Located in the Akara Villa Complex Seminyak 'A Villa in Seminyak' is among some of the best eats Bali has to offer.

Walking distance to La Luciolas, Mrs Sippy, Potato Head, The W and Biku to name a few. We are situated between The W and Potato Head.

Seminyak shopping is at your door step.

Your villa unites contemporary modern design with tradition elements whereby the open styled living area leads onto a timber sun deck with a pair of reclining lounge chairs ready for a dip in your own pool.
Glass sliding doors can be opened or closed off to the outside and air-conditioning turned on.

Prices include staff to service your villa daily, welcome drinks on arrival, hot breakfasts daily, free wireless internet and government and service tax.

We have 24/7 security stationed at the front of the complex and free parking if needed.

We are in the Akara Villa Complex. 'A villa in Seminyak' offers complete luxury for those seeking some well deserved quality time out.

We have recently relisted our property with Vrbo after freshly paint and renovation.

Best of the best Villa!

The staff, especially Putu, at the Villa were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were clean, cozy and immaculately tidy which made us very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to restaurants and shops. Villa is recommended if anyone is looking for a restful and relaxing time.

Gorgeous villa with absolutely everything you need!

This villa was absolutely perfect for our family of 4. Having 2 rooms and a separate living area, with the most beautiful pool, and incredible staff looking after us, was exactly what we needed to come home to, after busy days in Seminyak. Thank you!

A spacious and beautiful villa with private pool that is better than the photos. Perfect location close to excellent restaurants and the best bakery in Bali. Best of all are the staff. Amazing 2 bedroom villa in Seminyak

We have stayed in many VRBO's and this 2 bedroom/2bath villa was one of the best! Good air conditioning, great service by staff, breakfast made to order each day, pool delightful, good security. They even went and got our currency exchanged for us to avoid being scammed at the local booths. Kadek (female) arranged to have massages for us in the villa. 20 for an hour massage! Widi (male) helped us with all our luggage and rang our doorbell when our Grab driver or tour driver arrived at the security gate. Just a wonderful experience. Even Dee, our Australian host although she is not on site was great at communicating and answered every question.

Loved the Villa Living

My husband and I stayed at "A Villa in Seminyak" with 2 of our friends. As it was our first time to Seminyak we were all very excited to stay within walking distance to all the places we have heard so much about like Potato Head, Ku-da-ta and The W. We were tossing up to stay in a resort or villa and the villa style living is definately the best. We had the whole place to ourselves and didn't have to share the pool! The staff were absolutely wonderful and cooked up beautiful hot breakfast and were on call if we needed them. Each couple had their own bedrooms, airconditioning and TVs. The living area opens onto the pool where our happy hour started early and early every day! Coming back with my girlfriends at the end of the year and staying again. Thank you to Fai and all the staff for a wonderful holiday. Michelle

The most wonderful rental ever!

This rental was the best one we've ever had, and we stayed all over including San Francisco, San Diego, Miami, Houston, Seattle, Paris, Rome... The cleanliness was impeccable: one or two people came in TWICE each day--once in the morning to clean and once in the afternoon for preparing the beds for the night. Not only that, but each day we chose our next day's breakfast from an extensive menu and the time we would like it. On the following morning, one or two staff members came in about half an hour before the requested serve time, and prepared the breakfast for us in our own kitchen, serving it piping hot and very fresh. They set the table and, after we had eaten, would come in a little while to clean everything up and wash it. All this was done with warm and genuinely friendly smiles. My family felt like we were in a 5 star resort without such a resort's prices, and in a space which was MUCH larger than anything we could get at a resort. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Thank you "A Villa in Seminyak"

