The villa is just 50 meters from the beach, Just next to Oboroi Hotel and Ku Deta, Situated in the central fashionable Oboroi in district of Seminyak area within easy reach to the restaurants, beach, nightlife and shops, everything just walking distance

You could hear the sound of wave crushing from your Bedroom upstairs and living room area
Surrounded by tropical garden that naturally make you always feel refreshed.

The staff will come every day and are on stand-by if you need anything while you stay in Bali.
With extra services we can organize Breakfast, Dinner at the villa, Food delivery, Boat ticket to Gili or Lembong island
Airport transportation or pick up from your Hotel, Laundry, massage in the villa,
Car rent for one day US$40 ( include petrol and driver ) for guests wishing to go on site seeing tours around Bali or motor bike we charge US$5 a day.

Great location -

A great location Mel the housekeeper was exceptional - she came every day and did a fabulous jobThe AC and pool were top notchThe place could use new towels and a hand rail going to the upstairs bedroom - anyone with mobility issues or an elderly person would have difficulty All in all I would recommend this place

Wati and her staff was probably the best property management we’ve ever deal with. If there was anything we needed, they didn’t waste time. It was done very swiftly!

Great stay

Great property, very clean and easy to check in process with no issues. Mell was very communicative and welcoming to our group. She was quick to respond and made the stay stress free. The villa was great and in a good location close to seminyak center and seminyak beach. We highly recommend the villa.

Honeymoon Stay

My husband and i stayed here for 2 weeks and hed such a great time. Mell was so sweet and communicitive aboht when she would be there along with helping us set up day trips. Ana was also so sweet and prompt with responding to our questions. Thank you both for un unforgettable honeymone.

Awesome villa in Seminyak

Lovely stay in a great villa. Private pool... on an amazing open lounge and kitchen. Both bedrooms and a separate lounge room air-conditioned. Quick walk into the busy areas. Woti was an amazing host. Arranged our amazing breakfast and kept the villa perfect for us. Hopefully will be back to Bali some day and will come back!

Great villa & service

Beautiful villa on a quiet street. Clean, large rooms with good aircon. Easy walking access to Seminyak. Good coffee close (expo art gallery & coffee - opens 0630 - excellent coffee). While close to the beach on maps, direct to access the beach is 10-15 mins walk (blocked by beachside resorts).

Privacy and Location great

Loved the rooms and pool. Ideal for couples and adults but wouldn't recommend open staircase for young children. The kitchen utensils and crockery need to be upgraded. The service of checking in and cleanliness was friendly, efficient and excellent. Great aircons, loved the pool loung eating area. Linda and Paul Griffin

Tired but great potential

Excellent location, wonderful beds and bedroom furniture, good size pool …. BUT … it needs a good lick of paint, a remedial and deep clean, upgrading of towels and linen, bathrooms require some work, a kitchen renovation wouldn’t go astray and an update of the pool area with some more greenery would smarten the outdoor/indoor area. Had a terrific time but it was let down by the lack of attention to the finer details.

A great Seminyak Villa for two couples.

A very comfortable, private, secure, clean Villa with pool for two couples. A great location in Seminyak. Near Ku DeTa beachside hotel. Our thanks to Ani our housekeeper for looking after our laundry services and all our day trips and driver bookings with such efficiency. A real time and cost saver for us. It made our holiday so much more fun. The villa was always so clean and fresh every day. Ani has a lovely warm personality and nothing was any trouble. We felt we were so well looked after by Ani. Just like family. My husband was treated to flowers and a lovely cake from Ani on his birthday. So thoughtful.

