In our seafront facilities the sound of the waves comes in and the view is lost in the crystal-clear colours of the bay and its sunsets.
Direct access to the beach from the property is the pass for an experience that goes beyond a holiday and day after day becomes well-being, harmony, balance, peace. Intense scent of Mediterranean scrub, sun and sea. Balm for the body, cure for the soul. A therapy whose effects last well beyond your stay.
This magical strip of land and sea is just a five-minute drive from the town centre, the golf course, the marina - which also offers bike, moped and dinghy hire services - and is a short distance from the other beautiful beaches of Villasimius.
Spending days of relaxation in one of the three facilities included in the mini-residential complex overlooking the sea - with attention to detail and equipped with every comfort - is a concert of the senses, a sweet melody that beats the rhythm of your time, giving you back the flavour of an exceptional stay. And at dusk the sunset, clearly visible from all the terraces, which in few other places in Sardinia is so intense.

The holiday home, structured on three levels with direct access to the beach, leaves the visitor with the enchantment of a breathtaking view overlooking the entire bay: on the left the granite rocks shaped by time and the sea, real natural monuments; on the right the exclusive white beach of Cala Caterina. Here there is no corner of the house that is not a window on the sea. This will not be any stay, it will be a sensory experience because the Cala Caterina Bay is a corner of Paradise where the beauty of a crystal clear sea and the sound of the waves capture the senses and restore energy.

You can have breakfast or lunch in the shade of a majestic juniper in the first of the four terraces all facing the sea and with a truly breathtaking view. And there you decide to dine outdoors under the starry sky, the barbecue area allows you to enjoy grilled fish and meat. And on the green lawn you can enjoy a magnificent sunset every day, less than 6 meters from the sea. The villa is just five minutes by car from the town center, the golf course, the marina - which, in addition to catering services, also offers bike, moped, boat and dinghy rental services and is located a short distance from the other renowned and beautiful beaches of Villasimius.

Additional costs
• Electricity consumption will be calculated after reading the meter on arrival and departure and will only be charged if the 200 kwh per week already included in the rental price is exceeded. Please note that 200 kwh per week is normally sufficient.
• Final cleaning: € 140,00;
• VAT, only if due;
• Linen service: rental of bed linen and towels, only if requested at the time of booking:
• - single set: € 20,00 (per week);
• - double set: € 40,00 (per week).
• Single and double sets include per person: pillowcase, bottom sheet, top sheet, shower towel, face towel.
• Note: the linen rental agency imposes a compulsory weekly change

Miscellaneous information:

• Rentals from Saturday to Saturday, unless otherwise agreed at the time of booking;
• Check-in time: 5 p.m. | Check-out time: 10 a.m;
• Tourist tax: only if applicable, must be paid separately,

Note:
- the Villa is just 25 metres from the sea. It has an amazing view over the gulf, the white sandy beach of Cala Caterina and sunset.
- from the Villa and from its 4 terraces is possible to enjoy every evening the front view of a wonderful sunset.
- pets are not allowed, unless otherwise agreed at the time of booking.
- anyone, renting the studio – flat, may cross one of the terraces of Villa, just to get to their car but for nothing else. If the Studio/Flat is rented in the same period as yours, normally, would not be more than a couple.
- our Villa Waterfront Cala Caterina can be rented individually or, in case of many families or group of friends, also with our Villetta Waterfront Cala Caterina and / or our Monovano Waterfront Cala Caterina.
- available to rent all year round.
-For the sake of fairness, I would like to inform you that this holiday home of mine, as well as the other holiday homes on my website (where you can also find numerous reviews written by our guests), as well as being managed by me the owner - (through various portals, including those that allow booking without commission for the traveller and directly with the owner himself) - are also managed by tour operators. For this reason, in order to avoid the payment by me of costly contractual penalties, I will happily accept all bookings that arrive from the portal as long as I have been authorised in advance by the tour operator, which normally responds swiftly to my request for authorisation. Therefore. before sending a booking request it is advisable to first send an information request to check the availability of the house, and then possibly proceed with the booking through the portal.
-Only the costs of electricity consumption, double and/or single sets of bed linen and towels (two towels per person: face and shower), which we rent if requested, and the tourist tax and vat, but only if due, must still be added to the rental price published on the portal.
