The Space:

Step outside and take in the beauty of your private lakeside oasis. The spacious deck, complete with a dining table overlooking the water, is the perfect spot for morning coffee or sunset cocktails. Fire up the grill for a lakeside barbecue or unwind in the hot tub while enjoying the picturesque views. Closer to the water, The Tiki house offers an additional deck area with a covered bar, smart TV, and high-top seating—ideal for an evening of drinks and laughter with your group. For those eager to get out on the water, the private boat slip provides easy lake access, allowing you to set sail for a day of fun.



Inside, The Tiki House is designed to accommodate up to 28 guests with ease, offering plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. The home is flooded with natural light, thanks to large windows that frame stunning lake views. The main living room features a plush sectional and a smart TV, creating the perfect spot to gather for movie nights or to hang out while you play a game of pool nearby. Downstairs, the second living room offers a poker table, board games, and reclining chairs for a laid-back evening of entertainment. The lower and upper apartments each include their own private living spaces, making this home ideal for multi-family trips or groups who appreciate a little extra privacy.



Cooking for a crowd is effortless with two full kitchens and a kitchenette throughout the property. The main house’s first-floor kitchen is the centerpiece, boasting stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, a gas stove, and unbeatable views of the lake. Whether you prefer a Keurig or a classic drip coffee maker, you’ll have both on hand to kickstart your mornings. Just off the kitchen, the dining room features a large table seating eight, perfect for family-style meals. An additional full kitchen in the upper apartment,and a kitchenette in the lower apartment, ensure that everyone has space to store snacks, prepare meals, and enjoy a convenient, home-like experience.



Beyond the comforts of the home, The Tiki House makes it easy to experience everything the Lake of the Ozarks has to offer. The private dock features two slips, including one equipped with two ride-on PWC lifts and a second 12x34 open slip available for guests bringing a boat or rent a boat or jet ski, explore nearby state parks and scenic hiking trails, or enjoy family favorites like mini-golf and go-kart racing. When it’s time for a night out, waterfront restaurants, live music, and lively lakefront bars are all part of the Lake experience. This home comfortable sleeps 28 guests between 6 private bedrooms in the main house, as well as 3 additional private bedrooms between the upper and a lower apartments.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, a sitting area, balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, a large soaking tub, and a walk-in glass shower.



Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, a full size bed, a twin size bed, a sitting area, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in glass shower.



Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed.



Bedroom #4 includes a queen size bed.



Bedroom #5, in the basement, includes a queen size bed, twin-over-full bunk beds, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in glass shower.



Bedroom #6, in the basement, includes a queen size bed and deck access.



Bedroom #7, in the lower apartment, includes a queen size bed.



Bedroom #8, in the lower apartment, includes 2 sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds and two twin size trundle beds.



Bedroom #9, in the upper apartment, includes a queen size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.



The main house also includes an additional full bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo. The lower apartment also includes an additional full bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in main home.

• Driveway parking available for 8 vehicles.

• Guests do not have access to the garage.

• The private dock features two slips, including one equipped with two ride-on PWC lifts and a second 12x34 open slip available for guests

• This home is equipped with two (2) external security cameras, (1) located under the eve of the garage and actively monitoring the driveway, (2) located under the eve of the main house and actively monitoring the circle driveway.

• This home is pet friendly, dogs only. We allow a maximum of 2 pets per stay. Dogs above 70 pounds must be approved prior to booking. We reserve the right to deny accommodation if the pet's size or weight poses a risk to property or other guests. Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $25 per pet, per day, that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.
