is just 30 minutes by boat.

We enjoyed our time at the property. The house is equipped with everything you need, including beach chairs and towels. The pool was clean and poo toys and floats were plenty.Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful place, all the amenities stated and would stay here again. Bonus saw dolphins right off the dock even being at a dead end.

Great place to stay

This was a great place for our family to enjoy Florida, the beaches, and tourist activities. The pool was a great way to end the day after all our activities!

Our host was extremely welcoming. Was a little questionable about the electric bill that had to be paid upon departure. It was in our contract and we was aware of it however it was very questionable. We, as well as many of our friends and family that have stayed in VRBOs in the past have never experienced this before. And because of this we'll be more cautious in the future, the problem is you pay the money before you get the contract. For one week, 7 days our electric bill was 116. From what our host said, that one was a little bit higher than usual but I think people need to know if they rent this BRBO this is what you're looking at.

Great home in Cape Coral

Spent 4 nights here in July with 7 people and the space was perfect. Our kids loved the pool and fishing from the dock. The rooms were good sized with comfy beds. The kitchen had everything we could need. Would definitely stay here again if travelling to the area.

Such an amazing property

My husband and I stayed here with our 3 children (infant to school aged), and my parents. It was so spacious, and such a great layout! We were able to spread out and it didn’t feel cramped at all. The house was so well-stocked with anything and everything we needed. We loved the kitchen and cooked in a few different times. The pool area is so nice and we took advantage of the pool toys provided. It was clean, in a nice area, and we would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed every aspect of our stay in Villa Sierra. The home is modern and well kept. The layout lends itself well to having visitors. The house is well equipped. Everyone enjoyed the heated pool. Would definitely stay here again. We had a blast.

This house has everything you left at home

Our stay was out of this world. The house and pool are located in the perfect spot If you like to go to more than one of the surrounding beaches. The first night we cooked out and stayed by the pool. The pool was clean the entire house was spotless. The house had everything you could think of including beach necessities. I will be booking again in the future.

Property looked COMPLETELY different from pics posted. The exterior was painted a drab grey and very unappealing. The check in process was easy. Relatively clean but dishes were NOT clean. Uncomfortable furniture sub par… The pool was fun for us all. Best feature of the house. Neighborhood was ok. Property manager came by on the last day, Nicole was less than friendly, barely checked the rooms and seemed to be displeased that she had laundry to do. I did most of the laundry but…

Beautiful Home

Roomy, open and plenty of seating for entertaining. You do have to pay additional for electric usage-ours was around $90 extra. We had kayaks delivered and kayaked often on the canal. This is a beautiful home and it had everything we needed.

Spring break

Our stay was overall amazing! Would definitely book here again! The house has pretty much anything you could possibly need. The pool was great and much larger and deeper than we had anticipated. There was a hiccup in the the communication with the property manager that was completely out of her control and Danielle was always quick to respond. We enjoyed the weather and the pool more then anything and actually saw a couple of dolphins off the dock in the back that was completely unexpected and my kids were so excited.

Perfect vacation spot !

We stayed in this superb property for five days with two families - 4 adults and 4 kids. The property-manager Peter was there shortly after we arrived and explained everything. There were no problems whatsoever. The layout of the house is perfect for familes, it is very large with lots of space for the kids. We all loved the pool which has sun pretty much of the day. We found lots of pool toys - the kids had fun. There is a Publix round the corner as well as some spots to get something to eat. Other than that - the location is nice. The beaches are some 30 minutes away - but this was clear before we booked. We would love to come back!

Girls Trip

We were there for a Girls Trip and the property was very nice and roomy. There were a couple of minor issues; such as, the pool was not heated although we were told the water temperature was 85 degrees. The water didn't appear to be very warm so we didn't get to enjoy the pool. The smoke detector kept chirping even after the battery was changed out; and one of the ceiling fans on the lanai seemed a little loose so we just didn't run the fan. In spite of these minor issues, we thoroughly enjoyed the property. This is a beautifly property.

Amazing

We stayed here a week with our adult children had the best time. Both my daughter in laws probably enjoyed fishing from the canal more than the men. We spent most of the week in the pool and lounging on the patio. The house had everything we needed and more. We Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect For Family Getaway!

Very roomy and plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 kids. Danielle and Nicole were responsive and quickly helped when a couple of minor questions/issues arose. Our family spent hours and hours in the pool and the property was a short (25-30 min) drive to Sanibel Island beaches. We really enjoyed our stay!

Pelican

Family of 7, 5 adults and 2 toddlers, had a very nice stay at this property. The location was close to shopping and dining- Sanibel Outlet Mall and Miromar Outlet Mall is about a 25 minute drive, Sanibel Island beaches (my favorite!) are a very easy and beautiful drive as well. We enjoyed several good meals on Cape Coral- 2 Meatballs in the Kitchen and Pinchers were top favorites! The property was nice- nice yard and pool- the screen around the lanai/pool area needs some minor repair so the bugs stay out. The pool fountain was not working, but the pool was clean, the water was warm and my family really enjoyed swimming and playing in the pool. The exterior entrance to the bathroom was a lifesaver with 2 toddlers! My son enjoyed fishing and also viewing schools of fish and a few crabs from the dock. The house was large enough for all of us to relax comfortably, 4 bedrooms- 2 of the bedrooms (the full size and the twins) could use new mattresses, my daughters found them very uncomfortable and sagging in the middle. The furniture in the family room was comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, there were plenty of towels (including beach towels!) and we loved having the laundry room available! There are beach chairs, sand toys, a cooler, and an umbrella available in the garage, and there is a beach cart! It was a lifesaver when hauling all of our stuff to the beach every day! Overall we had a wonderful stay and appreciated the opportunity to be guests at Pelican!