Photo deception

We were taken initially to a villa that did not match the online photos. The villa was filthy, my husband went around taking photos of everything. We then realised the location was not anywhere near the beach. I contacted the host and they came immediately. We confronted them about the villa and they stated that the driver who picked us up from the airport was meant to tell us of the villa switch because the villa we had booked had a pool pump issue! We wanted to leave and receive a refund however the host said she would speak with her manager. Shortly after we were offered a one night refund, a free breakfast, use of a driver for a day and move to the villa we booked by 10am the next day. We were also offered 1 night in another villa which we declined. Finally we moved to the villa we booked, however, the photos on line are a mix of the 2 villas which are located beside each other. The villa was in the locale we wanted but it is in serious need of attention eg. chipped furniture and furniture coverings needing cleaning or changing. Wati our house helper was lovely and very attentive to our needs but she only stayed to clean the property as she had other villas to service as well. We loved the location and the size of the villa was all we needed but as I have said, it is serious need of maintenance and upgrading.

Not as Advertised

Airport Pick-up left before we exited immigration and customs. We had to bet our internet working so could call on Watsapp. When we arrived at the Villa Rina was there to welcome us, she was lovely. However, I was taken aback when I walked in the gate and the downstairs bedroom was right there, It didn't like right. That's because there are actually 2 villas so look at the photos carefully. We were in Villa 2 closest to the road there were workers staying in Villa 1. The road may look like a nice quite alley. Nope... It is a busy thorough fare that goes most of the night with beeping scooter horns. The stairs are very unsafe, there is no railing and a drop on both sides (they are not against the wall as the photos suggest). I had to go down on my bottom. The upstairs bedroom has a trough in the mattress, there was no mattress protector and stains on the mattress. The towels were also grey. The fan in the downstairs bedroom didn't work unless you put the light on We expected a small pool, however, we did not expect the slippery surface and hard edges. Ordering breakfast is from a restaurant and the food was soggy and the coffee had spilt over the OJ. Yes it is close to the beach, it is the only thing it has going for it. We stayed one night and moved to the beautiful Space Villas that had a special that cost the same as a week in Yoga Villa. We had clean sheets, a beautiful pool and breakfast included. The owner has not responded to my email via Stayz. Disappoint

Ideal for a small family

The Yoga Villa is beautifully presented up a quiet ‘gang’ beside The Oberoi hotel in Seminyak. Everything needed is provided and there is a ‘MiniMart’ just at the end of the road and slightly more complete shops a five minute walk away. The location is pretty much perfect for the Seminyak area with excellent shops and eateries without the frenzy of Kuta. On the other hand if you fancy a quiet night in, the villa kitchen is well enough equipped to prepare a meal for four or the maid can help with deliveries. So why not five stars? OK, the 50m to the beach statement is true if you happen to be a bird. However if walking you have to go round by Ku De Ta resort, about 200m. Not really a hassle. The kitchen/diner area could use a more powerful ceiling fan. We were a lttle nervous of the power outlets being so close to the taps. The plunge pool is perfect for that Oh So Necessary Early Evening Gin & Tonic. Special mention to Ani the maid. Such a delightful character and nothing is too much trouble. She really is a star and makes staying at Yoga Villa very special. We would certainly choose this villa again; in fact I wouldn’t mind living there full time.

The villa lived up to it's description as regards position and accuracy of contents and furniture,we loved it. A few minor quibbles, no microwave, toilet near the kitchen had powerful smell had no air outlet and therefore a powerful antiseptic smell. These minor comments are far outweighed by the villa itself and the superb service by the staff,Iman the driver who transported us back and forth to the airport through frightening traffic cheerfully but especially Ani the maid who was a delightful cheerful young lady who it was a joy to see every day. Her presence and help throughout our stay made it a huge success as a holiday for the four of us. Would we return? without a doubt,thank you all so much. Peter and Jane Watts Caerphilly Wales

I spent 7 nights at the villa with my girlfriend. It was her birthday and I asked Nia and the staff to help me find a cake on short notice. When we arrived back from a day at th e beach they had Cake, Flowers, and even a nice gift waiting. They made me look very Good! The Villa is very nice and a short walk to a nice day resort Ku Data. All activities and moped rentals were arranged by Nia and the staff and were excellent value. Beds and linens were also great.
