The living room is widely connected with a large covered terrace with a view of the sea (the villa is on the front line, 30 meters above sea level). The terrace is equipped with a dining table and deck chairs and sun loungers; to shelter from the afternoon sun, two semi-transparent roller blinds guarantee a fresh and restful stay even in the hottest hours of the afternoon. Possibility to add up to 2 additional beds for children up to two years old (max number of occupants: 4). Air conditioning with heat pump.
A private staircase leads to the sea and to a reserved area on the rocks, with space for umbrellas and chairs available for guests. Adjacent to this area is a long natural rock that creates a large natural pool ideal for children. This area of the sea is little frequented by other people even in high season and allows long periods of relaxation and refreshing swimming. The adjacent sea allows underwater fishing excursions.
Nearby, two beaches (Cannesisa and Genne'mari) easily accessible by car or on foot along the rocks (Cannesisa).