My family and I wish to thank you for the most amazing stay at "A Villa in Seminyak". We were on holiday with our toddler and in-laws from Sweden. The villa was perfect in accommodating a family of 5. Each bedroom with their own ensuite bathrooms were so private and our bedrooms were beautifully appointed with airconditioning. Our pool was so clean, refreshing and plenty of room for all of us to enjoy any time of the day or night. The living area had plenty of room for us to all chill and relax watching TV, DVD's or playing board games. Having our very own kitchen and laundry was brilliant too. Everything was so clean even though we had toys spread everywhere. Having the breakfasts were fantastic and tasty prepared by the staff who were absolutely attentive and caring. The best thing about "A Villa in Seminyak" was the proximity to all the shops, bars and restaurants around you in Seminyak - you just had to walk out your door to the main street and the hardest thing was to choose where you would shop or eat next! We highly recommend "A Villa in Seminyak" and can't all wait to get back there soon. Thank you for making our holiday so special!

A fantastic getaway

This villa is absolutely beautiful and is walking distance to most of Seminyak. The friendly staff were on hand at our arrival to walk us through and get us settled in and were on hand all week maintaining the villa and cooking each morning. We could not have asked for a better holiday. Highly recommended and we will definitely visit again.

Great Holiday Experience

The villa and staff provided a perfect environment to allow us to explore Bali; a quiet refuge in the busy city. The villa is in the heart of great restaurants, clubs and bars. The range of shops and boutiques nearby impressed the shoppers in our group. The villa staff provided excellent support from preparing morning breakfast to recommending places to visit, eat and shop. Their professionalism and willingness to help was outstanding. Could not of had a better holiday.

It was like our own private paradise!

We stayed here with our two teenage children & we all absolutely loved it!! The villa was everything & more than we expected, we loved the open plan layout of the main living area which opened up to our own private pool, the property was clean & well maintained & the staff where so friendly, helpful & cooked us a beautiful hot breakfast of our choice every morning. We loved the location, so close to all of the best restaurants in Seminyak & central to most places! We can't wait to go back & will definitely be staying here again.

Simply stunning! A Villa in Seminyak

Wow!...truly stunning accommodation to stay at in Seminyak. As first time visitors to Bali our family couldn't have asked for better accommodation. The villa was beautifully appointed, spacious, clean and the staff were super friendly, and that pool! The villa's location was perfect, close to the beach for the surfers in our family and in walking distance to all the wonderful restaurants that Seminyak is renowned for. Perfect Setup

Looks and sounds just like the description. Great location in Seminyak, close to restaurants and shopping, with plenty of options close by. The villa is off the Main Street which provides a quiet retreat. The villa is well kept and clean. The staff are awesome and are always willing to help and assist. Definitely could get accustom to the morning breakfasts. I would highly recommend this villa

Great villa & location to best Bali eateries/beach

Spent 3 nights and explored the great eating spots within a 10min walking radius and nothing else comes close to the central location at the rate for convenience to the best resturaunts in Bali including La Luciola, Merah Putiuh, Salty Seagulls, Ku De Ta, Peringiat, and many others. Short walk to beaches too. Gym available above 'The Deck' (great place to watch spoorts, have a beer and play pool and eat cheaply) just on main road from villa. Recommended.

Wow Just an amazing Stay - A beautiful Haven

We had the most amazing stay. From the moment we arrived and were greeted by beautiful staff who just looked after us so amazingly well. The Villa itself was absolute luxury with stunning bedrooms and bathrooms, incredibily spacious and luxurious living room which opened up on to a stunning private pool. The villa had a fabulous fully equiped kitchen where the staff came and cooked a beautiful breakfast every monring at whatever time suited us, it also gave us the opportunity to eat in on those nights we were too exhausted to dine out. The villa was a secure private haven located amongst some of the Best restaurants and Bar's Bali has to offer. Unfortunately our stay was not long enought however am happily looking to return to this beautiful "a villa in Seminyak"

A great stay at a Villa in Seminyak

House was even better than anticipated. Spotlessly clean with a very welcoming feel. All facilities and amenities provided were first class and the staff that looked after us during our stay were so efficient and very friendly. We love this area of Seminyak. Its close to all the great restaurants but far enough down a lane where is its own oasis.
